READ BEFORE SPENDING TIME & $$$
Mon Dec 07 2020 horseloveThis game is pretty fun and easy at first. The developers have made it this way to lure you in to get you to spend time watching ads or to actually spend money (I spent $27) to acquire high rated players. They want you to think that this means your team will actually perform better...which they do it first. But as the game goes on and you move into higher levels, you face teams that have a much lower rating than you but “miraculously“ are faster than your fastest players. Since most of what happens with your team is out of your control, suddenly you’re 80+ ranked defenders can’t seem to get organized and the other team makes pin point passes. Because of this, you end up using the one player you can control just chasing the ball. So basically, the developers have taken a game with a lot of potential and ruined it. The higher you go in the competition, the less it allows you to play soccer the way it was meant to be played. This is because they only give you control of one player and they use the software to make all of your high ranked players basically useless. I have no problem with the idea that the developers need to make money, but I paid my money and now they made the game get worse as it goes on and did not honor the promise of having high ranked players perform better than the lower ranked opponents. This lacks integrity and shows that they could care less about the users actual experience even those of us that are paying them money. Buyer beware!
Has so much potential
Tue Jul 16 2024 sebastiancalzadI honestly love the game, but I would suggest a couple of things like being able to be offered, or apply to coach another team. I think if you are too lazy to customize a team have the option to take over a struggling team, and also since you’re able to customize your team why not customize the other teams and leagues. I would like to keep the global cup with just countries and also being offered, or apply to coach a specific nationality. I would like the events to make more sense. Another thing I would suggest is being able to revert back to start without losing progress, and also adding other leagues that are missing. Having the choice of what league you would like to be in at the start of every season would also be pretty sick as you advance further up your options increase I would also like to receive offers for my players while also being able to send offers to other teams. Team logo customization needs to be better though. I love the polish look of the npc teams, but when I look at mine it looks so ghetto no matter the color combination or the length of my team name. I would like the option to look at other players custom kits/logos and being able to copy and paste certain parts of the kits/logo. Small details as well. When the game is starting I would love to see the npc coach’s name and win history identical to what the player has and also have a better coach customization
Best Mobile Football Game!

As you progress upwards, you unlock harder challenges such as the Bronze Cup, Silver Cup, Gold Cup, Diamond Cup, and the other leagues. The games also get increasingly difficult as you proceed, making it more enticing to keep trying your hardest. This game is so detailed from the amount of teams they have to the graphics. They have an amazing pool of players to draft onto your team, and the graphics are unmatched. There are graphics for literally EVERYTHING! When you transfer very specific players from across the world and from tons of different teams, you will find their names on the jerseys in the graphics, and they’re digital look on the field (it is simplified a little bit, but still very impressive and recognizable). Although updates aren’t necessarily always graphic related, there are plenty of updates and always a large annual update to switch up the soundtracks and other important changes in real life football. Dream League Soccer also hosts live events where you can play one against one against real players live! These games have amazing features like a thirty second pause that can be called at almost all times. Anyway, I hope this was enough to convince anyone to enjoy themselves, by downloading the game, and even learn more about football! Have fun playing DLS!
Not really feeling the new dream league version
Sat Jul 17 2021 NickelAgyekumIve been playing dream league for a long time now and to be very honest I loved it so much undoubtedly one of the best games I’ve ever played hands down. But it was just recently that I took I returned to playing this game after a long hiatus from it and now my view of this game has changed a lot it isn’t like the other version, the other version was in my opinion better, it was better because you could develop your characters and team however you pleased you could easily build a team and spend money on getting their ratings up and the gameplay was amazing on that version and I miss it a lot and wish I could play it again if there was an option. The other version was the best this version you have to spend so much for everything even to get formations? You have to spend on everything even waste gems and the mechanics I am also not feeling and I would love to return to the old version I would hate to stop playing dream league because I love the game alot and I don’t want to have to stop so please bring back the old version if not then I’m sorry I don’t think I can play this game again I’m not feeling the new mechanics or gameplay and how it is so please either do it in an update because I can’t play this new version.
