One of the best!

This is one of the best games to have on the iPhone. Saying that alone means a lot as most movie tie-in games are never worth the players’ time. Not only does it look and play extremely well, it also does not force unnecessary micro transaction that plague most cellphone games in order to advance! There are plenty of robots to choose from and the upgrade mechanic can lead to some devastating blows. The online verses matches are also great as they are essential to achieving some of the better prizes the game has to offer and fighting opponents that are more skilled than the computer. I downloaded this app once before and enjoyed it immensely (why I gave it up is another story). However, I have it back and I can easily say that it still holds up! Since someone else complained about the amount of energy given, I’ll only mention two other things that bother me. The first is the fact that the game will just kick me out at times when I start it; I don’t know if it’s the game’s fault or my iPhone’s but it does get annoying at times. The second is the fact that only one new robot was introduced after all the time it had to make updates. If you ask me, the developers should bring in some of the bots from the 360/PS3 version (such as Ramchip, Hylas, Seahawk, and Pallidius). Other than these complaints the game is perfect the way it and I plan on keeping it this time!

Amazing game, just a few bugs

I’ve been playing this game for a while and it is an amazing game, it is very unique and has a lot of things to do, throughout my gameplay I’ve encountered a few problems, some minor and others annoying, a few minor bugs are when trying to do live events, live events are a great way to obtain power-ups and leveling up since it doesn’t cost energy to play, but there are a few stages of specific events that crash your game when trying to go through that specific path, and some live events aren’t possible to finish because of a bug that sets you back two stages, some annoying bugs are during your fight when you try to back aways from the enemy to avoid hits it teleports you back a few steps forward which sometimes causes you to get hit. And there are also modes that seem a bit unfair like pvp for example, pvp is also a good way to earn some decent rewards from the milestones, but there is also a completely unfair part of pvp which is the robot power gap, if you are using a one star 200 power robot the game matches you with a 3 star 400 power robot which can literally one shot you with a special which most of the times are unavoidable because the bots wait for you to dodge or unblock

Game update

The game actually good, despite hard to move and attack at same time. For Asura feel like is only attack with two hand instead four, and regardless two others hand make its move slower than any robot. And it was long time I’m not playing it, so almost forget way around, so I though I lost a robot from drawing but turn out it stores somewhere else. A bit suggestion for further update, may bit good idea for player combine or make their own robot from part of all robot, for example head Asura, torso Zeus, hand and weapon dread lord, leg and move others robot. It could bit fun. And another issues is when I gies to sparing it keep changing to previous one cause me fight wrong robot. For example I always sparing at level WRB 1 pro fight with price 3,400 silver, and when win, and about to challenge the same robot the setting back to underworld 1 pro. There is countless time that I was forget to move it to WRB 1, and when I didn’t pay attention I ended up playing Underworld 1. Please reconfigure or something so it keep on the choice I change it.

Versus is rigged And other stuff too

I love this game and the concept but the execution is lacking. I’m using black Jack at 182 stars and I got against gold Adam at 314 stars, I even had to spend 2 gold just to get matched up against someone that I have no chance at beating. Its the same crap with every bot I use for example if I use my 61 star Ambush I got against a 100+ star six shooter or something, and the fact that all you get when leveling up is 1 gold is ridiculous. It could at least give you a full bar of energy so you can fight again, or at least every time you level up you get something better than the last time. 1 gold gets you absolutely nothing. This game is just as much of a money sucker as EA sports literally everything is over priced. Also the things you do buy are not even good. I want to continue playing this game but I think many things need to be changed, and I noticed many reviews said the same thing months ago and nothing has been done about it. It seems all they care about is themselves and not the people trying to enjoy the game. Hopefully this review is actually taken into consideration, I’m sure many other people would appreciate something too. Thank you, just continued playing and went against axel rod and his shield build up that he doesn’t take any damage, I’m not sure how u guys don’t pick up these mistakes because they are so obvious. Fix your game!!!

