Ugh

I was really enjoying the game. I put $20 in. I won up to 130 something dollars let me say when I go to withdraw the money it asked me to verify I put in my ID and after you do all of that it ask you to take a picture of yourself, but you have to have access to your camera on the app. The app has nowhere where you can access your camera to the app, so how am I supposed to receive the money that I’ve won if I can’t get access to my camera I’ve tried everything I went through the app. I went through my phone. I’ve googled how to do this and there’s no way that it can be done so I think that it’s all a scam you keep taking peoples money and then they build up build up build up and then you don’t give them their winning.

Best fun site

Payout & Customer Service

This platform is the world worse about cashing you out & keeping their word! I have been waiting almost over a week for my money. My boyfriend requested his payout two day after I did & he got his money writhin 3 hrs tops! I have been trying to keep in contact with their customer service & they are awful people. Day one thing and then back track. Here it is almost 10’days later & still nothing! Don’t play with them if you want your redemption in a timely manner. There has been 18 emails exchanged & that’s not counting the others before this. I keep getting told it’s a process when I gotten an email that states funds should be released within 24-48 hrs! Here it is 48 hrs later still nothing! They are not a good platform & they try to keep your money! They make every excuse in the book to NOT PAY YOU! Don’t pay attention to the postive reviews bc they get paid to put this so you will come play & put more money in they pockets
