Pick your dice style: realistic 3D or clean flat.
Bunco Classic is a faithful and polished digital rendition of the social dice game that has been a staple of community gatherings for decades. As an expert in digital board games, I appreciate how this app handles the 'social' aspect of Bunco. Since the real game is usually played in large groups with lots of movement, the app uses smart AI players to simulate that lively energy. The 'tap-to-roll' mechanic feels tactile and responsive, which is essential for a game that is 90% luck.
The visual presentation is clean, mimicking a high-quality felt table, and the sound of the dice clattering is surprisingly satisfying. While the game itself is very simple and lacks deep strategy, it serves its purpose as a relaxing, high-fidelity digital version of a classic. It’s perfect for fans of the real-world game who want to practice or for anyone looking for a low-stress way to kill five minutes.

Keep an eye on the round number. In Round 1, you want 1s. In Round 2, you want 2s. If you roll three 3s in Round 3, you get a 'Bunco' (21 points). If you roll three-of-a-kind of any OTHER number, you get 5 points.
Simply tap the dice cup to roll. The game automatically tallies your points and passes the turn when you fail to roll the target number. The first team to 21 points wins the round.
Bunco is primarily a game of luck and probability, making it a very relaxing and accessible choice for all skill levels.
I had never played Bunco before, and I was looking for a phone dice game, so I thought I’d try this. I like it! I especially like the mode where you play to 7 (that’s good for shorter sessions), and the express mode, which is like a sudden death lightning round. I appreciate that the premium price is fair, and that there are no ads, and that IAP are only optional. It also takes very little storage and uses almost zero battery. Thanks developer for a good dice game! I also like your Shut the Box game.
If you play Bunco or would like to try then this is the best Bunco game in the App Store! I would highly recommend it to all. I love that new version rolls and then pauses for you to review al scores.
Watch app is a nice remote too.
No crashes or other technical difficulty. Does what it says. Developer updates and improves app regularly, seems open to suggestions. -- [App updated so I no longer need to roll for the dealer - makes it much nicer. Thanks!] -- Would like more user options (i.e. selecting number of players, & an option to play against friends). -- [App updated with better dice- Thanks developer!]
I am so mad I bought this!!!!! No instructions. And when you roll it jumps to the computer's turn so fast, you don't even know what you rolled. The phone might as well play by itself. Obviously the other reviews are from the people who made this junk app.
This is really boring compared to the real game. There’s only two players you and one other instead of four like you should have at a table. And it’s slow. Do not like this at all wish I had my money back now what a waste of two dollars
It's boring and I don't like how the dice are rolled. I love bunco but this app is not satisfying my bunco craving. Maybe if the dice were more active instead of sitting there, better graphics, or better color scheme. Idk...
This bunco game is not fun, the dice roll so fast and weird, it flashes. Not a good software design. The sound effects are awful. Wasn't what I wanted. I was hoping to get a real more to life Bunco game. Love to play the game but not this design. Wish I could get a refund.
