I’ve been playing bingo blitz since 2013 and I use to absolutely love it!! Could play for hours!! However now it cost so much to play a game that if you don’t pay to play you literally can’t move on!! And even though I’m pretty far in the game I only get enough daily credits for 2 games that’s it!! And when you have two separate items you have to win because you can’t trade them but yet bingo blitz never shows them so you can win them!! I paid $25 yesterday for a few credits trying to finally finish this room and in 1400 credits never seen the item once!! And this has been the issue in every single room! I have emailed them numerous times and I always get the same automated reply!! Nothing changes!!! They’ve taken all the fun out of this game!! For the past 3 months I’ve left the game upset and angry because nobody wants to pay to lose every single day!! Do better with your FREE game!! I’ve continued to play and months later I’m feeling the exact same way as before maybe even worse!! Once again I’m being held hostage in Fargo one of the many rooms I’ve been stuck in!! I’ve needed a 12 for almost a 10 days now and I’ve never seen it once!! I came into this room with 5000 credits and have gotten so many since only to never be given the opportunity to win the item so I can move on!! It is 100 percent a scam!! I have not left this game happy in over a year!! It’s toxic and addictive in a bad way for your bank account only you don’t win anything at all!! Can’t believe how terrible this game has become!! It use to be so fun!! What a waste!!

Not only have you shown us that it WAS broken, you have done more than I could have ever imagined to fix it! The biggest and best change so far has been with the all new BB Plus, formerly Elite pkg. Many were discouraged, wondering why we were paying so much for so little. So I hope that anyone that fell into that category will do themselves a favor and give it another try! I went from buying сredits 3-4 times weekly to ONLY ONCE TOTAL since the switch!! If thе extra Plus winnings in the side games weren’t enough, now there’s added in game prizes, AND an all new Exclusive Plus room that is a lot of fun! (Hint non-plus players—it’s always 2xs payouts!) I actually ENJOY myself again when playing and not so stressed trying to get what I need that I feel like I’m working. And yes, you can still run out of free credits, but you can average аt least 1-2 hours of play timе, nоt 1-2 rounds! I know I appreciate the updates and feel that we are valued as participants again! I do hope a couple of the suggestions I had will eventually bе included, оr at least tested, as you continue imprоving and trying new things. Well first of all I stopped purchasing extra points a while ago because the gaming site or Apple would not refund my money for charges on card that I did not get the credit for. One night I was playing and my card was declined twice but I know there was more than enough money in my account. So the third time it went through FOR ALL THREE PURCHASES but I only got credit for the last purchase and since no one wanted to refund my money I stopped purchasing extra credit but I keep playing. And I have been playing for a least 5 years . Now keep in my mind I have played the game using my email and FB before without losing my place. I got on the app to play my game and I am not sure why this time it ask how I want to play which I chose FB which I have many times before with no problem but this I was playing at the very beginning. NOPE so I logged in with my email with no luck. I tried many to get back to where I was after playing every day for at least 5 years. With no luck emailed customer support with no reply. So bye. And I gave you one star because of my issues and because of the people who much bigger complaints below me and so how their ratings was 5 stars I really don’t think they meant to give you 5 stars. But if you have 5 stars with a BAD complaint it really doesn’t hurt your rating any now does it

Bingo blitz is the best game out there hands down! If anyone disagrees I would love to know of one better! They are constantly giving new challenges “like 1-2 a week “ no other game out there comes even close to that! You are able to send free things to your friends and even better they are Abel to send free things to you! Very fun,intense, challenging and very fun and different new levels! Now I’m not going to sit here and tell you there is nothing I would do differently cause I would be blowing smoke right up your... you get the picture! Would it be nice to win more well of corset would it be awesome to get enough bingo chips to play nonstop? Come on NO NO NO I mean that would take every last bit of why we can’t wait to come and play everyday! So to the people that non-stop cry on the message bored in every room just slow your role! Think about what you are crying about before you type it and hit send cause everyone is so over hearing you whine nonstop and just enjoy playing the game! Cause you obviously love to play it you keep coming back so that means they are doing something pretty dam good! So to sum it all up: keep on keeping on BB “Bingo Blitz” you cats got it going on and just remember there’s always going to be a certain # of people that just want to complain.... I don’t know why but I think they just get there rocks off on things like that or something! But keep up the awesome stuff you folks do we appreciate it and love to play! Thanks for your time! Fun, but frustrating.

