Absolutely Love This Game!

I am gonna do this backwards started with what the game lacks and ending it with its best features. Saves those looking for reviews help deciding on downloading of game. The first thing lacking is a POV ride in your personal theme park. Some games allow you to ride the roller coasters giving you views of park as if you’re really on ride in park. It’s neat having this feature especially for those who can’t afford real deal. Another feature which is found in another version of this game is land development like creating a mountain or hill in park. A water feature to allow you to make ponds for coasters to go over. Even a bridge for guests to walk from one area to another. It makes it more realistic. Buildings added so you can make western towns, hotels, or other enclosures to put shops inside or even games. Maybe add in? It would be so great! I’m a Sim player too so that’s why I bring it up. I’d play this game more than anything if it had extras like that! Now what game has that sets it above the rest. No overload of missions. Lots of events to earn more goodies. No need to pay for anything as it’s easy to earn lots of goodies. A water park to play with on top of your own private theme park. Fun scenarios. Opportunities to connect with others in corporations. The best part though is no glitches or slow play time due to multiple objects owned. I can play for hours on days with nothing to do. Love love love!!

This game is very fun just when you’re bored! It may get a little tricky and annoying sometimes But no matter what it’s such a fun game! If you’re up for challenges this is the game for you. If you’re bored and you just sit down and play a game because you’re bored this is the game for you! The reason why I love this game is when I don’t have any other games to play that I like I just click on this! I require you to get this game! It is beyond magical! So basically what you have to do is you have to get cards to upgrade your rides and to build rides it’s basically like theme park tycoon in Roblox but much better and the graphics are beyond awesome😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰🥰😇😇😇 I love this game and I request you to buy it!!! It’s worth it it’s literally worth it!!!!This game helps you create imagination and not only imagination but creativity that helps you expand so much of your life and if you’re going through a hard time play this game because it encourages you to keep on going even when you’re irritated at the game 😂 I love this game and it’s encouraged me to do so much! I am now 18 and working Allison Park because of roller coaster tycoon touch! get this game! It’s so worth it! I have to go work in my theme park! Have I told you that I own theme park! Great game but unfortunate unfixable issue

I literally never write reviews but I’ve come here specifically to get the developers of this app to hopefully fix this issue. I, like I assume many people, love this game I think it’s an amazing comparison to the real game. I love building my own coasters and I have progressed quite a bit. That being said there is one issue that seems to be a known problem. I am unable to join a corporation. It’s one of the first things you unlock but since I haven’t been able to join one. I checked with the app issues and did the only thing they offered as a solution. This didn’t work but after reading more the app suggests you wait for them to update it. The article on this problem is by no means a new article(it’s the first “known issue” article available 😒) and this issue seems to be ongoing. The article also states that you aren’t really missing out on gameplay without the corporations feature and that you can still progress. I disagree and think it’s wild to say you don’t need it but it’s still a part of the game. I personally enjoy this community aspect of other games. I’m thoroughly disappointed in the lack of interest in one of the only secondary activities available in this game. It’s either unimportant enough to take out of the game or if it’s something worth keeping, then fix it. Other than that I do recommend this game. Just think it’s backwards to develop something and then not prioritize the bugs you created. Been playing for about a month, no bug fix updates, just some redesigns.

Love this game but needs some updates!

I have been playing this game for about a year now (so you know it’s my favorite). I first downloaded this game thinking it would bring back my childhood memories but it’s definitely way different than expected. It’s still an amazing game though and the best free game app ever created! So if you get disappointed still give it a try! It’s a very addicting game and is honestly like no other app for iPhone/iPads! My biggest issue with the game would be that even with all of the expansions, I still can’t fit a large quantity of the items in my storage which is defeating the purpose of the game and causing me to start to lose interest. If you would make the main park able to expand more (like a lot more), the game would have a perfect rating! I would like to keep playing, but I feel like I don’t have a goal anymore because I can’t place anything new into my park due to no more space! I would also recommend adding goals/tasks to the water park too because otherwise it’s kind of just pointless to have (most people enjoy working toward something in games). I also would recommend updating the game more frequently (or at least around the holidays) so we can start collecting Christmas cards and not be stuck with the Halloween stuff in the middle of December! All recommendations to the app developers aside, I loveeeeee this game! It’s so unique and doesn’t force ads down your throat. It gives you an option to watch them which is one of the reasons why I still play it literally a year later! Would recommend to anyone of any age!!

Close Enough!!

