Yo, y'all gonna try this app this is the real deal. I just won $64 with a bit of $.20. I had deposited seven dollars. I was down on my last $.86 and certainly I hit three bonuses on the I hit the silver pot the purple and the red last week I made no deposit I played with just the daily bonus rewards money that goes and I think I want like about a dollar or something when I spun on the jackpot real, and suddenly while I was brushing my teeth I guess water splashed on my screen and caused it to open up game mode. I think it was three hot parts and somehow the water is caused it to spin also on the first $.50 spin I want $50. Every once in a while, I guess you hit and sometimes you lose your money. I tend to try my best to gamble responsibly not going over my limits I like to set a small amount maybe $10 and see what happens. Remember anything past your deposit amount is a win in the past. I have gotten greedy and just kept spinning and spinning trying to make that dollar out of a dime if you know what I mean and I end up coming up short losing everything so when you hit $64 off a $.20 spin cash out immediately! Again, just gamble responsibly I've lost lots of money being greedy thank you Gleaiming Slots. This is the best app I've ever used! 🙏

At first thought it was going to be another scam app but actually wasn’t there is no set withdrawal limit to meet to withdraw before you withdraw and my sign on bonus the I accidentally had the bid set to $1 and bet all at your n e try to exit in the middle middle of my spin but it still registered and completed the spin so when I reopened my app I had won $50 so I cashed it out to my PayPal and a couple hours later the transfer was completed and In my account I was shocked love this app I have a few issues with it to because we all know nothing is ever perfect and needs correcting at times and some of the games when picking them pop up not. In my region and also when picking a game in play mode when I spin my screen turns white then I have to reset my app sometime my whole phone has be restarted to get it back to normal but the app itself a++++

After the initial download of the app and playing for a couple of months, I was delighted to find a gaming website that actually pays. I withdrew about five different amounts under $500, but after hitting a small jackpot that brought my total to approximately $5700, I was denied access to my winnings when their “customer support” department told me I was not shown as a verified player. This info runs contrary to their own gaming interface when I click on verify account button to be informed that I WAS in fact a verified player. Over a period of 3 - 4 days, I was told the issue had been escalated to their “relevant team”! I finally came to my senses (after feeling like a complete fool) and just surrendered everything back to the machine, realizing these people had no intention of paying me my winnings! I strongly recommend anyone considering this download think twice before trusting this organization to honor their responsibility to pay their customers! If I were the responding customer support member, I would have offered, at the very least, some free spins to show they are serious about their dedication to good customer relations. Oh, well! Too good to be true! This senior guy doesn’t have the health or energy to argue this long over anything these days.

I was excited to have purchased a bundle pack and actually win and collect my winnings to my PayPal it was a nice thing after so many apps didn’t actually pay out . This was my favorite app to play and while I understand gambling I was super upset when I finally won a bonus round on wild mustang and on my last spin after winning 89 bucks on the last spin the app just closed and when I reopened the app it was back to Home Screen and then I was told to show proof of the win but couldn’t because before I realized it I was closed out the app and they said NO CAN DO on giving me any bonus won back lol . I can’t show proof of something when it suddenly turns off for no reason so be aware they do pay out but expect you to have proof and honestly they take more money then they give out and when u do finally get a winning bonus don’t be surprised if they do the same to you and you don’t get paid for it so gambling is gambling but this site totally unfair gaming practices

I love this app, and played it a lot. But I recently tried to redeem my prize and it wanted me to verify my residence. Not a problem I thought. I uploaded my most recent utility bill. And they keep rejecting it saying I need my full name on it. It is clearly on the bill with my address and it is my newest bill so well in the date range that they ask. But no one seems to want to help me get this figured out. And now it says I have too many attempts of uploading documents and to contact support. I am now feeling like I am just getting the run around cause they don’t want to pay out my winnings. Such a disappointment from one of my favorite apps .**UPDATE!**Everything has been resolved and I got my redemption. Took a little time but they did pay me out! Thank you and I give this them a 5 star now!

If you look at these other reviews you’ll see something they all have in common. YOU GET VERIFIED UPON OPENING THE ACCONT WITH THEM. You pay and start off with some good winnings and get sucked in. After about a month though, you’ll win big and that “verification you did in the begging, never happened I guess, even though if you go to the main menu, it says you are verified. They only offer one way to contact them and that’s through an AI chat bot that does nothing but tell you your issue has been handed over to their experts. It’s simple, i was verified over a month, and nothings changed over that month so what’s the problem? They weren’t to worried about that when they were taking my money. I seriously considering filing a class action lawsuit against them for anyone who wants to join. They won’t even give me a phone number to call nor address to write to. Apple really needs to remove them from their store.

False redemption claims

I have been playing this game for quite a while and every redeemed many times and then today the weirdest thing happen. I received my email stating I have been paid out after eight hours of not getting the deposit. I contact customer service and they tell me that my redemption was paid out successfully and should reflect in my account within a few hours and most. 10 hours later I contact them again and ask them what is the problem with my redeem and I was told it could take up to five days for it to appear in my account due to my banks processing time although my bank does not hold funds and releases them instantly and states they never received the deposit at all when I asked them about it. They now were saying that the bank on their end takes time for processing which means my redemption is not successful and it’s still being processed so originally I would’ve given this game five stars and now I’m very much doubting it and wondering how many other times it has done this without my noticing of missing payment

So Gleaming slots sent my email a msg stating they submitted my redemption to my bank. After some time went by I saw nothing was showing up in my bank so I called my bank to find out if indeed gleaming slots had submitted my redemption and according to my bank nothing was submitted. Why would they lie to me like that??? So now I’m nervous about whether gleaming slots is just good at taking your money but not so good at returning it!!! I’ve had a redemption from them before and it did not take this long. I don’t understand why this time it’s taking this long. It’s unfortunate since I’m a good customer for them to have but after this I’m not real eager to give them anymore of my business. I mean it’s only $1300 but it’s still money I need to pay my bills. Luckily I was able to get a winning streak to get this money back since I had lost it again over the weekend … but now just trying to get my money is turning into a big problem for me. Be Leary chosing this site to play games. I would hate to see anyone else have to go through this.
