As for Cashman - the only reason I don't give this app 5 stars is due to the frequent issues with the app going blank for no reason and having to go back in and log back into the app to only realize that you've lost your spot on your game number- if you were playing a game that gives you incentives to continue playing that game consecutively as with each game played consecutively you have a chance to win more diamonds-the match will start at game #1 and each time you play another game consecutively through #10 games, the higher up in games you play, the extra incentives, (diamonds you win), so if your on game #8 out of the #10 games you've been playing consecutively then when the app goes blank and you go back into it you've lost your place in line of how many consecutive games you were playing and are back on game #1-which totally defeats the purpose of playing $3 or higher consecutive games as this happens QUITE often to me. I've reported the issue several times now and nobody has done anything about this. This app has a problem where it will just go blank a lot of times on people and the issue has been on going and nothing has changed to fix this situation! I've wasted a lot of money by this happening to me as l've lost my spot too many times to count now!

New glitches

The game’s been fun and great so far, but with the new game “Luxury Line” it’s running into some glitches, mainly hanging up during the free spins round. I hit a bonus of winning extra games and the game completely froze up. I even started recording what it was doing, which was nothing but playing the music, but was otherwise hung up and wouldn’t budge. I tried disconnecting from the internet and then reconnecting after a few minutes, then minimizing the game to come report the glitch, and still when I go back the game is still stuck, waiting to finish the free spins round. If I close the game I’ll lose not only my bet, but also lose my free spins, plus the bonus spins, plus the money I’ve won so far in the free spins round. This needs to be addressed as I can’t even collect my bonus money from daily spin, turbo bonus, or the instant bonus until the game stops hanging up or I close out the game completely and just take the loss, which I don’t want to do as I don’t know if I’ll get any of those things back, or what will happen if I do close the game. Last time something like this happened, I ended up losing all my money I already had won and basically having to start completely over from nothing, including what I’d purchased. It’s been a while and glitch free for a while, but this technical issue needs to be addressed pretty quickly. Thanks! Update! Within just a couple minutes after writing my review the game crashed and restarted, and of course the “Luxury Line” game completely disappeared, as did my bet, the free spins and the money I’d won during the free spins game too. Disappointing! Please fix the glitch and at least return my bet. Thanks!

I absolutely love playing “White Tiger”! I love to gamble and I used to always play “Draw Poker” Slots or “Live Texas Hold ‘Em”. Then one day about 5 or 6 years ago I was gambling with my BFF and playing the “Poker” Slots I had won $3,500! It was a good day to say the least, and it would only get better. I wanted to leave before I gave any of the Casino’s money back but she was not ready. So I sat and watched her play. I don’t like to watch people play. If I’m in a Casino I want to gamble. Anyway, long story longer . . . I am a Martial Arts Instructor and earlier that day I had been talking to one of my former Students from 1985 who had opened his own Karate Dojo. He told me that he named it “The White Tiger Martial Arts Academy”. So I’m antsy and I want to leave, but I lôôk down and I am sitting at a random Slot Machine called “White Tiger”. So I thought what the heck and I put a $20 in. And wouldn’t you know it, about 15 minutes later I got into the Bonus Round and I won like $785 (thereabouts) in the “Major” Progressive Jackpot . Then we left, the next day we came back. I went straight to that machine and before I had spent even $40, I had got into the Bonus Round a few times . . . . And either the third or fourth time I hit the “Grande” Progressive Jackpot for about $4,865 or so. Needless to say, but I will anyway, I have never played a “Poker” Slot or “Live Texas Hold ‘Em” since that day. And I have won tons since. SO THANK YOU FOR OFFERING THE “WHITE TIGER” IN YOUR APP, IT’S EXACTLY LIKE AT THE CASINO!!! Cheers to your App creators!!