I played Zoo Tycoon growing up. I had the CD version and would play for hours, strategizing how to grow my little business. I found this game in my search for an app that comes close to it. I’ve been playing it for a little while and it’s been entertaining me I can’t lie. But I have two problems with it. Firstly, the in-app purchases ruin the game, which is the problem with every “free” app. In reality, you can’t even come close to enjoying the game unless you spend around $20 on coins and tickets, like I did. The game should be playable without spending money, in-app purchases should be reserved for the extra cool things that people might want to buy. It’s also a bit hard to use, for example, it doesn’t allow you to place buildings on paths. Instead of just automatically deleting the path, you have to put down whatever you’re moving to clear a space. And that brings me to my next issue, that it’s not very exciting. In the old Zoo Tycoon game, once you played for long enough you could look forward to unlocking a dragon or dinosaurs. I can see myself playing this for a few weeks during class, and eventually just forgetting it all together. There’s no fun roller coasters to look forward to, so for me, it’s just scratching my itch for strategizing with money (without the risk). I’m aware I didn’t have to give such an in depth review, but I REALLY was feeling nostalgic about that old zoo tycoon game and since I’ve been comparing them so closely, thought I might as well give some feedback that might help the company improve the game too!

Fun but don’t waste any money in the game!

I actually really like this game. I used to play it growing up so when I saw it on here a few months back, I was really excited. I don’t usually spend money in apps, but with all the stress of the holidays and the new year, I found myself playing frequently and thinking it would be worth it sometimes in order to further my park progress. Don’t make the same mistake I did! Although this game is fun, there are multiple glitches and often my progress is not saved. That doesn’t bother me too much except last month all of my upgrades were wiped and I was missing tons of cards out of nowhere. Most noticeable was in my color section, I lost all colors except lilac and I had at least 20. Not sure if it was a glitch or if I missed a message in which they explained why this happened, but either way it took out so much of my progress because when you upgrade, you place more of a building, so for example when it wiped those I went from being allowed to have 7 bathrooms to only being able to have 2 but I still had 7 so I have to catch up on upgrades (buy them again) in order to place more as my park rating plummets for lack of hygiene. This happened to everything including rides, restaurants, shops, decorations, everything. It costs money and cards to upgrade so obviously this has wiped a ton of progress in my game. I understand technology glitches which is why I still have this game and gave it 4 stars because I still play and enjoy it, I just know now to not spend any more money on the app since it will likely go to waste and I think others should know that too.

Good, not great.

Pros: Fun, smooth gameplay. Plenty of tasks to complete. Has seasons offering themed rides and vendors (Halloween/ Christmas/ ect). You can play some of the arcade games that you have set up in your park. Cons: While you do not technically have to watch ads or spend money to play, if you want to make any significant progress in a short period of time, you are pretty much forced to watch ads ALL THE TIME. Watch ads for free cards, watch ads for tickets, watch ads for hearts. It’s constant. As expected you can also spend real hard earned money on things you cannot use in the real world... Unlike RT Classic you can’t speed up time, you are limited on custom land development, and you are given a relatively small lot to start on and you have to use coins to expand pretty quickly. Also, getting service cards (bathrooms, janitors, repairmen) is really difficult. In the original you could place as many workers as your budget could handle and they would cover your entire park. The services in this game cover a limited and specific grid. So if you don’t have enough service cards, your park will be really dirty and the guests will be unhappy. While the graphics are better, and the gameplay is smooth, there is a special nostalgic and unique gameplay experience offered with RT Classic that can’t be matched. I switch between playing both games from time to time depending on what scratches the itch. All I can say is that I find myself getting annoyed with this version (ads, purchase options), and I have never gotten annoyed with the RT Classic

Piece of crap game

So this game had lots of glitches to begin with and there were times that some of the tasks seemed pretty impossible. But with the update before last, it became unplayable. I have a level 105 park, yet it’s requiring me to go through the beginners tutorial. But since I’ve already built my park, I can’t complete the part that requires you to lay sidewalk. So it is stuck. And the developers in their infinite stupidity apparently did not put a way in to skip the tutorial. I’m not a developer and even I know to put in a skip, if nothing else, because some people may not need the tutorial. It’s pretty sad really. Even worse, it recently updated again and claimed that they fixed the bugs, but obviously not since the stupid game continues to require a level 105 to do the beginner tutorial. And being at level 105, I am not going to start all over again. This game is a piece of crap with idiot developers. I wouldn’t bother with this game because eventually, these developers will screw you over as well. Update: So still crap. The developers got back to me saying that I needed to wait for the update to come through to fix the problem, which was several weeks ago. Saw something saying the app had an update, but as expected problem still exists. And even if they haven’t updated, I’ve had to wait multiple weeks for a problem they caused and I’m done waiting. I should not have to wait this long for the developers to fix this. Worst game ever and the developers are complete idiots.
