One no videos play ever , I’m never able to have my coins doubled, luck wheel disappeared n I can’t get my spin from completing the task . I bought 100, 000 for .99 cents , but you charged me over $5 ., n to add to this madness you owe me 400,00 coins or reimburse my card . You put up here a complaint from 5 years ago . You need to update that . I’m sure you have had more complaints recently. Patiently awaiting a reply you can easily fix this problem if you choose to . But as of now you won’t fix your errors. It’s Luke you are ripping the players off .

Other players will get every card they need but you never get the card you need. Every round I play, my card ALWAYS get thrown out after it passed my turn. They let players determine if they want to continue playing. Why? If the player(s) didn’t want to play why join in the first place. I have several players do that if they have one set of matches down. You can’t hit on cards on the board when you throw your first matching set down. Have to wait until it comes back to you in order to do so! It’s very unfair! You can log in EVERYDAY and you get the same amount for daily bonus. I don’t understand! Once I play all my chips I’m uninstalling this game. Not worth it! The algorithm is these developers! Money hungry! So when it’s like that I just play every blue moon.

Sun May 14 2017 Blueskies33Addictive game. I loved rumikub as a kid and am so happy to find it as an online game. I like the timer so the game doesn't take too long. Looks like it is easier to move the pieces to the board from a PC than a mobile device. The magnifying glass when playing on my iPhone could be useful to some - but it makes it difficult for me to place pieces. I wish I could turn it off. From my iPad everything works great!

SluggoIn my opinion… you’d be better off to burn your money, rather than spend it buying chips in this app. I downloaded this game early on and was actually excited to play, but it quickly became clear to see this game is rigged against you. Sometimes I’d be in a game with people that had the same pictures/avatars and the same names. Sometimes they would have the same photographs and different names. Magically, when you buy a large chip package, you could no longer play in lower betting games. They’d put you in games where the jackpots would get significantly large several hundred thousand, but it was impossible to win them because mysteriously the “boss” left the room every game. Please don’t be an idiot and spend your money on chip packages in this game. Send them to game app purgatory for an eternity so they get what they deserve!
HORRIBLE Customer Service
Mon Mar 26 2018 ShrryJAs you progress in the game you get blocked from rooms but there is no rhyme or reason and customer service can't give me an answer. It makes sense that you wouldn't be allowed in the beginner rooms but after buying tokens you'll get blocked from the more advanced one too but only sometimes. I literally will be blocked from the "Pro" room because "my skills are too advanced" then will be allowed in 5 minutes later after I've won another game. The response I get from customer service is very frustrating, it's like they've never played their game. And, they act like they've never heard of this issue when I know they have because of reviews on here.
Why Does It....
Tue Sep 12 2017 IamGreemyCost so much to play a game? As much as I like Rummykub, I find this version so frustrating. I was down to under a 1000 chips so bought 50,000 more. The more chips I have, the more it costs to play a game. First it went from 50,000 to 43,000 for one game and then the next game went down to 33,000. When I had under 10,000, it took out less and less. It would be nice if Peak games would have a more comprehensive game description other than the meager FAQ sheet. Also, as a new player, how is it I end up in a room with players who have played well over a 1,000 games. For this dear developers, whose other games I have, you only get ONE star from me. Professional rummy playing bots!
Sun Feb 25 2024 Erettig1I work graveyard and that being said there may not be many table options for me, so they load these bots in, which in theory I’m ok with that. What I’m not ok with is they don’t just beat me and take my coins they mop the floor with me, it’s not like playing with another person. Their picture looks like professionally done they never have more than 50-60 rounds, they never stick around for another hand,sometimes the gender of their names don’t match like Mary name on man’s photo. I’m ok with the bots but cam you make them lighten up?
