Love this game!

I’ve been playing snack bar and lumbercat for a while now and was super excited to learn about this game too. It’s adorable and I love it! I’ve been so excited about this game that I’m sure I log into it probably 12 times a day. I did have to buy the no ad experience because I found it a little painful to play otherwise (incredibly hard to progress without watching 5 ads first - you got me Treeplla). The only other thing I will mention is that I wish it was a little easier to earn gems. Oftentimes when you reach milestones in the game, you earn one gem at a time (or they go to the piggy bank you have to pay to unlock like Snack Bar) but the first thing you can even use gems on to buy is for 50 gems. After spending $18 on the no ads, I just wish I wasn’t being asked to spend more to unlock a piggy bank or buy a gem pack. Maybe an event like in Lumbercat where you can earn gems at the end? This along with the ads might be discouraging for new players who aren’t willing to spent any $ on a phone game, even one as cute and well-developed as this one. Love these games, love the art, I definitely plan to keep on supporting you guys ❤️

Great game, some minor problems

I really like the game, it’s a lot of fun, and I find myself loving on every two hours to get the maximum profit. It also has no forced ads. All the ads are added as options to make more money, but you don’t have to watch an ad. I gave four stars for the reason that some of the features that include paying real money are annoying. How office staff complain that they want a picture frame, and the only way to buy those are through gems. You barely earn any gems naturally through the game, and almost have to buy them. This is even more annoying when my profits are cut because I don’t have a picture frame that costs real money to buy. I understand that you guys need money, and that not having automatic ads is a great service. But I don’t like some of the gems features. They feel a little too shoved down my throat. But everything else is very nice. Oh, and I would like for an alert that tells me when my electricity consumption is almost at the max. It is very expensive to upgrade the generators, and not telling me when they are getting stretched too thin can cause problems for my office workers. So if you could ad a little alert for that, I would appreciate it, because other people probably have this same problem. And this one is less likely, but I would like if some of the money features are less required. However if that is what it takes to not have to watch ad after ad, I can deal with it. Thanks for the wonderful game.

Great game but has two problems.

The first problem as I alluded to in the title is the “events” the game has are super pay to win as you can get the first two rewards which are ok at best but the best rewards being all of them after the first two you HAVE to pay for and btw you don’t pay to get access to the whole event you have to pay for each one which is super pay to win in my opinion. The second problem is that the paintings in each office are also super pay the SSS business require the “Focus Frame” to get the most money out of the best businesses in the game the only way to be able to get the many gems required without paying is to use the spin wheel and either hit the .1 chance of getting it normally or do the wheel 30 TIMES by the way it has a 8 hour cooldown so it would take 10 days at the very least to get a third of a chance to get 800 gems also this 10 days is only if you don’t sleep and it would take 15 assuming you sleep 8 hours a night. Anyway that’s all I have to say other than the pay to win of the game it’s pretty good and I understand having better rewards with ads and pay to win things the game is free after all and they have to make money so they gotta make money somehow anyway that’s all from me if you are reading this have a good day/night and if Treeplla somehow sees this keep up the good work. :)

Cute game, dunno how long I’ll keep playing

I’ve been playing this game for a little over a month. It’s very cute and I enjoy it, and I’m even willing to watch a million ads because they’re optional and the stuff I get for them is usually worth it. (I do wish they’d put a 30-second limit on ads - full minute ads are tedious and sometimes cause me to get bored and leave the app.) However, I’m not sure I’ll be able to keep playing for more than another few weeks because the cost of things that require gems just keeps shooting up as you progress while gems stay hard to get. The main problem with is how hard it is to get gems + how few you get when you buy them. Most games I’m willing to spend a few dollars here or there to buy gems or whatever because I know my $2-4 worth of gems will last me - in this game it *might* be enough for me upgrade the picture frames in two of my twelve offices! Not worth spending real money on. The only thing that’s kept the game playable is the unity rewards program, where I can earn gems for playing *other* games. Even that, it’s hard to find games I actually enjoy enough to make them worth it, but at least I’ve got a couple. My only other complaint is that it eats up my battery like nobody’s business - I think it’s mostly the ads that do it.

