Good game, can be better

Graphic quality is great, I do wish the female characters had age lines so they didn’t look like they’re in their teens from the neck up. Gameplay is fun, until you notice that you only win 30 points , whereas loosing will cost you 60. There are no ads, which is a massive plus, which makes me want to spend to support it and I have, though a lot of what’s offered doesn’t feel like it’s quite worth the asking price . The battle pass looks like it gives a lot for the money, it’s just $25, and since that’s the price of a McMeal these days, it’s not that bad, unless you’re working a job where that’s a significant amount of budget to be sending on a game. Maybe some smaller upgrades that are more affordable will help finance the base play, like reducing the points lost for $3-$5? More affordable upgrades should result in more sales.

Game was good till it’s not, very unreasonable

I started playing this game not too long ago, the premise is ok however when it comes to the special events where you can really get ahead by getting legendary characters,, the special events have 3 levels, each level gets progressively harder which is fine. In the special event, it’s all about getting red tokens, you get them by progressing and grinding through normal gameplay. What I find very unreasonable is that the red tokens you get and spend don’t stack, one mission has me spending 20k tokens, a couple of missions after that one you have to spend 30k, so you have to start from 0 again, and if you somehow manage to get that, another mission has you spending 50k worth of tokens and of course you have to start from 0 again, the developers that made this game clearly don’t value their players. This game was good till the special events killed it for me. The sad thing is that the special events are fun and if great to see progression but when they purposely put up roadblocks for you in the guise of red tokens, somewhat indirectly forcing you to pay real money if you want to progress, pay to win I guess. Special events is what made this game fun and worth playing but it’s also what killed it too. Developer needs to do better. Also the first two photos in the App Store is not even in the game same goes for the ad of the game, how they advertise and what you get are COMPLETELY different

Fun game with a huge BUT

It’s a fun game. But they are coming out with new characters and captains faster and faster, and it’s a clear money grab. They release OP captains that you drop $50 on and can instantly start smashing everyone. The P2W aspect really bogs down the P2P side of things. Then there’s the minigames that they release. Again, these are clear money grabs where you need to use so many gems to get through them that it doesn’t really make it that fun. And the maze? Don’t even get me started on that. Never in my life have I seen a game mode in anything geared so heavily to the CPU. They get the exact character they need, at the exact moment every single time. You sit there for 30 minutes doing the same battle over and over and over again just to try to get that 1 game where things align for you. And if you miss it, it’s gone! The maze is so ridiculous I’ve just started ignoring it completely. It is a massive failure. It used to be a decent minigame, where it was challenging but you could actually win and I did, but then a couple updates ago the developers I guess got mad or whatever and decided to basically make it impossible. The game has started great, but the more I play it the more money hungry the devs get and the worse the updates get. Terrible company and the game is so ridiculous, don’t even waste your time downloading. Steer clear.

Do NOT play. SUPER shady Devs

This game makes you believe that you are player head to head with other people from around the world, but that is not true. A simple tap of your opponent’s stats will regularly show that they have not signed in for weeks, months and even years. Very often, these ‘players’ who haven’t signed in for years are able to deploy newly released characters at seemingly JUST the right time to be able to counter your characters. This is an attempt to try to get you to spend money to boost your team. Likewise, there are certain events that you can’t even complete without spending money. That is SUUUUPER shady. The game is super frustrating at times as there is little to no consistency with which the the characters’ powers react. They seem to just damage your team in completely different ways than they did in previous battles, making it feel very dishonest and as if the devs are cheating just to get you to pay money. The game is extremely monotonous and you feel like you’re just doing the same events over and over and over and over again. There are a million other games out there. Choose any other one besides this.

Better off playing Steam version

While it’s an okay gotcha game after playing this and then seeing and playing the Steam version “Lust Goddess” you get more bang for your buck with the later. Like seriously I know that most don’t get this game for the “game play” they want to collect sexy AI generated girls to fawn over which brings me to the Steam version. You get the same EXCEPT in the Steam version, since it isn’t Apple with their aversion to anything pornographic, you get the full unadulterated game that comes with what you REALLY wanted from this. Yes guys, you can wine and dine these girls so you can get into their panties. While I know that this is a free to play on both, knowing the later. And I know there are guys out there who will spend real cash for the boost to get better girls. You get more for what you pay for in the other version and the saves are not syncable. Once you play the “full” game on steam, this version just feels worse than watching the PG13 version of Deadpool, if you catch my drift.

One Of Two Outcomes

When it comes to graphics and overall design of the game, it scores very high for me. In terms of gameplay, most people’s complaints are about versing more difficult AI to incentivize P2W, however I find that I’m able to win more often than I lose. Most other players got stuck around league 20 or 19 but I’ve made it up to league 16 without paying a cent. However, I’m at the point where I can only see myself replaying if I pay money since the grind seems endless. In my opinion, there’s only two outcomes when downloading this game: a.) you’ll have a lot of fun for 2-3 weeks without paying and then fade out from the seemingly endless grind, or b.) fork over your money

Ready to quit.

I really do enjoy this game, but since they added Alexa as a commander it has become very lopsided against those who aren’t willing to spend the money. Alexa gives her mercenaries an impenetrable shield that lasts at least two turns as far as I can tell. Constantly buffs her mercenaries and can kill your before even being attacked. Some of the other purchasable commanders are quite difficult to defeat, but Alexa is almost impossible. I think I win about 2 out of every 10 battles. It is difficult to continue playing a game that constantly frustrates you. Beyond that, supposedly the mercenaries you have access from your team are random, but if you are not supposed to win a battle, you won’t get the ones you need. I’ve played against bots that play the same mercenary twice in a row. If you’re not supposed to win. You won’t…. Well maybe if you pay enough $$$$$

Pay to Play

The game’s graphics are great, the UI is relatively intuitive, but the match ups are garbage. Believe the reviews because they are true. You will hit a massive brick wall at League 19 and the game will do its best to shove “deals” in your face for $5-10 but the juice isn’t worth the squeeze. If you’re okay with playing the long haul as F2P then expect very little progress after hitting League 19 and that’s with me spending some good change. The game will give you three wins in a row then decimate you for the next ten in an attempt to frustrate the player into making an in-game purchase. After that purchase, you may or may not get a good pull but either way, the benefits of an upgraded character will be short-lived. Overall, this is a hardcore gacha that will test your F2P willpower. Just don’t download.
