So game

Hello! Dear developers of the game Harvestland, for the first time I come across the fact that some kind of mobile game attracted me so much, I just can not leave it, of course I would like that the waiting time for the end of resource extraction or building construction was slightly less, but in general, it is compensated by charming pictures of animals and birds, very happy to be able to плай with friends and create whole communities in the form of clans! My children are delighted with the game, I spend most of my free time on it, tell me whether there will be an opportunity in the game to have opportunity of comunication between the players in game? Since communication is still available as emoticons or on your official pages on social networks, if it were possible in the future it would be just wonderful! Also, it's nice that unlike other games you can play for free, though the players who speed up their game process paying for additional services get an advantage over those who do not invest their material resources, but it's not surprising! Special thanks to the technical support service, for the fact that you are always ready to answer not only on technical issues but also give useful sots on the game process, it is very pleasant to play and go to this game every day, I would like to wish that you did not stop there and Developed the game world added more buildings and new landscapes, this game has a big future with such an attitude towards the players!

Good game

Dear team of Harvestland! Of all the games of such a plan, this is the best I've ever played! Very simple as for an adult and for a child, beautifully painted landscapes, and birds with little animals are just a glimpse. Thank you very much for having created such a wonderful game and do not stop there, improving it all the time, I was delighted with the opportunity to give gifts to friends and receive them in return, very much pleased the introduction of the clan system into the game, now players can join the community , it became even easier to help each other. On your page in the social network it was said that in the next updates there will be new innovations in the form of competitions between the clans, we look forward to the whole clan. I would very much like to have the opportunity to communicate via clan chat not only with emoticons, but also through correspondence, in order to make it easier to request a particular product. I would also like to thank you for the fact that with each update you equalize the capabilities of all players, additional gold for the performance of boat orders is very favorable for trade, players began to sell goods not only at the maximum price. Filling the caravans became even easier. Is it planned to add new levels and structures in the future? We are looking forward to the next updates, once again many thanks for such a wonderful game, which we play with the whole family.

Fun, but frustrating

This is a pretty standard build-your-village type of game. You unlock new buildings/resources/areas to explore as you level. You can trade items with other players (although not directly, you have to hope someone wants what you are selling or is selling what you are looking for). It does a good job of keeping you busy while giving you breaks while things are in cool downs. Unfortunately, it can sometimes lock you out of advancing for a while through no fault of the player. There are certain resources (magical charms) that can only be gotten randomly (as a loot drop from monster fights, in the gambling house, or as a random chance from the gnome or feeding animals). These resources are necessary for things like increasing your inventory space (absolutely necessary in order to build things as you level), unlocking new areas, or even chopping down huge trees that are positioned to make it hard to build around. There is no way for the player to guarantee these resources, except of course spending money on the game. It can be incredibly frustrating when, for example, the gnome gives you 7 axes (and your weapon inventory can only hold 10 items), preventing you from even making the items you need because you no longer have the space for them as you pray for the red charm to randomly drop so you can increase said inventory space.

Clear money grab, okay otherwise

It’s a fun little game up until you start having to constantly fight the limited inventory space and deal with construction and manufacturing times that range from 2 minutes to several days. This wouldn’t in itself be a problem if not for how quickly the manufacturing times increase. The “level 1” manufacturable wood item (called “wood”) takes only 2 minutes to make. The “level 2” wood item “hard wood” takes an hour. I am not even very far into the game, but I wouldn’t be surprised if charcoal takes 24 hours to manufacture. Meanwhile, the first big monster that you have to fight to open up the second area takes an hour or so to fight, but the next big monster actually takes 24 hours to fight. And you need at least 1 spear, 1 club, and 2 shields, all of which get used up very quickly when giant scorpions start attacking your farms. It also takes several types of treasures, each of which is needed to expand your various inventories which, again, you’re constantly struggling to manage. And in order to get around any of this, there are some really high gem costs, clearly designed to make you run out of any gems the game gives you very quickly so that you then have to buy more just to do anything in the game. Of course, it’s not the worst money grab I’ve ever seen, and it is still an okay game, so I won’t give it 1 star, but the time scaling and resource requirements really need to be adjusted to be more reasonable.

