Fixed some minor UI issues
Dance Dash: Rhythm and Fitness is an absolute revelation for anyone who finds the gym tedious but loves the high-energy vibe of a neon-soaked arcade. It brilliantly repurposes your smartphone as a sophisticated motion tracker; by strapping your phone to your leg or holding it, the game tracks your 'dashes,' 'jumps,' and 'shuffles' with surprising accuracy. It feels like having a localized version of DDR or Beat Saber right in your pocket.
The music selection is fantastic, leaning heavily into high-BPM synthwave and electronic tracks that naturally force you to get your heart rate up. What I love most is the 'Dash' mechanic—you aren't just tapping to the beat; you're physically lunging and shifting your weight, which turns a standard rhythm game into a genuine HIIT workout. The visual feedback is crisp, and the calorie tracker integrated into the UI makes you feel like you've actually accomplished something physically productive. It is, without a doubt, one of the most engaging ways to sweat while playing a game.
Innovative AI motion tracking
Dozens of high-energy licensed tracks
Integrated calorie and fitness dashboard
Dynamic 3D environments
Competitive global and friend leaderboards
The core of the game is the Dash. When a blue lane appears, perform a lateral lunge to move your avatar. Timing your movement exactly with the beat 'Perfects' the note, filling your combo meter and increasing the calories burned per minute.
Look out for yellow 'Jump' prompts and red 'Crouch' walls. These require quick vertical movements that engage your core and legs, turning the rhythmic experience into a comprehensive lower-body workout.
No, just your iPhone! You can hold it or use a leg strap for the most accurate movement tracking.
I’m trying to connect my phone but it won’t ever try to connect it. I hope you can help with fixing that maybe?
I don’t know if it’s because I’m running an older iPad, but the game constantly lags/freezes. I haven’t been able to get past calibration… I’m really bummed out. I love Dance Rush so I was super excited to play this. My iMac isn’t compatible either so I can’t play on that… hopefully the game gets optimized better in the future.
Cool game, audio doesn’t work on device or while screen mirroring to tv. Also lags during songs.
It did not even track my body this app does not work it is so under 5 stars dont get this app 0 stars waste of money on my vr i was trying to use it fpr my vr dont get it for vr
get this game if you cant get the trackers, but the foot tracking is a bit wonky sometimes so your gonna have to get the trackers for the full experience
I tried the app on vr, It was making weird movements, i can’t use controller because i have no straps, never get this!
First you have to buy the game then you have to buy more stuff to play the game this game is terrible
Tracking isn't good and I have to use money for it. It's hard to connect to vr and just bad.

Why waste time running marathons and lifting weights when you could just be playing Xbox? A trendy category of game will get your heart...
