Added additional climb room layouts
Tower of Nod is an atmospheric triumph that feels like playing through a melancholic dream. The central mechanic—flipping between the 'Normal' and 'Shadow' versions of the tower—is used with incredible creativity. It’s not just about revealing platforms; it’s about changing the physics of the world. The low-gravity jumps on the upper floors are beautifully floaty, making the vertical ascent feel increasingly ethereal as you climb higher.
The visual style is stark and poetic, using a limited color palette that makes the light and shadow contrast pop. There’s a certain stillness to the game that is rare in platformers; it encourages you to stop and look at the shifting architecture. The narrative is told in cryptic, poetic snippets that leave just enough to the imagination to make the summit feel profoundly significant. It’s a challenging, thoughtful, and hauntingly beautiful experience that stays with you long after you 'wake up.'

Deep, Philosophical Story
When you hit a dead end, look for a 'Moon Mirror'. Interacting with it flips the level into the shadow realm, where some walls become bridges.
The higher you go, the lower the gravity. Adjust your jump timing to account for the longer air-time on the upper floors.
No, the game is focused almost entirely on movement and environmental puzzles.
BIG EDIT: I’m pretty sure my phone fouled up my file; I lost my save for a different app because my phone’s storage was too full. I’m upping my score from a three to a four. Original review: I’m not sure what happened, but the game erased my save data. I can’t give it a 1/5 because it’s a great game otherwise, but I’m pretty disappointed about losing all my progress.
Annoyingly OP in my opinion. Spawns too quickly even on the first level, the mechanics don’t seem to fit it well in mobile form.
i’ve been really enjoying this game so far! it’s a bit challenging for me personally but i love the breadth of rooms you can stumble into, the fun npc side quests, and the ability to customize the blocks and relics you have to climb up the rooms faster (and avoid lava!)!
