Another season/similar game please Netflix!

I have played all the romance style roleplay games. Chapters, Choices, Love Island, you name it I’ve tried it. Many of these aforementioned games force you to spend a fortune for a full ride and an actual enjoyable experience, so I was thrilled that something like this was fully unlocked for free by Netflix sponsoring it. Onto the game itself: the art style, the customization options, and the writing/the journey the characters take to evolve is thorough and engaging (I have a soft spot for Theo especially, and I have a theory he is loosely based on Nick from the latest season). The gameplay is really smooth and dopamine-inducing because it doesn’t force you to spend money every 2 seconds. This encouraged me to watch the show on Netflix after I finished the game, so Netflix is definitely doing something right with this sponsorship model. I just hope they continue it and put out other similar show-game equivalents like this one in the rotation moving forward, because most of the other games in the Netflix catalog don’t currently appeal to me and I’m sure I’m not alone. Keep it up Netflix, this was a pleasant and wonderful surprise! I’m definitely excited for more to come. This is a goldmine that can put other similar games to shame.

Addictive, Fun, and Detailed!

One of the very few story mobile games that’s very addicting and has AMAZING detail + sound effects. Not at all money hungry like many other apps and lets you have range of anything you like while playing (hopefully that doesn’t change, but if it does it’s not too pricey.) I’ve never seen a more detailed story game that not only lets you change your outfits/ hair but the other contestants as well so that’s fun! The accuracy from the show on Netflix to the game is phenomenal (from Lana to the different personalities is great!) I downloaded this yesterday and played all the available chapters the same day and have to wait for the next one lol. Literally the only “problem” I have is that i wish the other contestants would also have crushes/ lust for each other and not just pining after MC so it’s more realistic in a way. Other than that this is 10/10… or a 5 star review for me haha! Hopefully there would be a way to make a S2 for this game! Thanks for the hard work and amazing gameplay!

More options when replaying the season, variety, and diversity

Honestly this game is great and I wish there was more games that Netflix created like this but I also wish that when you replayed the season it would be different each time. I feel like I always know what to expect and it isn’t as fun as the first time playing the game and since THTH encourages you to unlock more endings I think different settings and people and relationships and enemies would really elevate the game. Also I feel like there’s little to no drama besides Candace and other enemies like Justin but other than that it seems like all the contestants want me so they aren’t coupling up with each other and therefore making the game more boring. Also when you replay the season and you end up matching with someone else they say the exact same lines just in different context that your first match also said to you, which annoyed me quite a bit since I prefer diversity. Overall I believe that Netflix created and extremely good game but i believe that this review could help elevate the gameplay even more and attract more positive reviews and eager players that are a fan of THTH like me. Please see this Netflix, it would make this game so much more fun and enjoyable to me and I bet to a lot of other people who like variety.

LOVE LOVE LOVE.

I never knew that Netflix did mobile games so when I searched up Too Hot To Handle on netflix and saw it, I immediately started playing. I AM OBSESSED. The story lines are crazy good and Theo 😏😏😏…. It’s almost like reading a good book but with animations. I love that you don’t have to use gems like those other games because we get to choose who we want to be with without making the dumbest decision just because we don’t have gems or diamonds. The only thing I would want changed is that others would show interest in each other. Like they all like my character and I want drama…so maybe someone goes for Theo or whoever someone chooses as their first choice while they play! There better be more than 1 season to this because I AM ON IT. I would 100% buy netflix over and over again just to play. I’ve already recommended this game to 10 different people who have watched and loved Too Hot To Handle. WONDROUS JOB you beautiful people!! Tell whoever made this game they’ve completed my life 😌😌

Honestly, the best game I’ve played in a long time

The moment I started playing this game, I knew I would be hooked. One of my favorite things about these types of games, Is designing my character and this game gives you so many options, from the hair to piercings. The other important thing I look for in role playing games, is the gameplay itself. I love the fact that there are literally so many options, and it doesn’t force you to only like or flirt with one or two charters in particular. This allows you to finish the game, and play it in a completely different way and make different choices when you decide to start over. And YOU DONT HAVE TO MAKE PURCHASES 🥹🥹 Fr though, the last time I enjoyed a game like this was Love Island ( only season one and two ). I was disappointed when that game fell off, but this game has set the bar high for role playing. From the characters, to the cute outfits, this game is 10 out of 10. PLEASE make a season 2 of this. Thank you Netflix 🤗

Absolutely Love This Game

This game is by far the best out of all the choices games I’ve played (Love Island, Episode, etc.). For this review though, I’m gonna specifically compare to Love Island. The Story: The writing is so smooth in comparison to Love Island. It’s not immature and “out-of-touch” the way that the newest seasons of Love Island have been. It’s also nice that you’re the main love interest and have plenty of options to choose from. However, I do wish there was a little more drama (although I was pretty modest with my choices which could have effected this), and I wish there were more relationships forming amongst the rest of the group other than myself and Jada. I think there should also be more people coming in and getting kicked out. Also, I think it’s a bit weird that you can’t specify your sexual preferences and are being pursued by both genders. The choices: Absolutely LOVE that you have free-range to choose whatever you want. Even the “special scenes” are completely free. It truly makes you feel that you’re in control of your character. Additionally, your choices DO matter, unlike in the newest Love Islands. I’ve only played through once, but I’m hopeful that different choices will lead to a much different story. I also enjoyed having control over my characters outfits (for free), including the hair and jewelry, and not getting berated for what I’m wearing. Overall, the game is amazing.

This is amazing but i have a few recommendations

love the diversity in hair, bodies, and im glad there was a male option. but the game kinda assumes that the mc is pansexual or whatever, and id rather have a sexuality option, and those im not interested in could just have the friend status. speaking of being friends, i was dissapointed when jada justin candace and carter werent romantic interests 😔speaking of justin, i thought his villain arc was weird. he didnt rlly seem like a red flag but he just became one later. also my original love interest just kinda disappeared near the end, and i was sad 😔 i tried playing bonus scenes to get the status higher which also didnt work, and the game is so long i dont wanna restart. im rlly excited for a season 2 if there will be one, and all i ask is sexuality, all characters being love interests, and bonus scenes effec relationships. okay yall are amazing and this game is very good and well made. 🌞 have a great day

I. AM. OB. SESSED. i love everything about this game. i just discovered it and, while i don’t watch the show on netflix, i’m a huge fan of interactive games like this. i play choices, love island: the game, and occasionally tabou. what i love so much about this game: — there are no keys to read, which means no endless waiting 2-3 hours for them to refill. — there are no gems, which means you have access to all options, outfits, hairstyles, etc. nothing is off limits! — instead of gems, there are stars. there is nothing required to earn these stars, but reading. you earn stars as you read, and you use these stars to unlock bonus scenes with every other islander. what i think developers could improve: — make other islanders customizable - at least a few - not just the main character. i’d like the ability to customize a few love interests, and maybe a best friend. — not critical, but there are a few typos here & there. otherwise, the writing & plot are close to perfection. — i really feel bad for complaining, but it’d be nice to have more clothing options: daywear, swimwear, and nightwear. but again, NO BIGGIE, as i literally played this until 4am the morning after i discovered it. wait, one more thing. i hated how i couldn’t romance justin in thth1!!! i feel like i’m the only one bc everyone hates his guts, but i was attracted to him most from the start! 😭 i fall so hard for bad boy characters EVERY TIME. god i love this game. let me get back to it.

It's clear by now that Netflix's programming, on ... company beyond its traditional streaming platform, it's another reason to buy Netflix stock.
