Fixed layout for iPhone 12
Pigeon Wings is a dizzying, high-speed masterpiece that feels like a cross between a classic arcade shooter and a precision racer. The tilt controls are some of the best I've ever used on mobile—they are incredibly sensitive without being twitchy, which is vital when you're weaving through narrow tunnels at 200mph. The sense of speed is genuine and often breath-taking.
The art style is charmingly retro, but the physics and gameplay loop are purely modern. The story is surprisingly engaging for a game about a pigeon pilot, adding a layer of humor that balances the intense difficulty of the later levels. It’s a 'just one more try' kind of game that rewards muscle memory and pure focus. If you miss the era of high-octane arcade racers, Pigeon Wings is a mandatory play.
Ultra-responsive tilt controls
Fast-paced arcade racing
Over 20 hand-crafted levels
Massive boss fights
Secret unlockable characters
Hold your device like a steering wheel. Small, subtle tilts are better for maintaining speed through curves, while sharp tilts are reserved for dodging sudden obstacles.
It's not just about speed; you have to take down enemies. Use your onboard cannons to clear a path, but be careful not to overheat your weapons.
The game is optimized for tilt to provide the best sense of flight, but touch options are available in the settings menu.
HOLY FRICK THIS GAME IS HARD! Ok, just had to get that off my chest. So wow I had more fun with this than I expected. One thing. If you are reading this than please, PLEASE AD A ENDLESS WAR MODE!! I love the combat in this game and one where you see hoe far you go in shooting stuff down sounds really fun. Oh and did I mention this game is hard? Because it is. Other than that, this game is a really good time and you should check it out. Oh also the art style is just like dreams. MMM.
I saw this on the featured page and thought it looked interesting. I am a fan of endless runners and this is one of (if not the) best one I have ever played. It follows the mantra of “simple to learn hard to master”. In addition it has a ‘story’ mode (a rare find for these games) that has pretty fun bite sized levels that get harder as you progress. On top of all of that, for this price, I can’t recommend this game enough!
Let me start off my saying this: Pigeon Wings is one of the best mobile games i have played in a LONG time. The game runs smooth and it is very fun and user friendly. Some parts of the game remind me of the airplane levels of “Cuphead” because you are in a plane fighting a boss. The movement is very similar to “Cuphead” as well. If you have not purchased this game yet, you should.
This game is so fun and addicting. Can be hard most of the time but let’s it of easy sometimes. There is also so much content. Endless mode,A long campaign, and extra DLC. For $2. That’s a steal. It’s also a racing game and shoot em’ up game so it has to be good.
The game is super difficult. Be warned. It’s a good, solid game otherwise. The difficulty was somewhat off putting for me. It stopped being fun due to the sheer difficulty. Other than that, it’s polished and buttery smooth so if difficulty doesn’t turn you off, by all means, enjoy!
Good game. Fast, good graphics, lots of fun. I was a tiny bit disappointed that there was no epilogue after the last boss. Felt a little anti-climatic. Still, I highly recommend.
The only bad thing is how cocky pigeon can be. But seriously idc if I break my iphone squeezing it so hard cause I want to WIN so bad. This is like the movie top gun except its a game!
Amazing game, well made. Fun, skill-based fast action. The boss fights and different types of races keep it interesting!
