Bug fix
Lucky Mayor is a brilliant 'roguelike simulation' that I didn't know I needed. Imagine a city builder where every citizen you recruit acts like a card in a deck-builder. The synergy system is deep—recruiting a specific type of worker might boost the industry of another, creating complex industrial chains. It’s less about placement and more about strategic resource management and deck-building logic.
The recent additions like 'Endless Mode' and the 'Artifact' system have added a huge amount of replayability. It has that 'just one more turn' quality that the best strategy games possess. The UI is clean, though it takes a moment to learn all the icons, the built-in Wiki is very helpful. If you like roguelikes but want something with a city-management flavor, this is a hidden gem.
Unique roguelike citizen recruitment system
Complex industrial chain management
Powerful artifacts to boost city growth
Endless mode for post-game challenges
Don't just recruit the highest-rarity citizens. Look for those that boost existing industries you've already established to create a exponential gold coin income.
Choose between different citizens and artifacts offered at each level. Manage your gold coins carefully to reach the required targets for city expansion.
The goal is to reach specific gold coin targets through citizen abilities and industry to keep expanding your city.
The English wording is pretty bad, and not always clear what it means. And sometimes there are actual grammar mistakes. Also the ghost ship card is missing the icons in the text. The game is fun and has a good concept but I can think of a few things to really make it better! If you need help with the English please met me know and I will help with it, I also have a couple ideas that will make the game much more fun!
I like the concept of this game and the twist is original. Could you please allow for portrait orientation and perhaps make the texts a little bigger?
I decided to rate 2 stars since it is evident that some work has gone into making this app compatible. However, as a braille only users, there isn't a way for me to play. I only found this out after purchasing the app. Anyway, in case another braille display user happens to read this, be aware that it doesn't have VoiceOver suppor in the traditional sense, so it will be very difficult to play.
Because this one is great.