I love this game and have been playing it for several years. BUT, it is very difficult to get a bingo. I have started out with over 600 coins, and played down to zero coins, playing 15 coins per card, and gotten NO bingos! It is also next to impossible to get to higher levels , thereby earning more free tokens daily. I have over 100 instant win power ups, and they almost ever show up in the boosts, so I can’t use them. Also, the mini games for which players collect items in order to play, do not stay up long enough. After earning enough to (finally) play a round, or cast the dice, or whatever, I take my turn, and, inevitably have tokens/coins/dice left over, but the next day the mini games are gone, and with them all of my leftover earned assets. And finally, unlike other online bingo games, the final countdown goes so fast that I have , on multiple occasions, watched the final number show up and that number would have given me, finally, a bingo, but I have only a nanosecond to respond, and cannot mark my card, thereby forfeiting the bingo. In other online games , players are given 15 seconds to complete marking their cards, and in one game, they have a full minute to complete and check their dubbing. All of this is extremely frustrating to me, and twice I have even deleted my account. but have come back because the game itself is fun. I hope , I can honestly say that I don’t know how much longer I can stand to play!that these snags can be ironed out, and if so, you will have a long term follower on your hands! If not

Bingo blitz complaint . Why do you give the same ingredients out why not give us when we win ingredients ones that we need like to make zucchini Zazie zucchini the Halim bits bites the pizza dish ingredients that it’s really hard to get those ingredients even when you’re buying coins I still don’t get the ingredients I need for any of those items but I got 400 almost potatoes 200 Bell peppers you know 82 eggs like for real the moment I started spend the money on this app the last bingo as I get everything is so much less when I started purchasing the coins and what about the instant winds and all that it cost 5000 coins just to buy one instant win that’s ridiculous and then when you buy the 499 pack it still doesn’t give you a wild one or instant winning the triple dabs or wild wins twice and paid 499 and didn’t get not one of those items. I read over your agreement policy and it states in the policy that the more coins you buy the more Bingos you will have well that’s false advertisement because I don’t if I got more than 100 coins to play I never get a bingo if I have 600 coins I’ll get maybe one or two Bingos but not one of the items that I need for one of my cards I I can go through 900 coin’s and maybe I will get one but I know people that haven’t spent money on your website and they get a bingo every time they play every time. so this is not fair to the customers who pay and you can check how much I spent on your apps but no more I’m deleting it and I’m telling it I’m making a notice about this all people have to do is read your policy agreement and it’s in there and for that reason I’m done.

I loved this game at one point and go as far to say, I was addicted. Things have changed. I know in general people don’t like change. Main goal is to bingo and collect puzzle pieces. There’s a big reward when you collect all the puzzle pieces. Of course not every round isn’t going to have the piece you need, but you keep playing until you do, and then you must bingo the card it’s attached to so you can collect it. Well here is the change no one likes - it could be days before you actually see the piece you need. At the minimum cost of 60 credits to play 4 cards, and only one puzzle piece is attached to only one of these cards, your credits do not last very long at all. You do not need to purchase anything but if you want to play longer than 20 minutes, you will need to. The cost runs about $30 for 1200 credits, or if money isn’t an issue 3000 credits for 150$. Packages vary and has other items in each. Total frustration sets in and it isn’t fun. If they would fix this major problem, I think the game would be extremely fun. They’ve made other changes that have definitely enhanced the game and would make it fun and exciting. But the game runs on playing bingo and to play you must have credits. One card bingo does only cost 15 credits, like in Drew Barrymore’s commercials, but you are not guaranteed a puzzle piece and definitely odds go down playing only one card bingo to win. Hopeful Bingo Blitz will start releasing needed puzzle pieces to make the game fun and enjoyable again!

Not worth it. There are many other better bingo games!

I dont know where all these good reviews are coming from, but this game has been nothing but frustrating for me. I can typically only play 1 game a day, if that! Sometimes when I use all my credits and only get a handful a day, there are days that I wont be able to play at all since you have to login everyday to just get a measly ~30 or so a day from the wheel/ daily treat! Games are too "expensive", the game gives wins to players after only 3 balls which isn't anywhere near realistic or reasonable, you can never get enough ingredients to finish dishes and when you do, they pay out so little credits that it doesn't help much! I'll spend a week or 2 trying to get enough ingredients to only get 18 credits in return. How does this help at all when a game costs over 100+ to even play? And thats for only 1 card or a lower level so in the chance that you do get lucky enough against these so called other "lucky" players that seem to manage to always get just the right power ups to win after 3 balls, you wont get enough credits in return for maybe 1 bingo to play again for a few days. So, unless these others players are putting a ton of real money into the game, or else are just much more lucky that anyone else, I'm not buying it and not happy in general with this game. Only reason I haven't deleted it yet is due to my progress..although it's taken more than 2 years to get there! 2 1/2 years and never once have I gotten a good payout/ early win....hmmmm??
