Run the cheesiest race of all time! Play the classic action contraption game and experience the chaos. The game includes:
- The fully immersive 3D animated board
- Customisable animated mice
- Standard fun dress-up items with more to unlock
- 4 play modes with online and offline options, single player and multiplayer
- Original soundtrack by movie composer Christopher Willis
It's hours of fun for players of all ages. Make cheese, pick-up cheese, collect cheese, steal cheese, and win with the most cheese!
Marmalade Game Studio has done a fantastic job bringing the classic 1963 board game into the digital age. Mouse Trap The Board Game captures all the Rube Goldberg-style chaos of the original physical version without any of the hassle of setting up the tiny plastic pieces. The 3D animations are charming, and watching the famous trap sequence unfold—from the bucket falling to the diver hitting the tub—is just as nail-biting as it was in real life. It’s a faithful recreation that emphasizes strategy, cheese-collecting, and a bit of lucky timing.
One of the best additions to this digital version is the customization. You can choose different mice and unlock a huge array of costumes (over 20 included), which adds a nice layer of progression. The multiplayer options are robust; I especially enjoyed the 'Pass & Play' mode for family gatherings and the seamless online matchmaking. Since it's an ad-free experience, the flow of the game remains consistent and immersive. Whether you’re a nostalgic adult or a parent looking for a clean, fun game for kids, this is an excellent choice.
Fully immersive 3D animated board and trap sequence
Ad-free, premium gameplay experience
Up to 4-player online and offline multiplayer
22+ unlockable outfits and customizable mice
Original soundtrack by Christopher Willis
Choose your mouse and take turns rolling the dice to move around the board. Land on cheese spaces to build your hoard, and use 'Steal' spaces to take from your rivals. If you land on a 'Turn Crank' space, you can trigger the trap to stop your opponents in their tracks.
Play 'Single Player' against AI, 'Online Multiplayer' to challenge the world, or 'Pass & Play' with family on a single device. Collect cheese at the end of every game to unlock new outfits and mouse colors.
Yes, it is rated 4+ and is designed for players of all ages with simple, intuitive controls.
It is very fun and enjoyable to play and it takes off stress and makes you laugh I highly recommend this very fun game
First off the game hasn’t had a update in two years. Second, there’s definitely a coding problem. The problem exists in character moves and slot selection. I never finish second in the slot selection always first third or fourth. Also, I’ve noticed that when you roll the dice and any your character moves it’s off by one. This doesn’t happen all the time but it happened again when after I rolled a nine and I only got my character to move eight spaces. Third, I’d like to see more cheese added. 150s good for quick games, but I would like to see 300 or more for longer play sessions.
There is no updates regarding new maps, new content, or different gameplay. The studio keeps saying their working on new maps. But that was EIGHT MONTHS AGO! Without new updates to keep the game fresh, it just isn’t fun. I hate bugging people, but this isn’t a fun game anymore. I won’t play the app for a while to see if it gets a new map, or new content while I’m not playing it. The truth is, I’ve been doing this for a year now, and nothing happens. I have a little bit of hope for this game to get an update. Please fix this.
It’s good and all but it’s lacking replay ability, what does it need? New map. New designs. Instead of like the toy soldier flipping into the air and landing why not something like a rocket ship taking off but crash landing. New themed maps will increase playability.
Weird how my games of Life, Monopoly, and Clue are all connected on the same bubble play account, but I can’t Sign in with Apple on to Mouse Trap. Kind of annoying. But it just got released so I’ll give it some time to mature
The look of the game is really appealing, but there’s not much to it. You don’t get to build the trap yourself, and another $9 for accessories is ridiculous. A little more interactivity would definitely make it worth it.
the reason I like it is because it’s reall y fun and good animation for a mobile game.
My inner child is so happy right now it like something I never knew I wanted
