Fun, if you hide the ads

UPDATE: with the January 20 update, I’m able to load the game again. I enjoy the jumbo puzzles and the story puzzles best — with the Wi-Fi off. ORIGINAL: I haven’t played in weeks because the app doesn’t load. There have been reports from users for weeks, but no fix yet. When it did work, though, the boards were fun and creative. I’ve completed all of the story puzzles and look forward to the jumbo puzzles every five or so. Not just boring squares or columns like other tap games, but household objects, animals, and buildings made of blocks make for engaging variety in this no-stress game. Yes, the number of ads is completely ridiculous. But, turn off your wifi and you’re golden. There are only 44 rewards (skins and a few backgrounds) and then anything else is coins. I’ve never needed a bomb to solve a puzzle, and there’s nothing else you need coins for. I’ve got 150k coins stockpiled with no effort at all, so there’s no need to try for the multipliers. Now if only they’d update the game so it opens to something playable and not a frozen Tutorial 5 page!

Fun but ads are overwhelming

I enjoy the heck out of this game. Just easy, mindless fun. Until… the ads. This morning, for example, I fired up the app and had to sit through three rounds of ads before I could play a single round. After that round, I sat through two more ads. And they range anywhere from 5 seconds to just over a minute. I spend more time sitting thru ads than I do playing the actual game. This minute-long ads cannot be clicked out of to shutdown either. Even if I forcibly shutdown the app and relaunch it, it remembers the ad and still makes you watch it. And there is no pay version of this app either. I’d gladly pay a one-time fee to free myself of the ads if there was a means by which to do it. C’mon, devs, hook us up! Also, what’s the point of collecting coins? They earn you nothing and just force you to watch more ads. I have 71K coins right now and nowhere to spend them.

I really enjoy Tap Away Cubes but …

I really enjoy wasting away large chunks of my time playing this slickly developed game, Tap Away Cubes or Tap Out Blocks, but at level 909 the crazy amount of ads has become extremely, worthy of deleting the app from my phone, tiresome!! Curiously, which of the two names is it? Another thing I find extremely annoying is that when I first started playing this game you could earn bombs while playing each level and y’all took that away and started allowing us to earn a couple after logging into the game for three straight days and now y’all have removed our ability to gain a few bombs that way also. Why?? The next issue I have is that the coin boxes we have to clear out on each level used to be easily seen, without expanding the screen, solid gold boxes but now they have been changed to barely visible boxes with a rotating coin. Why?? Thank y’all for this cool game and I’d appreciate any assistance y’all can provide me with these in game issues.

Fun game-Way too many ads

There are way too many ads! I get that you need to have ads in order to make money, and or support your business. However, there comes a point when it becomes ridiculous, and redundant! I would have given you 5 stars if not for the incessant ads! I’m sorry, but I had rather play solitaire than watch these ads. I’m an adult who does not need to be inundated with silliness while I’m trying to solve “puzzles.” All I want to do is get back to the issue at hand-solving the game. Please know that I will no longer support this game until the ads are removed or at least lessened. I’m sure that you don’t care about one person leaving your platform, but I hope that you listen, because there’s a lot more people who support my line of thinking! Sincerely, Not interested in ads

If you're trying to waste your time. This is a perfect way to frustrate yourself while doing it. Honestly though I guess I should have known because as soon as you open the game, they want you to purchase no ads and when you decline to get rid of the ads with the purchase, then you find out after you have cleared a level you have to watch a commercial, you can't clear out your open pages and then re-open the game and I go back to it to avoid the commercial because it will make you start the level over! Nobody's forcing me to watch junk mail commercials, but if you like being forced to do things that are completely useless by all means this is the game for you like I said, in the beginning, this game is complete trash and a waste of time, and it has been deleted as it should!!!!!!! oh, and PS, anybody with an IQ higher than 60 is going to get really really bored from this game after about two minutes!

You have to watch 3-4 ads to play one game

The game concept is good, and if it wasn’t riddled with ads, I could get addicted to it. But, even thought you are given a more than adequate amount of moves to solve the puzzle, ever few seconds that you play, the game throws in another “money cube”. These cube are always blocking strategic moves so you have to tap on them to continue, and tapping on them generates a commercial. You are then given a choice between collecting “money” or not. If you choose “No Thanks” you have to watch a commercial you can kill after about 30 seconds. If you choose the money, you have to watch a full length commercial (and they are not short), and then you are awarded “money” that there is no way to spend in the game. It’s to bad they ruined what could have been a fun game. But I timed it, and I am forced to spend more time watching commercials then playing the game. I have deleted this game. It isn’t worth it.

Game is nice but to many ads. You will be removing blocks at a nice clip and the clear block will pop in with a reward inside that will prevent you from winning that round unless you click it. Upon clicking you get the option of multiplying the quantity of the reward by watching an ad or clicking claim. Even though you click claim instead of watch ad it still pops up an ad so that you can watch some guy burn to death, drown or get melted by acid. It doesn’t matter if he is a cartoon it’s the concept behind it. Can’t quickly end ad so forced to watch guy die, or close game. If I close the game and reopen it, it takes me back to block in my way and same ad when I click it. Why would I want to play or watch something so horrific.

I could play this game for hours! I loved it until a few days ago, you have to watch an ad even if you chose not to. What I mean, during game play, a “clear coin box” appears, in the past you could click on it and it would give you the option to choose to watch a video for a higher coin amount or you could just collect your standard prize and move on. NOW you have to watch an advertisement no matter what option you choose….but I know you are saying just leave the clear coin box alone, you can’t!! You have to take it to finish the puzzle… and if you save them to the end you may have several left and each one will make you watch another dang ad.. I cannot seem to find to option to buy a ad free version, I hope I just am overlooking it. So for now, this is a 2 star game because of the stupid ads.
