minor bug fixes and improvements
Funky Restaurant is a stylish entry into the idle management genre that stands out primarily due to its aesthetic. While many idle games feel generic, this one has a disco-infused soul. The character designs for the chefs are eccentric and fun, and watching your restaurant come to life with dancing customers is genuinely entertaining. It nails the 'casual tycoon' feel perfectly.
Mechanically, it doesn't reinvent the wheel—you click to cook, earn money, and buy upgrades—but it executes this loop with a high level of polish. The prestige system is fair, and the offline earnings are generous enough that you feel like you're making progress even if you only check in twice a day. It’s not a deep strategy game, but as a 'vibey' time-killer, it’s one of the best choices available for foodies.

Global expansion missions
Tap on the chefs to speed up their cooking. Use your earnings to hire managers who will automatically collect money and keep the kitchen running 24/7.
Always prioritize upgrading your most expensive dish. This increases the profit per customer, allowing you to reach the next restaurant location faster.
No, you can manage your restaurant offline and collect your earnings when you return.
Even though this game isn’t really my style, it deserves 4-stars more than a lot of other games on the app store. The gameplay loop is actually interesting and based on skill rather than a random number generator dictating if you’ll win this time. I also appreciate not having a lives system or multiple currencies to artificially limit gameplay and force you to spend money in order to progress. The only thing keeping it from 5-stars is a little glitch with the ads that run. Most of the time, the ads run after a good number of runs and work as intended; if it runs automatically, you can skip it after a couple seconds. But if the ad runs directly after the game gives you a chance to continue the run, if you click the X and the ad runs anyway, it plays the full ad without a chance to stop it early or reap the reward from watching the full ad.
I honestly think this game is amazing it is not that hard but to the point where you will be entertained for a bit, The only bad thing I have to say about this game is that it has a lot of ads like after every game you would get an ad, and you have to pay for no ads when the game is not even that entertaining to be honest
There is alot of ads but its really good plus ucan take off the ads by turning off ur wifi it keeps me entertained for hours and its simple
the game is pretty fun (i play it mainly on tv), but the gameplay mechanics are VERY finicky —and whenever you achieve the “FUNKY” bonus—the game freezes on the bonus screen forcing you to return to the main menu and lose your streak. i really hope they fix these issues very soon; i would really like to enjoy this game.
It’s made well, some ads are randomly impossible to skip, but the biggest problem with this game, is that it’s the same mechanics with zero change from start to finish. Grind out enough coins to “upgrade” your shop just to keep grinding out coins to upgrade your shop. I’ve played Destiny and I find this boring.
You literally spend more time watching ads than playing the game. And I can’t imagine it requires or is getting too much maintenance because the graphics look very basic & it’s crashed 4 times in the 2 hours I’ve had it downloaded it. I’m currently on FaceTime but this is something I’m only gonna play on airplane mode for maybe the next few day’s & that’s it✌🏾
So much fun. I love it because it just was one of those addictive games but it did not get boring after a day or two. Love it. Thanks for the making of this app!
It’s pretty fun to play, but every time an ad pops up, the game crashes. Can’t even play considering an ad pops up every time you lose. Doesn’t seem like there’s much to do other than upgrade a few shops and buy all the chefs. Was hoping for more I guess.
