Shadowmatic

This has to be the most imaginative game I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing, not to mention the 2nd level mind bending puzzle you will want to find and solve. I had to write the designers of the game for those clues, which added a level of challenge for me, which I loved. My only complaint if you’d call it a complaint is when will the next update arrive, I used to check weekly then monthly and now yearly my excitement is waning. So please, if there’s going to be more updates could you make them soon. I have received a pretty bad prognosis and would really like to enjoy the newest update while I can, I’ve been told these type games are a great form of stimulus for my ailments. I just really want to let your designers know what a great game they’ve made along with a grateful “lifelong” fan of Shadowmatic!!

Best Puzzle

This puzzle is great. I like it because it’s challenging to put together. It’s not expensive, and the hints if needed aren’t vague. The hints are clear enough to guess the shape in the beginning, if you need to use them. However, I’ll admit as you advance the harder it becomes. I had to use all the hints with one puzzle, which was ok. Because after I knew what it was, the challenge still existed to maneuver the shapes to match the figure provided in order to move forward. I’d highly recommend.

Amazing Game

This game is a creative masterpiece! The graphics and the mechanics and everything in this game shines. The clues, the hints, the ones with 2 pieces. It's a fun, interesting concept that is executed in a nearly flawless manner. The hints are reasonable, even if they do have micro transactions, and I adore the different themes and levels. However what makes this one of the best games in the App Store is the small, little touches. For example, you can move the stage slightly by tilting the iPhone. It's not really game mechanic, but it's a really neat touch. It's just so polished!

Shadowmatic Review

First the negatives. I paid $3.99+tax for the game. I paid another $.99 + tax for hints. I also paid &1.99 + tax for the other part of game. I would prefer to pay at one time for the game. If I am purchasing a game the hints should be free. A one set price would be better. Most of the really good games I purchased are like that. The positives about the game. Very challenging Tricky Kept my interest Background music was nice Graphics good Themes were helpful In order to complete the puzzles I had to cheat some and look at the finish product to have an idea of what I was building. It was still all the above even with the extra help! I gave it the Five Stars because it was fun - a little too costly but fun!

The basketball player level is terrible

In the beginning everything is fine and interesting, until the two parts combination and three parts combination appeared. Please, people play games to have fun, not to suffer, I don't need another Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy thank you I normally just spend 1 min on 1 puzzle, however I spend 7 min to get the basketball player puzzle in the right place when I already knew the result image. Nop I didn't feel happy at all when I finished it I only felt extremely furious and frustrated and fatigued and started to hate life

Wonderfully relaxing and engaging.

I do not usually write reviews on games. This is a different animal altogether though. Between the very soothing music, the challenge that makes you focus and have every thing else meltaway, plus the sheer, FUN, EASY (at times) challenge of it. All of those converge into one wonderful gaming experience. I've never, like I said, rated a game. But this? Buy the full version. You'll be happy you did. I promise!

Crypt-o-matic

It would be nice if you knew before-hand what you were trying to make, but regardless this game is imaginative and inspires you to be imaginative, with hints if you really need them, and I encourage you to take a $4 leap of faith and enjoy this game for the brain-burner that it “lovingly” is. Well-made and deserving of a small investment. Recommend!

Need a bit of work

It’s a really good game I respect it and I love it, but the fact that I paid for it and it has the most simple annoyance is a bit irritating. Please fix the fact that it doesn’t always register the picture if it’s not perfect because I’ve sat here for a while before tryna get it when I have the picture right but I have to inch a little piece over the smallest bit.

Simple, straightforward puzzle games are du jour on mobile platforms, but that doesn't mean they can't be visually impressive. Shadowmatic...