WAS fun -

I’ve played this game for several years and have been in Top 10 clans and a Top 3 clan. I used to have a Legend subscription and loved it - didn’t even mind paying the hefty weekly fee because I enjoyed the game and the friendships in my clans. It was worth it - then. BUT - the latest f’update changed the parameters of the Dragon Race so that those who pay for a subscription have an advantage in higher points per task and additional tasks. That is highly unfair and led me to cancel my subscription so that I would be racing a fair race. That means, however, that I will never be able to compete against clans with subscribing members. The responses that we’ve seen saying cooperation and a full clan make it possible to reach the top without paying . . . simply not true. It makes one wonder if those responding have ever played this game. It does not matter if you’re in a full 30-member clan with everyone cooperating and completing only 100 point tasks. If a competing clan has subscriptions, they can still win without doing the 100-point tasks. What was once seen as the ‘prestige’ of winning one of the Top 3 trophies is now nothing more than a symbol of embarrassment. I would love to get my subscription back - but that won’t happen as long be as the subscriptions are tied to the Dragon Race. I wish the developers would open their eyes and see that they are losing players due to this and make it right again.

Fun game, too expensive to play
Sun Mar 10 2019 teacher domenica

I ended up playing this game to get tokens for a different game and wound up really liking it at first! So, the game in itself is very fun. That said, it very quickly becomes an expensive game where things cost an incredibly large amount of gems, but then earning them or working to get more is a SLOOOOOW CRAWL. Coins can be earned quickly, but carry very little weight in the game compared to the gems. Why does beating a monster earn you a meager sum of coins and MAYBE a gem or charm, but then if I don’t have enough weapons to beat it, it costs me upwards of 30 gems? Sorry, that ratio is bogus. Then, there are the dragon races. Very neat and fun concept, but once again, as I got further in the races, I was asked to spend MORE large amount of gems to get to the “premium” part of the race. And even after already spending loads of time doing the “quests” to get through the race? Ugh. Enough already, the consumer penny-pinching has now become all too obvious. I enjoyed playing this game so much, but in the end I deleted it because it was going to cost me real money. $5 here for more gems, $10 there because I landed a “double deal” for more gems. Starts to add up, and that’s a lot of delicious lattes I could have gotten at work or bottles of wine to share with my husband instead. Harvest Land is a great game, but I am very turned off by the ratio of spending to earning capability in this game.

Just sucked the fun out of the game

Dear Makers and developers of Harvest Land, I have been playing your game for over a year now and have enjoyed playing very much. Thank you for that. I have made wonderful friends as well. However, your last update........ well, what can I say. Every member on my team as well as many on the support group page, have expressed just how disappointed we all are with your latest update. I know it has proven to me and my clan mates that you all have become nothing more than overly hungry money grabbers! We were hoping for new buildings, new challenges and new updated levels etc. Instead all we get is we want MORE of your money. You have already raised the required crystal amount to purchase items in the game. Gobble gobble gobble. Guess that’s appropriate for thanksgiving coming up, however, you don’t seem to be very thankful for, or to, your players. Not one of us will be “subscribing” to your new money grabbing scheme ! You should have daily rewards for us even playing your game and watching the ads, which by the way, we know you make money off of too! Not opposed to that. But now you are trying to squeeze us way to hard and I’m afraid you may be left with what really happens if you squeeze a living being too hard. When we all find a more people friendly game, our next email will be telling you what you can do with this one.

Absolutely frustrating

If you want to check on your farm and constantly be able to do absolutely nothing because the warehouse is so tiny you can’t pick up a single item that you make or grow, and therefore you can never expand your town or farm, then have fun. The only way to enjoy this game at all would be to put in a ton of money. Without putting in a ton of money up front, you will barely be able to do anything at all and will be constantly frustrated. I don’t put money into games unless I play them and really like them, and since I can’t actually play this and am unable to enjoy any part of it, then it’s a pointless circle of getting nowhere and being unwilling to pay to be angry. I even tried the 3 day trial which was supposed to give all these great bonuses, like a bottomless warehouse. But surprise. After I signed up, I realized it doesn’t give you those bonuses until you hit level 16. I’ll never get to that level, as I am unable to progress in the game, becuase I cannot pick up or use any of my items that I made and grew. So once again, a vicious cycle of frustration and uselessness. Even if I had put that money into games unless, instead of the trial, it would have been a complete loss. Nobody likes a game they can’t even play. This needs major revisions to be enjoyable and therefore make people want to put money into it.
