Grow Recycling is an award-winning educational game that makes learning about the environment fun. Kids meet a cast of hungry recycling bins—each with a taste for a different material like paper, plastic, or metal. Through interactive play, children learn to sort waste and discover the magical process of recycling, where trash is transformed into brand-new items. It's a playful, ad-free experience designed to inspire a new generation of eco-heroes through hands-on discovery and delightful character interactions.

Our Expert Score

81/100

Grow Recycling is an educational game that actually feels like a game. It tackles the somewhat dry subject of waste management and turns it into a fun, character-driven experience. The 'recycling monsters' are charming and give kids a tangible connection to where their trash goes.

I love that the game shows the full cycle—from sorting the trash to seeing it turned into new products. It’s intuitive enough for a four-year-old to play without help, but has enough variety to keep them engaged for a long time. It’s one of those rare apps that manages to be truly educational without being preachy or boring. A fantastic tool for teaching environmental responsibility early on.

My kids do a lot of recycling at school so they really like this neat game! What they get to see here, that they don't get to see in school, is the WHOLE cycle. Great job!

Sooo cute!
