Fri Apr 21 2023 dmanjensonI had to give it 5 stars just so my review would pop up… i used this app because i had a gambling problem, seeing as this is fake money, i saw it as harmless. Ive spent over $100 on this app just for my entire balance to be depleted in seconds. The entire purpose of this app is to scam you. Nothing is free and it’s virtually impossible to win or make anything unless you spend money. 9/10 times for any bonus, you will receive much less than your bet was even worth, forcing you to only receive “insurance” which is double what you bet… I cannot express how mad and frustrated this app has made me. I highly recommend if youre looking to gamble or experience anything close to it, go anywhere but here. You statistically have better odds winning in a real casino slot. Countless times ive done the math and recorded my spins and time and time again, i never once make profit. Even if you do hit a “jackpot” the payout is never worth it, and you will never hit the insane jackpot because that would mean you wouldnt be spending money. Everything is about money to this company and its sad because there are people who struggle with gambling addictions and turn to these types of apps, only to leave them in an even worse place, as they are now spending money on something that will never pay back, not even if its not worth anything. All in all, i would give this app a 1/10. The games are visually appealing but other than that, youre gonna be either spending a lot of money or anger and frustration just trying to play this game. ive played this game for years but after having 300k bonus points in royal heist, and then somehow getting the lowest multiplier ive ever gotten of 53x made me never want to even look at bet mgm ever again. They say the winnings are Random Number Generated like a real casino is, but why would that be the case if there’s no real money you can win? They say it’s because you can win rewards to use in Vegas but 90% of the good rewards come with a stipulation of use, or a paid membership has to be activated. So how do they justify why the game doesn’t pay out sometimes? Once you put in real money the game will take it and not let you win anymore because they know you’re willing to spend your money on it. I just put my money into it and about two hours of conservative betting later, it’s completely gone with a prompt to buy more chips. It makes no sense to alienate people that pay real money by not increasing chances to win. The 5 star reviews on this app are bought and paid for by giving the people more chips that they inevitably will take away again. If you don’t plan on spending money on this app, go ahead, but you won’t have any real fun playing it with no chips. It’s a disgusting business model and the support team is filled with AI generated responses to your inquiries. I can’t express how much you should avoid this app enough. There’s much better casino games out there than this!!! Honestly I wish I had downloaded one that you can win real money on instead of this! At least I maybe could’ve cashed out with something instead of a negative amount deducted from my account!
New game is trash
Fri Oct 20 2023 RyoushiiMoney Rails is completely worthless. Started this morning out with 600mil chips and was required to spin 2mil per for the easy level quest for today. Four hours later and I have 200k chips left and can’t play anymore. The regular spins on this game don’t pay anything, even on lucky spins and you’re dependent pretty much on getting a lucky amount of cars on the cash cars (oh lol, guess you just get two cars again) or the Gold Train bonus. Gold Train is utter trash. No other bonus round in this app so consistently gives terrible multipliers. 3/4 of my bonuses this morning I got ~x20 multipliers, giving me maybe 20mil back after grinding 2mil spins. When the game is so dependent on the bonus to replenish losses from regular spins, the bonus being this trash and consistently bad is a death sentence for your chips. Can’t even finish the easy mode quest today and am basically bricked on the game now unless I dump an unreasonable amount of money into this. Sick of the constantly changing minimums as well. Little by little the required amount to spin for quests is getting higher, and in general the lowest amount I can spin is getting higher (lower amounts are just getting removed as I play). The game expects me to have more chips it seems as I get higher level, but with the shows having proportionate bets, doing a show pretty much nukes whatever chips I had and hopefully I get at least a decent chunk back, but only once have I finished a show with more chips than I started with. It’s not sustainable for anyone trying to be free to play.
Very frustrating and get on my nerves

Things started getting weird when i started betting over 50M, there were numerous times the game just kept spinning after I hit the bonus, And I had to exit the game and reboot it, but you don’t get any rewards for your bonus! There were several times when I hit the bonus and never triggered ( what in the world)? All these issues cost me billions of credits! I sent several emails and messages about my issues, all I got back were automatic email response stated they received the email, one week later when I check the claim again, it said the claim were closed! Same routine responses for all the messages and emails I sent! What a shame! There were also several times I tried to buy credits and it kept saying the transaction failed but it did appeared on my credit card! Since they don’t have a customer service hot line and only emails and messages, so I had to call MGM customer service and they told me basically MGM has nothing to do with MGM Slots Live and there were nothing they can do about the issues that I experienced! This is really getting on my nerves now! I spent thousands of dollars on this game that The MGM Rewards sent me the links through my MGM account and now they told me they have nothing to do with this! Shame on you!

However a big pet peeve I’ve had recently is every opportunity the game has were you need to check in and accumulate a “streak bonus /opportunity” the game will ultimately push you back to the beginning so you can never fulfill any challenges they offer. Also have noticed you will get a really big pay out in some casinos and when you take a break to reply you typically are guaranteed to lose either your entire game balance or 1/3 of it before you realize it’s a constant loosing streak with payout that don’t surpass the total spent in game and half the mini games available only 3 players will make more then they spent so if you didn’t bet 50 mil a hand to accumulate 400k bonus points for the bonus game your pretty much guaranteed to lose it all or break les then even, regardless of piggy pop, wonderland, New York New York, and even Luxars is a loss great game hope it fixes itself with time so I can actually cash out my points!!

It is against the law to only allow positive reviews because it is misleading advertising. Playing the wizard of oz section of the game, or whatever you call it and I quickly got annoyed. Why? You force me to do the stupid mini game where you have to wait for other players to see who will get to the end of the yellow brick road. That needs to be an option and not forced upon players. Not everyone wants to play with others, if I did I would purposely choose a multiplayer game. Not to mention it seemed painfully long, just waiting on people to pick the right potion was ridiculous. I really only played this game because of the cash rewards for getting to a certain level and I will say it's not worth it unless you spend real money. I don't understand how people freely give hard earned, real money to a game that won't give you money back. I guess those people have money to burn, must be nice.