So frustrated

I have been playing this casino for a few years. Recently they came up with “Cashman studios” I could never get into the studio to open the cases. It would start to download and then stop. When I complained I was told to make sure I had the latest version, to remove the app and then download again, I sent a screen shot, and did all of the other “suggestions”. Nothing worked. They said they would look into it further and that the problem should be resolved shortly. The game ended with me having over 200 cases that I could never open. Now there is holiday Cashman studios. I am experiencing the exact same issues. I sent a complaint as was told to do all of the things I was told the first time. Same result. They will look into further and the problem should be resolved shortly. I now have over 100 cases that I cannot open. What a joke. It’s very frustrating when you get a generic response that is sent to everyone with a downloading issue. I did ask if others were having the problems, and I never got an answer to that question. So if your tech guys are actually reading this, maybe they can help me to resolve this ongoing issue. Who knows how much money I would be getting if I could actually play and open these studio cases. And of course you don’t give any compensation for the problem/glitch in your game. Thanks A very unhappy customer. P.S. no need to send me yet another generic response saying how sorry you are that I am having no luck participating in the game

The first time I built up a decent amount of coins, I went back to play the next day and it was all gone, they told me because I was playing as a guest my device must not have closed the app correctly so the app can’t pick up from my last session, bs. Now this time they have a + - on the left to set your bet but they put a MAX Bet button practically touching the Spin button and the Max Bet is so high that no one would ever use it, I had built up the most amount of coins I ever had and I like to play before I go to bed and didn’t notice I pressed the Max button as it is closer than the keys on this keyboard and just like that it was all gone , so many hours and days of playing to build up a substantial amount. All I got was a bot telling me how it understood my frustration and kept repeating that they didn’t change my bet, and when I said I never claimed they did, problem was that they put a Max button almost touching the spin button and it is set for an amount that no one would have enough coins to need that button and if they weren’t doing this to take advantage of someone who didn’t notice that their finger moved the width of a hair to the left until they had nothing left then the Max Bet button would be on the side where you set your bet. No question about it they put it there on purpose. I asked how many people have used that on purpose and how many people like me are complaining about falling for their SET UP? Bot had no answer.

Update****. I know you’re going to put free coin ads up all the time. Ok. But could you at least not place them over the same area of the screen where we are pressing to spin? That’s extremely obnoxious. Also, as with your other games, you are not replicating the casino experience. This is because you are changing the payback percentage variably to increase and decrease winning per your algorithms, to hook people on winning do they will lose and want to pay for coins. Look developers, I understand the assignment. Your job is to make money with this app, and you achieve that by getting users hooked enough on the experience of winning fake money to spend real money on the process. And I know that is done by allowing users to win in the beginning, get up big, then take their coin balance down to zero (throwing in bingo and other silly distractions to keep it as engaging as possible). I’ve played real slots plenty in my life, and your use of actual branded games and interface is second to none. That said, come on now. You would be wise to be a bit less obvious when you go into “take them down to zero” mode. Ten consecutive spins with NO credits won, bonuses of 15 spins with NO credits won, while being bombarded with “special offers” to spend real dollars is a little transparent. Maybe a little subtlety in reducing payback percentage would go a long way!

There are some casino apps that give too many free chips and it makes it boring to play and there are some apps that are very stingy and don’t give enough, Cashman casino is one of the apps that is very stingy. As an example you get a daily bonus and 98% of the time you get the minimum amount possible on the daily bonus so you could’ve worked very hard to get up to five times multiplier on the bonus and then you end up getting 20,000 multiplied times five and if you don’t have any multipliers you get 20,000 chips a day l, that is only two spins with the minimum bet of 10k. I’ve even tried purchasing chips and the game is so stingy with the bonuses and just normal spins that you just lose your money. I know people would spend more money on this app if the bonuses and just normal play we’re not as stingy. And if the daily bonus points you are given were higher. I’ve been playing this app for just over two years and I spin the daily bonus will every day and not once have I hit over 500K and not once have I ever hit the jackpot. I will say that this app has the absolute best casino games but it’s just not worth the frustration of trying to play the game betting max, and winning almost nothing. It doesn’t cost you anything to give free tips I mean it is just for fun I think you should loosen the purse strings a little bit and it would make the game more fun and it would make people want to spend money on chips.
