* Support background music. No crash at startup.
* Minor fixes
Reckless Getaway is the spiritual successor to the classic top-down racers of the late 90s, focusing entirely on the thrill of the chase. You play as a bank robber fleeing the scene of a crime, and your only goal is to cause as much carnage as possible while evading the police.
The physics are delightfully 'bouncy.' You can ram police cars off bridges, weave through oncoming traffic, and take massive jumps to lose your pursuers. The scoring system encourages you to take risks—narrowly avoiding a head-on collision or smashing through a fruit stand adds to your 'reckless' multiplier. It’s high-octane, arcade fun that doesn't take itself too seriously. The levels are varied and short, making it an excellent choice for anyone who just wants to blow off some steam with a high-speed chase.
16 spectacular tracks
Simple and effective controls
Dynamic physics and destruction

Don't just drive fast; drive dangerous! Smashing police cars into obstacles yields the highest points. Look for the yellow star pickups to unlock 'Power-Ups' that give you a temporary burst of speed or invincibility.
The environment is your best weapon. Time your drifts to push pursuing officers into oncoming traffic or off the edges of the mountainous tracks.
You unlock new vehicles by earning stars in the different chapters of the Getaway mode.
I have played this game for a long time now and it never gets old. It is such a good game and the developers don’t ruin it by updating the game by making it new again. There is nothing wrong with this game or any bugs as far as I know. I have seen the trailer for the second game and I said to myself, no I won’t download this because I know that the first game would still be better. No matter how good it is because it can not beat the classic version. This is my childhood game and I will never grow bored of it and I would recommend this game to anyone who is a fan of action and racing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I found in comparison that this version is better than Gettway 2. It’s just a better feel in the way it runs. It’s not only fun but it’s also funny how you can knock cars off the road and try to gettway from the cop cars to get more points along the way. It like to see more added courses for this version with more goals. Great job on this game.
Won’t load after latest IOS update , now it won’t load on my iPad , which the update was intended for. I will never buy another game from Apple , and though I paid less than a dollar on this game , to unlock the next chapters in the game , they charge to advance in the game , won’t be worrying about any of that . Not a coincidence that they have Getaway 2 now , so no expectations or care whether the developer fixes the issue or not , I deleted this waste of time and won’t be downloading the replacement or any game from the developer , infinite .
This game used to be free on the Google play store and that’s how I got it on my tablet when I was six. Now years later this game still has a special place on my heart. The physics could be a bit wanky but if you’re like me, you’ll get carried away by the explosions, crashes, and amazing scenery.
This game was a part of my childhood. I played this game so much when we were traveling, idling, or just did not have WiFi. I beat every level with the maximum amount of stars I could get then I would delete it to redo my progress. I loved the levels with different cars. I love this game, and I'm glad it could be part of my childhood.
If you want a free roam game where you get the perspective to be chased by law enforcement you came to the right place not only it’s for a good price but yet super fun there are many levels to choose from I really recommend oyu take a look at this game
I remember playing this game when I was very little, I loved it because it was chaotic and had fast cars. This game popped into my head and I downloaded it again, all those memories came flooding back.
I started playing back in 2011 and I was only like 6, now I’m 13 and can even still remember the end scene. This was a great game throughout all those years, thanks for making my childhood.
