Dunk City Dynasty is a refreshing take on the mobile basketball subgenre. It leans heavily into a stylized, street-ball aesthetic that looks fantastic. The controls are responsive, which is critical for a game that requires precise blocks and crossovers. This is an amazing game I’m glad that I got the change to play it as soon as the game released I definitely see the vision in this game and well it’s everything I was looking forward to when seeing the ads all on social media the only problem I have is that the servers are super laggy due to all the new players on the game I know that’s it just released and it currently has only one server option I hope in the future this game will have either a better server to hold all the players on one or multiple servers that us players can chose from other than that this game is perfect I love that it’s any man’s game it’s not pay to win at all it’s all about skill and who can use what ever character better I hope your guys add more players I need Kyrie and Anthony on there fasho thank you guy for making this game I’m glad to have experience this game when it dropped I’m glad to say ima be a OG Dunk City Dynasty player

The game it self isn’t bad however, teammates, certain players and game mechanics make the game bad. I’ve been playing for some time now and since day one I’ve noticed you can miss a wide open 3 and mid range no matter how high your ratings are for those two attributes. Another area of the game that needs to be fixed is the box out mechanic because anyone can box you out even the players with lower strength. I also want developers to Take into consideration the matchmaking system, because there is no reason I’m being matched with players who have just started the game and don’t know nothing which then makes me lose. I feel the rebounding system is also broken because I can time a rebound and it’ll still go over my head and my Capela has a 166 rebound just to throw an ex. Now I would like to discuss the characters themselves SGA, Curry and LeBron 16 in my opinion are all overpowered I feel Paul George needs a revamp better moves/ abilities , ratings etc. Certain players are better passers in game than they are irl ex Kawhi if you watch his games he’s a better rebounder than he is as a passer but in game he has a better pass rating(84) than his rebound(74) last but not least I think the playable characters should be better out of 400+ nba players we have players like Kyle Anderson,jusuf nurkic, Seth curry, Steven Adam’s, Johnathan kuminga , Dennis Schroder etc

I’m a Kevin Durant main and I’m currently Peak Superstar in 3v3 ranked mode. I solo queue ranked 98% of the time and I am currently on the top 100 ranked Kevin Durant players on the game. I think this game is great but one thing I’d like to ask for you guys to adjust is the player power points system for the top 100. When I win a game I get anywhere between 8-23 pts but when I lose you subtract 30-32 pts. So I have to win 3 games in a row to get back to where I was before I lost 1 game. For solo queue players it’s extremely difficult to win 3 games in a row because you can have teammates that lose the game for you or just say they’re going to lose the game on purpose before the game even starts (this has happened on multiple occasions). The player power points system makes grinding for top 100 feel arbitrary most times and a lot of the spots in the top 100 are monopolized by people who bought those superstars as soon as they came out therefore not making the top 100 competitive because they’re being rewarded for having the characters longer and not because they’re good with them. Adjusting the player power points reward/penalty system would make the top 100 a lot more competitive and fun. Otherwise the game is great and I look forward to seeing and experiencing future updates and content 🤝🏽

this game is fun! def recommend it to anyone who enjoys basketball content. The graphics work well and so does timing/positioning of characters and ball movement, with little to no input lag and inconsistency. Could use a little network boost/change with pings getting high. My two gripes with this game are the fact that it can be a little pay to win. A lot of the superstar players are harder to unlock without spending a lot on packs and are generally one of the better if the not the best in that position in the game. this doesn’t mean that free to play is impossible but it may take you awhile before acquiring one. I find that after a little while of playing there aren’t too many ways for you to consistently improve, after completing some pages for rewards they go away and you can find yourself not leveling up and getting as much as quickly as before. My biggest gripe with this game though is the fact that it will stop any music or book that is playing when you open the app. basically you can’t listen to your own music and play. unless you play it from somewhere else besides your phone. TLDR: Good game overall, could use network boost and just needs to add more mid-game/end-game content for players, with more opportunities to be rewarded. Plus let me listen to my own music while playing gosh dang it

This is weird I mean the game isn’t bad but it isn’t good also it’s like 2k. They restrict you from having fun. While playing there game like why is there shot meters in dynasty. But not in online were skill lies. I mean even in ranked mode the game needs major improvement like shot meters, contest,. Players aren’t really a factor but they could’ve use a bit more playable char. Tired of seeing the same char Ik the game just dropped but these are early things I see wrong with the game. I do know they are dropping char like every other week so that’s not the problem. I genuinely think it’s the gameplay that is lacks especially for us competitive players are. (Update on game) Game is still bad rng ruins the game completely. To have to try to get open just for the game to decide if you gonna make it or not is weird to me. They don’t let you green your own shots mind you they have a shot meter but only for “ 5v5 and dynasty”. Isn’t that weird the fact they have a shot meter but don’t use it for the main game modes that are gonna be played. This game is a cash grab. The rng is so bad I had got a force pickup steal on curry. Just for the game to literally lock my player down while I was moving just for him to steal the ball back. Just to give them the lead they want every game to be close because it’s a cash grab and for casuals.

I rate it a 3 cause I every time I get into a match, a defender (typically a big like Steven Adams or a PF) will literally stay in the paint for the whole game. So in response, I have to create my own shot with my player, the problem is that every time I back up to get a shot off or go into a pull up dribble, it’s always heavily or slightly contested and no matter how many moves I throw, the defender never gets thrown of because he’s forcing me to the rim, once I try to dunk it, I just get blocked because the help defender is camping the paint, while my defender is forcing me to the rim. There has to be a three second defensive violation to encourage more defensive action and if that’s not going to happen, any player I play with should be able to go for a dunk/layup and change their mind at the last minute in order to dump it off to the shooter/cutter. Any player you play with should be able to do an unexpected pull up and instead of having the on ball defender just standing there and calling it a contested shot, can’t we just make the defender put a hand up instead.

I love dunk city dynasty I think everyone who plays the game does it’s fun has diverse play styles players and it gets competitive I don’t really have a problem with the game play much but I’m a younger kid trying to compete with straight dudes who can go spend their whole paycheck on the game and just annihilate me with their e7 card as soon as they come out so I’m writing this review not to bash the game nothing but the prices just to get a superstar to e7 is ridiculous it’s like 300$ just to get a e7 if your lucky and don’t get me started on a superstar jersey that can cost up to 1k!! But all I’m saying is that even when I do buy tickets make it its moneys worth or honestly bring the prices down if some of the things and maybe it would balance out the game okay in conclusion just please make the game to people that can’t just spend all of their bank account money on this game balanced compared to the people who do thank you.

Great game very fun to play BUT the open 3s being missed with a 130 OVR is very upsetting . I have no one near me shot a 3 and I miss and this is with LUKA cmon now let’s fix that . The defense is also something very frustrating the ONLY way you can contest a shot is by being in front of them you can literally be on his hip & jump for like a side block and he get doesn’t even get contested and makes the shot EVERYTIME. & the tutorial like I get to show beginners how to play but have an option to just skip it completely where that robot doesn’t pop back up cause it’s is annoying some people not all just don’t care to learn and rather learn on there own . I do like how you take metric points from players if they not a team players which is cool and I see you guys adding players recently Durant so I know you’ll add more I’m sure you’ll fix these problem to say ontop and be ranked 1 for very long you guys are awesome and built a very very cool and awesome game .BUT thats why it’s four stars