Cute game & design, but mostly watching ads

I know others have mentioned this too. The game is legit free, which I appreciate, but as others have noted, there are certain upgrades you can't do without gems, which are easy to collect in small numbers, but take a long time to collect in large enough numbers to actually use in game. Noting that a daily activity in the game is to play for at least 10 minutes, you should also note that 10 minutes of gameplay probably equals to eight or more minutes of waiting for ads to allow you to exit out of them. I appreciate that options can be purchased by watching ads in game, rather than paying with gems or in game money, but it's pretty crazy that almost every activity in game either requires watching an ad, giving up on ever getting that benefit, or waiting until you've earned the in-game cash to purchase on your own. Still, leaving at 4 stars since comparatively this game is alright and I have not run into any legit bugs after playing for several weeks. Having to quit and restart the app is helpful sometimes if things appear "stuck" or slow, but that's not atypical. I'd give this game 3 stars if similar games were generally better, but that's not the tech world we live in. (Wah wah wahhhhhahah) Enjoy cute cartoon cats in suits! Yay!

Idk why everyone is rating it so high

It’s a cute game but not cute enough to have everything behind a paywall. I really don’t know why people are rating it so high and then complaining. It’s not a good game so give it the proper rating. Need to level up? Well you need certain decor that you can ONLY purchase with gems. How do you get gems? Well you can slowly farm them over a couple of days or pay money for more. There’s really no in between. The “free gems” links are mostly just scams to get you to download stupid apps or sign up for sketchy websites. Want to take a break and let your money build up? Too bad you can only earn up to 2 hours worth of income when you aren’t on the app. Which mean you either need to dedicate a good chunk of time trying to make money or you need to find a little cat clock that extends your time by ONE WHOLE HOUR!!!! Where do you find these clocks? By either paying to complete the event challenge or doing to do tasks, but those are just as time consuming. I also paid like $12 for some no ads package and was promised a “money safe” well I’ve looked EVERYWHERE and while I can see the safe, I cannot for some reason cash it out? So idk what I paid $12 for, but it wasn’t worth just not having to watch ads. Every little thing you want to do will have you either paying an insane amount of in game money, spending real money, or wasting precious gems. Do yourself a favor find a different idle game.

Really fun, way too many ads

This game is so cute and a nice way to pass the time, however the amount of ads is ridiculous. It’s almost comedic how many times you have to watch ads if you don’t want to spend tons of in game and real currency. I understand yall have to make money, and spending real money/watching ads are optional, but the very requests and expectations of the amount of ads you have to watch to get anything done/money you have to pay to get and do things is like you’re making fun of us.💀 Surely a few ads and a few reasonable in app purchases is enough. Even you know that the amount of ads is crazy, as you charge $18 to go ad free 😭 what?! And apparently that’s a markdown from $36 💀💀 a lot of the events, you have to pay lots of money to compete, why even have us participate if we can’t complete them without paying money? And why push ads onto us so much, especially when it’s a requirement for checklist completion to watch 3 ads. I’ve never been exposed to so much marketing and advertisements in my life and sometimes it gets so overwhelming and annoying that I exit the app and stop playing for a while. It’s a fun and cute game, but yall have to do something about the amount of ads 😭

Great game, as long as you don’t play or you pay

I would love to leave 5 stars but there’s a somewhat big issue that keeps me from doing it. While it certainly lives up to its “idle” status (as the only way I can progress is by playing once in the morning and then not at all for the rest of the day, it leaves a bit to be desired. My main problem is the paywall. I’d feel much more incentivized to play if my events actually had rewards. The concept that I can only get the first reward and then have to continually pay for the rewards is somewhat batty. The current Christmas escape event would cost me over $20 to access all the rewards. I would much prefer to have the last few (floors 5 and below for example) behind a paywall rather than only get rewarded for one level- or even just getting the free rewards and skipping the paywalled ones. This game actually requires using diamonds, so it bothers me that the required currency is locked behind hundreds of ads or actual real world money. (Required as in: Bigger offices require decorations that cost 100+ diamonds or your cats won’t pay the rent you’re supposed to get. This is a problem because you already make so little money and the levels for office items get really expensive really fast.)