Best real steel game adaptation, but...

Now I love this game, it’s loads of fun and it’s sort of easy to win, but that’s not the problem, the problem is In some of the mechanisms that are said to be useful. One example is that the loading screen tells you to use the dodge ability to dodge specials, I’ve tried to do that many times but it never works, and it really causes some problems when you try to defeat the last opponent to win the robot Fraust. To win Fraust you need to fight many robots while doing some challenges you need to do to both get rewards and be able to love on to the next fight, the problem comes in with the last enemy though, one of the tasks tells you that you have to “dodge a special” and doing that is already hard, what makes it even harder is that even though the opponent has MISSED, it still wouldn’t get the achievement done, I’ve tried making the opponent dodge the special, But I’ve purposely missed and tried to make the opponent dodge but it just never works, which means that you don’t really have a chance of winning Fraust. So if the people to helped make this game can do something about it, I’d really appreciate it. Overall that one problem, it’s a really fun game and it’s honestly one of the best I’ve played. I’d highly recommend the game.

A Very Goated Game Except!

So i love to play this game but there a couple problems that i encounter and i hope you guys fix it, Problem 1: Game is boring, i know this game is so good but the problem with real steel there not enough exciting i would like to consider into adding in the new update with some new robots in each world and adding new maps and worlds 😁, adding new game modes, or adding a new feature like customization but idk 😅what to suggest. Problem 2: game has a couple bugs that i would like to warn you guys like danger zone disappearing atoms/zeus head its pretty weird actually lol, and also aquabots ending outro (its glitched) aquabot wont move. Problem 3: game needs more attention, this game is really old and im actually so suprised that it survived after all the years, my suggestion is to bring more hype 🗣️🔥 to your game like what i considered at problem 1 you guys really need to hype this game to bring more players try adding new maps and robots you guys can really focus on fixing bugs and having a new update anyways this is all my suggestion i really hope that you guys can hype this game up and add problem 1 and 2 thank you for listening i really love playing this game when im bored 😁

Decent game but involved too much waiting

I’ve enjoyed playing this game and it reminds me of a game I played as a kid after watching the Real Steel movie. However, my gaming experience has been greatly diminished by the game involving all of these wait times to play! First there is the excessive wait times for an upgrade to be finished, that increase every succeeding upgrade. This is frustrating and literally makes you have to wait to see the results of your upgrade, and usually I’ll just stop playing before the upgrade is done due to this next problem. The worst feature in the game is the fact that you can only play 5 matches until needing another energy core, each of the 5 cores taking 20 minutes to recharge, meaning you need to wait 20 minutes to be able to play ONE MATCH. I don’t understand why you would want the players to NOT be able to play your game for more than 10 minutes? I understand it’s a tactic for you to gain money by making players pay for energy cores but it truly ruins the gameplay for the average consumer. I’ve only had the game for a few days and this feature is making me contemplate whether I want to keep playing. Please fix this and change the energy cores to at least 10.

I have suggestions and critiques.

I want to start off with when I’m in a fight, I notice that the robots sort of glitch back into place when they intend to dodge back, like it’s input is delayed, plus the monetization of the game is heavily overpriced, and very little/effective ways to get money, aside from the story, game does feel pay to win, but in terms of robots some don’t even appear on the market. Plus, the 5 core cool down takes way to long, 15-10 minutes is too much for one, I think it’s better to either reduce the time or include more, if the game wasn’t so pricy, people would continue playing as to collect all the robots, without having to worry about the cores running out and no longer being able to play story mode. Plus I think it’s a good idea to add a backstory to each robot or a little information about them, I just think it’ll add a little more depth to them, and since a majority are unknown and/or never given a proper story in the film, it’ll be cool to have it explored a little more. The game is fine, it has plenty of potential to be a fun experience, but it suffers to high prices with low income and it’s handicap of 5/5 cores, plus all robots should get more depth to them. Fights are a little buggy.
