Fishbowl Racer is a quirky, physics-based racer that feels like a spiritual successor to games like Hill Climb Racing, but with a literal fish out of water. Controlling a fish in a rolling bowl while navigating household obstacles is a hilarious premise that actually requires quite a bit of finesse.
The tilt controls feel surprisingly natural, though they can be a bit sensitive on smaller screens. The challenge comes from balancing your speed—go too fast and you'll shatter your bowl; go too slow and you'll run out of time. It’s a great 'coffee break' game with a fun art style and a premise that doesn't take itself too seriously.
Unique physics-based 'rolling' mechanics
Dozens of challenging levels across house-themed worlds
Intuitive tilt and touch controls
Upgradable bowls and fish characters
Fun, vibrant graphics and sound effects
The secret to winning is 'pumping' on the downhills. Lean forward as you go down a slope to build speed, and level out your bowl before you hit a flat surface or an uphill to maintain as much inertia as possible.
Spend your collected coins on 'Glass Strength' first. A stronger bowl allows you to survive higher falls and minor collisions, which is essential as the levels get more vertical and dangerous.
If your bowl breaks, you lose the level and must restart from the last checkpoint. Upgrading your bowl's durability helps prevent this.
This has been my favorite app game for literally years. Just such good, mindless fun. My high score is over 2,000 points and I’ve logged wayyy too many hours on this app 🤩
The best
this is my all time favorite game. my high score is 1,652 and i would like a reward.
I really like this game. It's addicting and fun. One thing they could add that would make it even better is if after you finish all of the challenges you would be able to pick a theme. For example, instead of a orange fish you could pick a different color fish to your liking and a different style for the house and furniture. That would be more fun and motivate you to finish all of the challenges.
I love this one, it keeps me coming back. It's deceptively challenging. You want to score higher by jumping the fish again for a combo, but you have to keep an eye on the cart at the same time. It's brain exercise ...try this one, you'll like it.
This game is a lot of fun to play, but don't expect to last long during the rounds haha. Controlling both the tank and the fish make this a bit of a challenge. My only problem with it is the way the controls are set up- my thumbs block parts of the screen and, consequently, the obstacles I'm supposed to be avoiding because of where they need to be placed. Other than that it's a good game.
Great fun for quick spurts of gaming, or long spurts. Like everyone say's it is addicting and you got that try another time to beat your high score because you know you can. I think it's very fun and well worth the .99 I'm glad I got it.
This is a fun game to play in short bursts. I played it all the time on my iPhone 4 but when I played it on my iPhone 5, the cropped screen was annoying. Now that it stretches the entire screen, it's a definite plus.
