Good game but I have suggestions
Fri Apr 05 2024 Robkc769010The game is a good way to pass an hour or two at a time or just log in and knock out the daily achievements and then wait until the next day. Simple but satisfying and it’s nice watching your power grow and see how strong you can get. I would make a suggestion though to increase the drop percentage and frequency of getting non-combat heroes. It seems like all my stationed heroes are only S tier while all my combat heroes are SSS or higher and the stationed heroes just sit and collect XP but I can’t unlock their higher level skills until I tier them up and collecting shards isn’t realistic considering how many each hero needs to increase their star level and how long it takes to collect that many shards. All you ever get in recruitment are the same 5 or 6 purple combat heroes (Jong, Charlie, Phet, Jerome, Robert, Tamati) and it seems the purple & blue non-combat heroes (Enya, Demari, Johnny, Brady, Ramirez, Sarah, Bob, Aubree, Andre) come once every 3 winter solstices if you sacrifice a herd of sheep while rubbing your stomach and patting your head upside down while underwater searching for Davy Jones’ locker and fighting Godzilla all at the same time. Love the game though but would like to see that improved.

It's like Clash of Clans but with a better gangster theme like GTA. I love the "build your city and train troops" styled game and love the PVP aspects. Playing this with friends and also meeting others really ties the whole thing together. The community is very friendly and helpful as well. They gave me tips on how to arrange my crew and what hero to use, as well as tips on how to get stronger. And the events in the game are always fun to participate in, really makes the game worth playing and spending time on. Love the format. Bravo!
Warning … these developers are thief’s
Mon May 27 2024 Evh -1500My account I was trying to put it on another device after spending tons of hard earned money on it. There system is so flawed that you have to unbind a account to move it. I did that and bound it again once I had it moved. In the process the account was lost . I contacted the developer and explained to them were the account was and they pulled me a two day old account back from a whole other state. My account was a lvl 25 base with thousands invested. Then they tell me my receipts say I was in a state that I’ve never been in so they don’t want to pull back my actual account. For 5 weeks now they’ve done nothing to help me . Nothing at all . I’ve showed them reciept after receipt which add up to thousands of dollars. They still won’t recover my account . Be very careful playing this game because the developers aren’t interested in protecting your investment in this game. They’ve lied to me and done everything but help me recover my account back.

Sat Dec 17 2022 Sean ciphaIt’s an ok game. I was having fun until I stopped playing for 3 days and the whole game restarted me from the beginning. It’s too much guiding in the beginning, you have to play for too long with support before you can play on your own. I would have continued to play if they didn’t restart me from the beginning. I would tell ppl to play it at least once. It doesn’t look exactly as it does in the ads, but it’s a free mobile game..if that’s what you’re expecting get GTA and play that.

Sat Apr 26 2025 Dontwasteurtime..Save yourself the time. They took all the money they made and ran. Game is done. For months, I have seen so many players leave, complain on discord and on their fake customer service game chat and nobody is responding. Apple has not allowed them to update their game in months which is clearly a red flag. Same old events for the past year with no new updates or graphic changes to the game. Constant glitches. They fool you into thinking if you spend a ton of $$ you get to join some sort of special group on discord but that’s now dead as well and their mods that used to respond are not responding to anyone. Their response to the reviews here are embarrassing and the exact same, “ please contact us in game for issues or suggestions “. Only for them to respond to you 48 hours later and not even answer your question. 😂 Nothing ever gets resolved. Don’t fool yourself into believing they care. So many people have raised concerns and no one has gotten a response in months. Overall disappointing and the game has become extremely boring.

Sun Aug 10 2025 TruLife89After playing several games like this, this one has to be one of the most ridiculous as far as the way combat goes no matter how much money you put into gear, investments (research), troop lvls, nothing seems to make much difference when going up against elite heroes which will cost you a ton of money in order to level them up. Then I purchased something that was tied to two other packs. I did not realize that that's what it was. They would not cancel the purchase on there in an Apple could not do it either granted customer service was prompt in response but offered no real solution or support in conclusion. Don't waste your time.
The new update
Wed Feb 15 2023 MrsTSMDI fell in love when I first started payed this game. Now they did an new update where, the graphics are hideous you can barely see anything. If your a person like me too much light and color hurts my eyes. I hit up the peoples to let them know and their response was they can not go back to the original version. Um, duh! That was not what I was implying. I said I can’t see anything hardly me and many other players! So doesn’t that mean change what you have to help people that play your game and spend money playing it as well! If it’s not fixed I have no choice but to leave with no problem! Loved the game before this!
Unscrupulous Developer stay away

Like all games like this there is an aspect of pay2play and I was comfortable with that because there were other ways to grow also. I believe they have opened State44 now and other players in my state also play in newer states and they commented on how many things in newer states were different and NOT as much fun as it required spending. Now the developers have “updated” older states to reflect the more extreme pay2play model without concern for the players who have already invested money in the game in an obvious attempt to get more money from players!! So, if you decide to play it can be a fun game but I suggest NOT spending a dime because the developers will never be content with what are spending and try to strongarm you into spending more. I will cut my losses and find something else
