I won 22k my first time playing

My friend sent me this game so I decided to try it knowing nothing about it. They started me off with some free play and then I decided to deposit $5. Being unfamiliar with the game I couldn’t figure it out completely at first so I accidentally deposited another $5. So $10 total investment and I hit $22k!!! Then I didn’t believe it could be real! No way could I have won so much! So I sent my friend a screenshot of my winnings and asked “Is this real?” Then I started betting all crazy thinking it was fake money. I had lost a crazy amount of money and my balance was around 10k when I received her text back saying “yes, its real money!” My heart sank. I wanted to cry thinking that I just had 22k n now im down to 10k bcuz of my carelessness and thinking it was fake! So i kept trying to win the money back but it seemed like I was stuck around that 17k mark! I couldn’t get it up any higher and I thought I better count my blessings- so I cashed out at 17k! What an experience!!! Can’t believe this could even happen to me! With a mere $10 investment and my very first time ever playing?! Thanks Crown Coins! I am so thankful for this experience. Oh ya I forgot to mention that it was pretty simple to verify my account and cash out too! It took about a week or less total. I thought that was reasonable for the amount of money that was being redeemed and for the fact that I had never redeemed anything from them before.

Highly disappointed

I really got into the races, the competitions that giveaways, free promotions. However, there is a lot of connection issues and the games won’t load sometimes they will cut off on you in the middle of gameplay which is happened to me several times and then I lost everything. Customer support never helps. They always ask for a screenshot which I never can provide due to the fact that I don’t know what’s going to happen or I would be prepared to take a screenshot every gameplay to be able to keep up with what they’ve taken for me and then they give you a dollar to reimburse you for what you’ve lost and then take that too. I do have screenshots of my conversations with customer support and it’s the same robotic conversations every time you never get any help with your complaints they just say the same things over and over again and you I have just lost everything even though you were winning when it happened (it being the connection lost or internal server connection failed). Of course, I can never see my gameplay. It’s very disappointing. I will no longer contribute to the site. The frustration has made the games no fun to me anymore. It seems to be really bad when I’m finally winning or doing good in a race and then bam it’s like the rug is snatched out from under me. I never win any competitions. I never win any of the promotions. I will no longer contribute.

Latest update deleted everything

I have loved playing in Crown Coins Casino. I’ve also deposited a lot of money from my bank on it. Then last week I didn’t sign in until yesterday or tried to sign in. When I did sign in my I had had over 4 million crown coins and they were all gone and it just gave me the daily offer of about hundred thousand points. My VIP status has gone too, and it takes me back down to the beginning. When I try to use support to write support, it tells me “ something’s wrong” support is not available. I can’t get through that way and I can’t get through on another page where support is listed. I was reaching support on my laptop, but then my computer froze just a while ago and I couldn’t finish I tried to submit the information they were requesting my date of birth my name on my email address then it froze so I don’t know if that stuff got through or not. Have a picture showing the one of the last times I had over 3 million crown coins. I can’t find my VIP status that I was up a little better than I am now and I can’t make a deposit because it says my phone number is already in there. I actually deleted and reinstalled the app, but nothing has happened since then it’s still blank and support is not available in the app. Please help!

When a skeptic is proven wrong

I can honestly admit that when I first downloaded this gaming app that I was a negative Nancy. Most apps minimum redemption is $100 and I was pleasantly surprised that the minimum redemption for Crown Casino was only $50. The verification process was a breeze and now I’m waiting on my personal bank account to be funded. Honestly I wish that I had known about this gaming app 3-4 years ago when I was wasting money playing at the corner stores or at the small game rooms around town. This app is a game changer and I’m here for it. 10/10 I wouldn’t change a thing. I’m redeeming another massive win as of 30 minutes ago. Could be fun

Just started with this provider about a week ago and right off the bat, I thought it was really fun because it has a lot of challenges that are ongoing every day for the most part. However, I feel like the slots are kind of dead. I’ve tried different slot providers within the app and the lack of bonuses you get really make it frustrating. Specially if you compare it with other social casinos out there. Absolute joke of a casino 100% rigged. I spent 500 dollars n didn’t even win anything like at all. If u need 6 coins for a bonus it will give u 5 back to back. N u can’t even use customer service to close your acct cuz it’s not an option. They say that it’s random but if your game glitches out in the middle of a bonus round, you’ll come back in and the money will be there so it is absolutely 100% not random. And don’t be big because whatever you win it’s gonna cost three times that amount to win anything else again trust me from somebody who’s been a gambler for a long time. This app is a joke. It’s out for nothing but themselves just like the other ones. And if you try to cast out. They leave it sitting in there so long with the option to cancel that you’ll end up canceling it and you’ll lose every dime of it. I’ve done it twice so far I lost $1500 in 10 minutes.
