I really love this game.... I play all day everyday... But there are some things I wish wasn't a thing like when we go to the supplier and I pay for a day of supplies why do I have to wait a whole hour for him to be ready again... That means I'm not really getting my moneys worth he's sleep more than I'm able to get stuff especially if I only have 24 hours.. It's not fair I'm buying coins to get 24 hours or even 5 days and he's sleep for a whole hour every time I want something... I'm not saying he shouldn't rest after searches but a whole hour is excessive especially if you're not pausing the time I spent gems for..... also it seems like all the customers only goes to one cashier even tho their is about 3 or 4 cashiers please can you make an update so they can spread out so I can get them out the store faster... also it would be nice if we could get more customers to get rid of the groceries in the supermarket a little bit quicker so we could get rid of the stuff in the storage quicker as well... Please and Thank you!

A Bug in the Market

So to start off, I really love this game. The fact that it’s a market and a farm is really neat. Some of the wait times for the factories (even with the upgrades) are kind of ridiculous though. Especially with how often we need items like cheese, sugar, and candy. It seems impossible to keep up with the demand for everything we’re making. It seems like it would be really helpful if each factory had a second line like in the market for the shelves. This would really move the game along. Especially when filling online orders and orders for the airport. Second, I’ve noticed a bug recently within the market. For instance, I had two orders requiring filled pasta. 2 Filled pastas happened to be for sale by the supplier. To build my stock that was in the pasta factory I decided to purchase the pasta to help fulfill my customers orders faster. I put both filled pastas in the grocery section and my priority customer selected her pasta and both disappeared leaving my other customer unfulfilled. I’ve noticed this happening with corn, carrots, and butter too. For now I’ll be filling time consuming products one by one on the shelves. I hope the bug is fixed soon!

Love it. One small suggestion

I really like this game because it’s a farming game in a way but it’s also completing different orders. One of the features of this game is when you are loading the truck or making more items, when you run out you are immediately asked to complete it with the ticket or with diamonds. We then have to go searching for what building makes what items. I wish there was a button that selected produce or make and it would show or go into what building that item is from so we are able to make it right away. Sometimes the loading screen is glitchy but from launch it had gotten a lot better! I wish there was more games like this out there. Maybe this style as a restaurant style. I’ve been a fan of these developers for a long time and I love the care they take into their games, as well as how quickly they patch up earlier games and current games it’s impressive. Thank you for taking time to fixing the games. I always download any games that they come out with right away. They have unique themes that I look forward to.

Fun with potential - hopefully they will update with some improvements

Fun game with a lot of potential. There have been at least 3 times when I’ve opened it to play hours (overnight) after I had last played only to find that the game glitched and it was as if no time had passed at all. This was a bummer since I was waiting for longer items to finish and so I had to wait even longer. The Arcade needs different games. Hamster Ball is hit or miss and I don’t really enjoy it so I would love to see a variety offered. Wish you could send customers and online orders away like you can the planes - even if you have to wait longer to get another customer it would be so worth it sometimes! It would also be nice if you could rearrange the grocery store and see a complete list of all items needed for all grocery store customers instead of needing to click on each customer individually.

Good game overall

I really like this game! It’s fun and engaging enough to draw me in and keep me playing. I would give it five stars if the performance was better. Movement stutters and the game reloads, often losing progress erratically - being up to date on factories and the market but all progress lost in the challenges for example. Or I’ll close out the game right after starting longer crops and factory products, come back hours later to find zero time has passed in the game and there’s still nothing ready to harvest. The last issue I have is how often it erases my daily play bonus accumulation despite my playing every couple of hours round the clock. I’ve literally had the game glitch and reload while I was harvesting and I was back to day one. So I enjoy playing and I may or may not spend more money on diamonds but absolutely won’t spend more until I’m reasonably confident that I’m not going to be losing progress, particularly in the daily bonuses, airport and online orders.

Editing: Taking down to one star as I’ve noticed when I spend gems on the merchant to be able to have for a day it always cuts off before 24 hours and I just spent 50 to have him for 5 days and after ONE day it says I only have 18 hours left with him. Besides the same issue of stuff disappearing when I put it in the market this glitching is making it not fun anymore. *This game is super fun and intriguing to play! I love making things to fufill orders and while sometimes certain things can take forever, I’m just an impatient person 😅 and the bright side is unlike other games, most items are able to be made under an hour, where as other games would have them taking hours. I’d say currently the only flaw I’m noticing and why I’m giving it 3 stars is that things are constantly disappearing from my market shelves. I’ll have two of something, put them in and sometimes only one will appear and the other just disappears or neither will appear. At first it was occasionally but the last few days it’s been every day a couple times.

First I’d like to say this is a good quality game. It’s fun and for the most part it’s fair, you don’t have to watch any ads if you don’t want to and as long as you’re patient you can play for free. But here’s 2 things I don’t like about it though: First, they put the button to spend diamonds (which I bought with real money) in very strategic places so if you’re not super careful you’ll end up spending diamonds when you didn’t mean to. It’s like stealing my money. And they obviously place them where they do on purpose, so you’ll lose diamonds and have to buy more. Second, the “mini game” called hamster ball is complete garbage. Doesn’t follow the laws of physics whatsoever so you basically have to learn what force you hit the ball with according to the programmer. If you hit it too hard at a ramp with a slight incline the ball just goes straight up in the air. Ridiculous.

Honestly I love this game, I play every single day. But for the last week I would say that the game messed up and now I think maybe it’s a glitch. One day just out of the blue the game wouldn’t load and open the first time so I closed the app and reopened it and it worked. Then when I checked to see if anything was finished making it was the same as the day before. Now it’s still the same. I have to stay in the game for everything to cook and obviously I can’t sit there in the game for hours and hours for things to cook. Is there anyway this can be fixed because it’s making not wanna play anymore and I really love the game. Like things are still making from 2 days ago and they aren’t making any progress unless the game is just sitting there on the phone with the game open. I don’t wanna just sit there while things cook.