Some change needed
Tue Apr 05 2022 iLiveVicariouslyI've been playing this game since the 2018 version, and was very upset when I wasn't able to carry my fully maxed out team to the new app. But I decided to still give it a try. First of all the the new feature where you get to start off with on star player was a great idea and really encourages players to continue the game. The smaller transfer market was a good idea and improving your team rating to attract better players is also smart, but the agents and scouts are total crap. It is nearly impossible to get that many gems to buy a legendary scout. To buy scouts you need to buy the gem packages which becomes total pay to win. The gameplay is decent for a free mobile app, but could be a little more realistic in terms of computer press. As soon as i get the ball there are lie three CPUs swarming me. Stadium is easy enough to upgrade and is still great, but the facilities are an awful touch. Don't get me wrong, the idea was great, but we run into the same problem that it is impossible to get gems without paying real money. Finally, the item that I am most upset with is player développement. It used to be that you could decide what player you wanted to upgrade and then choose the statistic you wanted to upgrade on that player. Now you have to get these stupid coaches the sont even upgrade the player you want to upgrade. Getting players to max is now a total pay to win, when previously you could actually make progress with actual effort. Overall one of my favorite games and has potential to be amazing. Hope someone reads this.
Soccer Ball
Fri Oct 13 2023 Gamer boy 1569Have been playing DreamLeague soccer for years and I’m enjoying 2020 but I do have a complaint. The color of the ball is so hard to see sometimes. There’s a light yellow ball with a yellow field, so difficult to see the ball. Why not make the balls white or of colors like in real fifa, mls, uefa, English premier and others. Also I don’t like how I can’t pick the player that I want to increase their performance. The app picks at random who I want to increase abilities. Why is that? Also, I should be able to trade my players, instead I can only release them and get a coaching session which I can’t pick the player to increase their performance. Doesn’t make sense, we should be allowed to trade players for money to allow us to purchase other players. The latest updates need adjusting. How is A player receiving the ball in a stand still position able to lock up slew. And run faster than the opponent who has a better performance percentage then them snd also in real life that doesn’t happen. Also players seem to slow down when they get close to each other allowing other players to run faster. Needs some attention. Love the game though and I hope it keep improving. Also, I would like to be able to take it my entrance and player other leagues and tournaments, should be a lot more of that. Maybe even have a World Cup or a Copa or a Uefa, some big tournament. Lastly, the original game from a few years back we earned large sums of money for winning tournaments, now your luck if you win 100 coins. What is that, stupid. I have to either pay to get coins or I have to play 3-4 seasons to accumulate a few thousand coins. Don’t make sense. Need to rethink and give us real money again.
Dream league soccer
Mon Dec 13 2021 Apollo_101_10Over all great game and it’s fun to play. The game is evolving more by the years and the competitions are getting more realistic. But I would like for them to add in more realistic game modes/ competitions from real life professional soccer like the champions league. It’s probably not going to happen due to legal licensing issues but at least add in something similar to that, would be great! Not only that but I feel like there should be more teams in a league, for example in the game it’s only 16 teams and in real life it’s about 20. Sure it’s only 4 more teams but it makes the difference plus it makes the game seem more real because if you have the wrong amount of teams in a game compared to real life it just doesn’t seem legit and professional. There should also be a way to change the difficulty settings in the menu to better challenge yourself, I find that I basically win almost every single game and the game starts to feel a little stale after a while since you have to go through that same game modes/ competitions over and over again after you’ve won every trophy in the game, but then again I’ve been playing this game for years so I know all the game mechanics and AI real well. I also have an idea for the creators to add in an MVP choice award for the best player of the season in all competitions, that would be something neat to add in and adds in more realism to the game since there actually is a such thing as an MVP award in real life professional soccer. Like I said the game over all is great and works well (sometimes) but it’s way better than most soccer games out there for sure.
Missing Essential Features!!!
Sun Mar 29 2020 4.rtyAfter recently playing other soccer games, I’ve noticed that this game is definitely not as good as others like physics wise. The player movements on this game are very sudden and robotic looking, but it takes you to see better to notice it. In Pes2020, the physics are outstanding, from player collisions to even getting hit with the ball. Aside from physics, there should also be sprinting. In any soccer game, sprinting with the ball is important when trying to outrun someone else, and it would definitely be useful in this. The camera options are amazing though, as no other soccer game gives you the chance to manually zoom in and change the direction the camera looks. The graphics are also very smooth from far away, and the tournament systems are awesome. I love the fact you can pass the ball in multiple ways, and I love the fact that you can freely kick the ball wherever you want. In games like Pes2020, you have no option but to pass directly or in front of someone. Here, you can manually choose where to aim and pass the ball, giving access to very creative plays and ball placements. Same with shooting, you get to manually aim where to shoot the ball. Not only that, but you can choose how to shoot the ball depending on which button you choose to shoot with. Other than the good features, things like double-teaming, sprinting, better dribbling, and better physics should definitely be worked on. Other than that, I love the way the game is and how easy it is to master with the simple controls.
