Pony Sisters Pet Hospital is an adorable educational title geared toward a younger audience. It does a great job of gamifying empathy and caretaking. The 'No Ads' version is a huge relief for parents, providing a safe, uninterrupted environment for kids to play. Each 'patient' has a different set of mini-games, from cleaning messy fur to treating toothaches, which helps keep the variety up.
The art style is bright and cheerful, and the UI is intuitive enough that even toddlers can navigate it with minimal help. While it’s certainly simple, it serves its purpose perfectly as a gentle, wholesome experience for animal-loving children.

I specifically downloaded and paid for this app for my four year old because it’s advertised as having no ads. That’s crock of lies! There’s an icon built into the game that advertises all of the developers games, many with no Ad Free paid for options. The reason I purchase the paid for versions with no ads is because my daughter struggles with getting out of the download window and back to her game. This can happen over and over again and it just isn’t practical for me to have to close the download screen and get her back to the game each time. She likes the game very much but this game is falsely advertised! Parents, if you buy the paid for version for the same reason, beware! Apple should be more stringent with its screening process for games on the platform and the developer should do better!
