Waltz of the Wizard is an immersive magical simulation that lets you feel what it’s like to have incredible powers. In your laboratory, you can combine arcane ingredients into a cauldron, conjure bolts of energy, and interact with a sentient skull. It’s a playful, experimental world designed to showcase the wonder of magic.

Waltz of the Wizard is a delightful sandbox that captures the 'mischievous' side of magic. Unlike RPGs where magic is just a stat, here it feels like a physical force. The way you can stretch objects like taffy, create miniature black holes, or turn the entire room into a zero-gravity zone is consistently entertaining. It feels less like a game with a win-state and more like a high-end toy box for the magically inclined.
The mobile port is surprisingly robust. While it obviously loses the tactile feel of VR controllers, the gesture-based touch controls are intuitive and snappy. The sentient skull provides just enough witty commentary to keep the lab from feeling lonely. It’s a fantastic showcase of physics-based environmental interaction, and discovering a new 'hidden' spell by combining nonsensical ingredients always results in a laugh. It's short, but packed with wonder.

Peak Comedic Sandbox Gaming
Tue Mar 24 2026 OverLord13.00XI absolutely adore this game, and I for one second never regretted my purchase. This game as I found out is a IOS port of a VR game, though it did get a PC port beforehand, and while it does lack some of the content that were in the other versions, with this starting and mainly being a VR game that is understandable. But regardless it’s absolutely comedic, even though I 100%ed it a long while ago I still comeback to it for comedy from Skully, to vent built up feelings, or to just hang with my friend Egor… just kidding of course, I throw whatever’s nearby the second I hear him. Anyway I’m rambling on so if you haven’t get the game, you won’t regret it, but one word of warning, so not leave your iPhone on the start/pause menu, it will burn into your phone screen, you can fix it but it took me like a day to do so, aside from that have fun.
Navigation/ Joystick issues
Sat Feb 14 2026 Awesome artist :pTHIS GAME IS AMAZING!! It’s hilarious and so much fun that you just get to explore with minimal direction. I like that it forces me to think. What I would love to see improved is the navigation/ joystick feature. Tapping is fine but in some situations I can be more precise with the joystick. However the emote tab keeps opening because I hit it by accident. I wish the joystick was where the emote tab/circle is because it gets in the way and it’s frustrating when I just want to enjoy the game. I play on an iPhone so that could be the issue. But it is the primary device I play games on the most. So I’d love to see it formatted for it better. But the game is AMAZING! This is just my wish for improvement and NOT a negative review. Hence the five stars!
Absolute perfection
Sat Mar 07 2026 Wizard-tasticWaltz of the wizard is one the best games I have ever played. I have never see a game with so many amazing details. You don’t even have to complete a bunch of other stuff first to freely roam you can just play the game freely and not complete all the other stuff first. Plus the developers of the game actually respond to your suggestions when you make them. Plus Skully is hilarious. A very deserved five stars from me.
Fun experience but with bad touch controls
Tue Oct 28 2025 Jake53456It’s a fun time on mobile, but would like it more if it had better touch controls, maybe a landscape orientation would help? Difficult to use the virtual joystick without interacting with objects or hitting the emote icon.

It’s exactly like VR game because it is even though the controls are a little hard and you have to use the reality mode for the tutorial to point out something and make things float. I would rate this five stars if they fix that by making a pointing emote by the way, if I have any spelling errors in this, it’s because I’m using talk to text

The secret cabinet quest
Tue Feb 24 2026 OmenxxvviiIn the tower there’s a cabinet you can open in the tower I was following the clues and there’s one clue that hasn’t been showing up which is the one where you hit the gongs and a clue shows up in the sky it doesn’t work and when I try to move on to the next clue it doesn’t work but other than that it’s a pretty fun game

Wed Dec 03 2025 Olive1234599I’m loving the game so far! The only downside is that whenever I try and use a spell, I get softlocked and can’t move my camera nor my character, it’s a great game but it’s just not possible to use spells, please fix it
