fix bugs
Billipool Ball Shooting is a clever, level-based twist on the game of pool. Instead of a standard match, you are presented with physics puzzles that require you to clear the table in a specific number of shots, often around complex obstacles. The physics engine is quite accurate, and the 'aim-line' helper makes it accessible for those who don't play a lot of real-world billiards.
The progression is satisfying, with later levels introducing things like portals or moving bumpers that keep the 'trick shot' feel alive. It's more of a logic game than a sports game. The graphics are simple and clean, which helps with focusing on the angles. While it can feel a bit repetitive after 50 levels, it's a great choice for short-burst gaming sessions where you want to challenge your spatial awareness.
Realistic billiards physics engine
Over 200 handcrafted puzzle levels
Intuitive drag-to-aim controls
Unlockable cue designs and table themes
Don't just aim for the pocket directly. Many levels are designed so you must use 'Bank Shots' off the rails to bypass obstacles. Look for the secondary aim line to predict the rebound.
Clear the table with the fewest shots possible to earn 3 stars. Stars are used to unlock 'VIP' levels which feature wackier mechanics like magnets.
Currently, Billipool is a single-player puzzle experience focused on level progression.
This game is truly delightful. Because players are shown, by way of feedback, before each shot, the ball’s trajectory as that shot is currently limed up, playing comes easily & with a sense of great possibilities. Of course, the ball’s trajectory is only one of a great many variables that go into whether a shot is successful, so it’s some helpful positive feedback but just enough to provide a little guidance without being obtrusive or annoying in any way. This means that lining up almost every shot feels very promising, if only its potential is examined carefully enough before finally taking that shot. It’s difficult to articulate how this translates into feeling really engaged with the game, rather than just being a trigger for action that might correspond with the intended results but just as well might have totally unexpected consequences. It feels like actually playing the game &, over time, becoming better at it, rather than just interacting with it without having a good sense of what might well happen. It has just the right amount of predictability. The upshot is that the game is great fun, not stressful, & never boring; it’s always going to be changing enough to offer new challenges as players’ skills levels improve, with enough different table lay-outs to always be offering something different. It’s a great game!
Up to level 490 now and still loving this challenging game! And still playing at least a few games each day while watching TV at night. Thanks for a fun game! ********5555 Been playing a few weeks now, and can’t let a day go by without playing a set. Up to 246 now and love the variety of boards and skills I am learning as I go along. Sometimes I take time to go back to previous boards to improve my scores too. I have tried a few pool games, and this is the best by far I have found. Some people always will complain about ads, but the ones in this game are short, and I wonder if those people would rather have to pay to download the game? And I have actually found some of my favorite games through watching ads! Well worth the download! Thanks for the fun!
I love this game and I have had start over ten times tonight and just abt every other mute I try to get to the level I was at. What is it because I don’t buy anything ? I don’t for the simple fact I won’t leave a level without winning it to make game perfect. Now if I don’t get 3 stars go again as long as there was a way to get back on that level ? I know you let us play free with ads I ty for that. If I think I will buy stuff for it I buy the game first on here and then whatever I buy stays right where I put it I challenge myself I love this pool game for real. Ty oh by the way I am - 60. Years old playing this so hello. Ok I tried again today. It froze up again i wish you would fix the bugs. Otherwise I will have to say good bye to the game and I don’t want too
On two occasions, I have reached a level where there are thirteen eight balls on the table. In the most recent case, I was at level 260. There are nine balls positioned at the opposite end of the table in the shape of a smile. Under the nine balls there are four balls positioned in pairs with the pair on the left slanted like a forward slash and the pair on the right slanted like a back slash. The game locks up when I attempt to strike the cue ball to make a shot. If I exit the game at that point and reenter the game, the same level and ball configuration loads and locks up in the same manner. This has occurred on two different home networks. I have enjoyed this game up to this point. I just wanted to let you know about this possible bug. Both occurrences have taken place on an iPad running ipadOS 17.1.1. Thank you.
This game is fun and entertaining. I’ve been playing for a couple weeks now. They’re quick games. Simple. I can play it for 5 minutes or for an hour. I get sucked in when I play. But … I’m stuck on level 361. I’ve beaten the level about 6 times now. But the game freezes and I have to close the game and reopen it. When I do, I have to play the level again because it didn’t credit me with the win. This has happened a few times on earlier levels. But I had to replay it once and it’s all set. But this level won’t let me win. It keeps freezing. I don’t know why. I’m ready to delete the game.
I play this on my 2020 iPad Pro. Before beginning my last 100 levels I would rate this game at 4 stars. Physics of play seems solid, and I found just 3 frustrating quirks: the firing cue sometimes triggers well aligned shots at wrong speeds, thereby spoiling turns and losing my 3+ perfect shot advantage; screen sometimes freezes well into a good game so I have to start over; aim changes when the shooting cue is touched a certain way, spoiling the shot and my chance for a perfect game; and absence of opportunities to be rewarded by new and improved cues in higher levels. Ads began recently, stalling the game and annoying this player. When I’m on a roll and my shots are in the zone, ads, aim adjusted by touching the firing cue, and/or freezing break my winning streaks. I prefer to pay $ up front, to buy the game in exchange for no ads ever. I no longer recommend this game.
Game could be fun but I give up because of the ads! They are soooo long and noisy! Even if you make the game silent, that doesn’t include the ads which blare no matter what. That means no playing on a quick break at work with that blasting out loud in a quiet office. Plus, you have to click out of 5-6 screens just get off the ad! They come in the middle of games, between every round. You have to watch 5-10 seconds then get an x to click out. Goes to another screen. X out of that to the next screen, watch 5 seconds, x to next screen, over and over until the ad is finally over and it goes back to the game. Absolutely ridiculous. There’s so many ads I couldn’t care less about getting to finish my game. Not fun at all.
However, fun isn't fun anymore when your ads are bumping you out of your game. Or should I say out of the app altogether! Keep getting bumped out in the middle of playing. I'm on round 57. Two days in a row now this keeps happening. After the third time of having to reopen the app, I decided to give up, & move on to something else. If this happens again on the third day of trying to play, I will be forced to delete your app. No point of having it if you can't even play it. It's a shame too, because I really enjoyed it when it was working properly. Maybe they'll be a bug fix update soon. Holding out for now. Only 4 stars this time.
