In Super Mega Worm, you are the planet's last line of defense. As a giant underground worm, you must consume humans and their machines to grow in size and power. Battle through 24 levels of carnage, unlock devastating super-abilities, and face off against the human military in a quest to cleanse the planet. Featuring 8-bit retro art and an original chiptune score.

Super Mega Worm is an absolute riot. It’s a glorious throwback to 8-bit aesthetic combined with the sheer destructive joy of a monster movie. Playing as 'Wojira,' a giant parasite sent by Mother Earth to wipe out humanity, is an empowering and hilarious experience. The controls are simple—you dive deep into the crust to build speed and then breach like a Great White shark to take out tanks, helicopters, and screaming civilians.
What makes the game stay fresh is the RPG-lite progression. As you eat more, you grow larger and unlock chaotic power-ups like fire breath and EMP blasts. The screen eventually becomes a frantic mess of pixelated explosions and chaos. It doesn't take itself seriously at all, and that’s exactly why it works. It’s pure, unadulterated arcade fun with a fantastic chiptune soundtrack to boot.

Tips & Walkthrough
The deeper you go before turning upward, the higher you will breach. Use this height to take out high-flying jets and helicopters that stay out of reach of smaller jumps.
Gameplays
Once your 'Chaos meter' is full, tap the screen to unleash fire breath. This is best saved for boss fights or when the screen is crowded with heavy military tanks.

Very fun but has bugs on iOS 17.2…
Sun Jan 14 2024 Sono HayateStill a super fun game! There seems to be a menu bug where nearly every option just says “Arial” as well as a number of other small bugs in the game, but luckily it’s still playable. An update to use the full screen would be amazing!
Super Mega Worm
Wed Apr 17 2024 Nel OrtizI love this game. I remember playing this game in 2012, but now it got typos in the end of winning the game and it wasn’t like that before. I get it, old school games had typos, but it feels like a bug instead of it being on purpose. It also has crashed on me once since I bought it again not long ago and every now and then it has this bug with the title screen. It says, “arial” instead of saying “start” like it should be. Please fix this. I have an iPhone 7. I love this game more than Hungry Shark: Evolution and this game is older than Hungry Shark: Evolution. This game would be a lot better than Hungry Shark: Evolution, in my opinion, if you fixed these issues.
Problem with leaderboard and achievements.
Wed Mar 31 2021 sandworm loverThis is a super fun game but I do have a few complaints. One, I can’t actually open the achievements which is same with the leaderboard. Two, why does mecha wojira cost money it should be free? Anyways. This is a great game. I hope you make another type of this game :D

It’s also an improvement from Super Mega Worm Lite because Super Mega Worm Lite crashes every time I finish time attack, yet that doesn’t happen in the full version. I also have Super Mega Worm vs Santa as well. I think that one is even better.

Game is pretty short – But fun
Sun Jan 10 2021 ______0___Don't get me wrong, I loved this game, but I wish there was more to it. I beat the game in less than a half hour, and i'm not even that good at most games. It also barely has any replay value once you beat it. Please add more to this game.
