PowerWash Simulator is the ultimate zen experience in gaming, an unlikely masterpiece that turns a mundane chore into one of the most compelling and relaxing titles of the decade. The tactile feedback of the water blasting against different surfaces, combined with the visual reward of uncovering bright colors beneath thick grime, creates a dopamine loop that is genuinely hard to break away from. Playing this on a mobile device works surprisingly well, with touch controls that are mostly intuitive, though adjusting the camera can occasionally feel slightly fiddly compared to a mouse or controller.
The progression system is perfectly paced, granting you access to stronger washers and wider nozzles just as the jobs become larger and more demanding. There is a bizarre narrative humming in the background through text messages, adding a bit of flavor to the world, but the star of the show is the cleaning itself. If you suffer from stress or simply want a game to play while listening to a podcast, PowerWash Simulator is an absolute must-have.
Relaxing, stress-free gameplay
Equipment upgrades and customizations
Variety of locations and vehicles
Satisfying visual feedback
Use the left side of the screen to move and the right side to aim. Select the appropriate nozzle for the surface, press the trigger, and sweep back and forth to clear the dirt.
The core loop involves targeting specific sections of a level, upgrading your equipment with earned cash, and achieving a 100% completion rate for that satisfying 'ding' as an object becomes fully clean.
No, you can take as long as you need. The game is designed to be completely stress-free.
auspicious and great potential yet absolutely great with performance for a mobile game if you want to progress in the fastest way possible then turn off always spray after you tapped the controls button under the pause button in a level and use Apple Pencil or a compatible touch pen for your ipad/iphone and sketch draw quickly to get the most muck coverage possible (dont use a controller its too slow) it makes my fingers numb and hurt when i use my fingers to quickly clean different surfaces rapidly without moving the screen I recommend you play with a touch pencil of any kind so you can spare your fingers it's easier when your right handed. Also turn up your sensitivity to max and pov to 100% before you play the game efficiently. A PROPITIOUS release for Apple Arcade roseate beautiful quality that accentuates the gaming experience of simulators only bad thing is the 1 or 3 objects left on the job list for gunk mangling with sub-atomic sized gunk spots that makes some want to egress and move on. you cant get all of the objectives on the job list in some levels or jobs without spending a minute or 5 to fully clean a object in the job list in a level. able to see things as they really are and to deal with them in a practical way based on what is real rather than on what is wanted or hoped for, not impractical or visionary. And this game has just that with classical game physics of being able to rapidly or violently clean things as quickly as possible more repetitive than the real deal too bad a real life power washer person cant cheaply clean up and down like i can compared to irl slow movement pro washing
I nearly 100% the game on steam past a few DLC’s and I can confirm this is a pretty good port. Only two gripes I have are: 1. The Turning (Minor) Like most mobile games the left side of the screen is where you move and the right side is for the camera; And USUALLY the right side, no matter where you drag controls the camera. This is not the case for this game, simply put there is a small circle where you are able to drag to turn your guy around. If that circle was removed and that whole right side was used to control the camera than I would be fine. Another small nitpick thing about this is every time you turn you will toggle your washer and begin spraying no matter what, the second you turn it starts spraying; Which doesn’t impact the game too much but if your using soap per say and just want to turn around without using it that is literally impossible. The only way you could do it is switch to another nozzle or remove soap from the nozzle, turn, then put the soap back on the nozzle. Again nitpick issue. 2. Missing Extra Jobs (Extremely Minor) As someone who played the game before it is kind of sad that half of the extra jobs got cut for no real reason, same thing goes for the chronicle jobs. When I realized after beating the game I never did the food truck, satellite dish, etc. I was kinda bummed, as those were part of the semi base game (Those are considered extras) I do believe though that they will be added eventually due to them currently updating to add the DLC’s but time will tell If you’ve never played it before, try it out with some buds and see how you like it. 9/10 Just needs some extremely minor improvements to the game for it to become perfect.
i 100% the Xbox powerwash sim 2 within the week came out, this made me more than disappointed in the series after what i considered way better than the original quality and control wise. this one though? the controls are horrible, and with controller you cant change any key binds. however, the second game has different control settings than the first and this one and this has actually come out AFTER the second one now so i see no reason to have that toggle if i cant change an individual button. touch screen is horrid, you cant look around without spraying and if theres a way the tutorial certainly didnt say so! it feels like someone who doesnt play mobile games made the control system and its god awful as someone who has played roblox clones and other types of power washing games. i love this series and was excited, but i shouldve known this was just for the apple arcade money and would lack any charm the original two had. i have written no more than ten reviews for apps, and this has joined the bad list to be on for me as i only review what upmost disappoints me.
I’m in love with this game. I’ve been itching to play it for some time and I’m so glad it came to Apple! I’ve been playing nonstop and it’s been so fun. The storyline is a great addition. I really love the little texts and interconnecting stories! Unfortunately it’s a bit buggy. My game glitched on the final wash and marked it completed when I force closed and opened it again, so I never saw the conclusion or got to finish the level myself which was a bummer. I can finish it in free play but I’m not sure if I’ll get the missing texts or story. Edit: no missing texts back after free play but I was able to watch the credits. Fingers crossed for some of the other DLCs and PowerWash simulator 2 because I’m having a blast
Far and away the best de-stressing ASMR type of power-wash game for iPad…very satisfying!! Appreciate that washing objects is not timed….and you have a chance to be very thorough before a section is considered complete. Nice variety of the objects and a bit of a challenge to spray all nooks and crannies. Graphics and mechanics of moving the spray gun around are great. Personally, I like that there is no music, or option to turn music off…so the water-effects can be heard! Splashing sounds different on various surfaces, like washing metal, or a wood deck, etc. You can tell lots of effort is made by the developers, (as opposed to so many similar style apps out there that just seem thrown together)…I hope new levels or DLCs will continue in the future!
This is a great game to play with friends and family, but I have a few things i am not very happy with. It sometimes all makes it so you lose your progress whenever you have finished the level but I can look past that because you get to do it with your friend again and also you get more of the power wash cash or whatever it is called another thing that I don’t like is that you can only play 2 players on the career mode and no more players but I know that it’s supposed to make it slower so you can admire the scenery but you can play with more people on free play so I am able to look past that Overall great game and I would recommend it to anyone who has Apple Arcade
This game is incredibly fun. Its sound effects are so soothing that you can fully immerse yourself in it, and it boasts stunning graphics with very modest system requirements—my iPad 10 can run it smoothly without any issues. The fizzing sound of the water gun makes me feel utterly relaxed, and the faint streak of white light piercing through the darkness is a real visual delight. By the time you finish cleaning the entire amusement park, a strong sense of accomplishment washes over you. The only downside, though, is that as a ported game, its current touchscreen controls are rather cumbersome and prone to accidental taps. You have to tweak the settings carefully to find the optimal control scheme, which is definitely an area that needs improvement.
I’m stuck on 99% can’t find where the dirt is on this motorbike Also, you can’t turn without turning on the pressure washer I’m spraying everything everywhere not just the dirt the walls, the whole shop just cause I can’t turn without turning on the diagram pressure washer also don’t matter how close or it’s gonna spray off the dirt just the same that ain’t very realistic. You get too close to something you’re gonna spray off the paint with a high power pressure washer you stay too far away I’m gonna blow nothing off. Even if you weren’t going for realistic, this at least let me blow off the dirt. I don’t wanna be stuck on one job the whole. Hours are 99% spraying randomly cause I don’t know where the dirt is and I can’t click on that button that says. Show where the dirt is because I just spray water.
