Tue Apr 29 2025 TranxiaIt’s like Ragnarok online x Ys + idle game and the idle is optional aswell as turned of for major game play sections. The game provides actual challenge compared to most phone games but you won’t feel it at first. Even if you want to solo level the game has a lot to offer; there’s a friendship system where you can befriend the major npcs for in game cosmetics and upgrade items, the story is pretty solid if you don’t mind reading, and there’s rewards for going off the beaten path and exploring every nook and cranny. I know this game presents as and idle game- and for the most part it is but there’s a genuinely good MMO here if you ignore the sub standard “PvP” I’d say it’s and under rated gem-no matter what I think every one should give it a shot.
Disappointing
Sat Oct 22 2022 Caysen2013I feel that I have to spend money just to keep up at all, and even then, it’s very much an uphill struggle. Well, less a hill and more like Mount Everest. I could spend more, but it kind of has me so demoralized that I’m not going to. My BP gain has come to a near screeching halt. To get new mounts and other special “items” will have you spending 100 or more dollars per day which is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been grinding for the level 70 gear since level 70 came available and I’ve not gotten the materials for one single piece. The drop rate is horrendous and the fact that you can only get rewards for three per day is ridiculous. Spending money won’t even help you with that either. Here’s how you balance the game and still make money; charge 20 dollars to download the game, remove all limits to pretty much everything and just let people play it, then throw in the microtransactions that are cosmetic ONLY, nothing to allow you to be more capable than anyone else. Only time grinding and actually playing should get you ahead.
Good MMO That’s a Little Different
Sat Sep 17 2022 1000 SplintersThis MMO has many of the key activities you’d expect in an MMO—big pvp battles, tons of equipment and card development, and dungeon dailies—but they’re packaged in a way that makes this game feel different. Plus, it’s got some decent social features and encourages group play. It’s fun overall, and I recommend it. Definitely worth a try. The main downside is the worst randomization system in progression I’ve seen in an MMO, which involves you losing multiple levels of progress when you fail a roll. Frustrating and not fun. The other downside is weak character customization.
The game could’ve been different
Wed Mar 15 2023 OldGamers01Just like the title says I took some time and playing the game and I feel that I am going back to playing the same game over over again. We already play this game on the PlayStation two and also on the Sony PlayStation portable we don’t need to read, live the same events all over again, you guys couldn’t just focus on continuing from number eight, but instead you went back to number six of the series even though I enjoyed some of the sceneries and also the scenes, but it feels like déjà vu all over again. This will be my last review, because I was very disappointed how the game turned out to be, I don’t wanna play the same game over again just to see a different view of the game. I just hope in the near future you can bring back most latest series instead of this version
A P2W Game (Not F2P friendly)
Fri Sep 09 2022 Ket0803I kinda like the game, the content is good and the activities are engaging. However, I am NOT a spender. For those of you who are F2P (like me), this game will disappoint you. You will not get as far as other players are unfortunately. I’m around 175k BP at level 55 and there are players who are around 700k BP at level 55. This game rewards players who have the highest BP, and these players ALWAYS get high quality equipment (from ranking events) which makes it nearly IMPOSSIBLE for F2P players to advance any further activities that involve team work (unless you’re being carried) or PVP. Nobody wants to team up with a weakling unless you’re friends or are part of the same guild. Now if you’re like me, and just like to casually play but not too often; feel free to explore this game!

Wed Aug 31 2022 TrithelleEver since first playing Ys Chronicles, the series has been among my favorite RPGs, so when I heard this game was coming, my excitement shot up SKY HIGH! It’s not quite what I was expecting, but at the same time, I’ve been thoroughly enjoying this retread of the Canaan Islands. One complaint I kind of have is I wish there was more of a response when it came to attacking enemies, but other than that, I’m looking forward to the events to come along with reliving Ys 6’s story. Here’s to an exciting adventure~!
Guild deletion
Sat Sep 17 2022 WVaWolfSo I’ve recreated my guild and even contacted support for this issue a bunch of times but the GM’s/Devs keep deleting my guild which is active and mostly full because the name Annwn which is a place in Welsh/ Celtic mythology is according to them a “Racial Slur”. Apparently the devs don’t know how do any kind of research because a quick google search would tell them that Annwn is not in anyway, shape, or form a racial slur and is in fact the name of the ancient welsh underworld which was ruled by my characters namesake Arawn, which is according to them a racial slur as well since this past time they deleted my guild they deleted my character as well and I had a very rude and nasty reply from support when I attempted to contact them about why both were deleted.

Thu Sep 01 2022 lunarlegThis game uses that mmo engine that all these cheaply made mobile mmos seem to be using lately. Same setup and leveling system. Same to tutorial where you go from boss to boss showing you one skill at a time. I’ve literally seem this exact same game with different skins hundreds of times. I’m honestly sick of games using it. Its this cookie cut engine that instantly tells me this game is a cash grab and they didn’t care about it. Not worth your time. I wasn’t expecting it with a big name like Ys, very disappointed. The second I recognized it I instantly uninstalled. Do not waste your time.
