Archery Clash offers a highly competitive and visually impressive take on the archery simulator. The 3D models are crisp, and the locations—recently updated with a reworked Boston arena—look fantastic. The core gameplay focuses on turn-based PvP duels where you must account for wind, distance, and timing. It’s not just about bows, either; you can master axes and spears, each with unique physics that keep the meta interesting.

The RPG-style gear progression is deep, allowing for significant customization of your archer. However, be prepared for a bit of a grind or 'loot box' mechanics to get the legendary gear needed for the highest ranks. The betting system adds a nice layer of tension to every match, rewarding players who have confidence in their aim. While the physics can feel a bit arcadey at times, the thrill of a long-distance headshot in a high-stakes tournament is hard to beat.

Getting better. I do like the damage/health balancing. Damage and health on each armor and headgear gives more choices whether damage or heath is a better choice. Some gear is basically duplicate damage/health, though (ie elven hat and valyrie circlet). Small adjustments to make them all different may help. Taking away the easy one shot kill headshots makes it more of a challenge (thankful for that). Otherwise it came down to memorizing the correct angle for the first shot. With almost 4 mil in cash stored up, i was able to level up all my gear to 100 easily. Before the previous balancing and this balancing, i had all uncommon and rare maxed. It will just take time to get them maxed again. Gives me something to do. No problem. Still some bugs. My ranking is also negative 2 mil. Point systems got multiplied by a lot. Which ends up spilled into a second line on the screen when too high. Divide them by 1k and round for display purposes? Wild clash is broken. I easily made it about 17 mil quickly using the 2x boost plus 2x more with an ad playing 3x win streak event. A day later teammates and opponents still aren’t even 300k. This is my goto for relaxing away from the world turning off my brain for a while. I do like that. You got this. Keep working on the updates. You got this.

Hilarious & Fun But Gets Boring Fast

Great fun and a lot of laughs at first when you see your competition with an arrow in between their eyes or an ax sticking out of their chest. Most of the locations have about four set positions that never change and you quickly memorize the angle needed to get a headshot every single time. This made me quickly realize that I’m not really playing against anyone else. Another giveaway that you’re not playing against real people is that you can wait 15 or more minutes in between taking shots. There’s no way other people are sitting on the other end waiting for 15 minutes to take their next shot. They should make this game more like the billiards games that are out there which have a timer and if you don’t take your shot, you lose your turn. The leaderboards are also bogus as I’ve seen others write in their reviews. I end up at the very top of the leaderboard within minutes while everyone else takes the full four or five days just to reach rank 10 and never actually get through the whole length of ranked 10. For some reason, I am still playing, but it’s really just to max out my gear and then I fully expect to lose complete interest at that point unless they make some major changes.

Fun game

Pro’s : the game is fun, not hard to learn and you can advance without spending money. I did spend just enough to get rid of ads. You can still watch ads if you want extra money and gems so it’s at your option. They offer little challenges and contests regularly that will get you better gear. It doesn’t take long to have way more in game money then you’ll ever need. Cons: you get to a point where there is nothing more to accomplish rather quickly. I started playing after I had to have surgery at the end of July and I am the top spot on what looks like a leader board. It makes it look like you’re playing against other players but you’re not really. I’m sure on someone else’s game I’m not at the top. It gets too easy, they have head shot competition and I win every time and it always looks like other players are going to catch up but never do. It’s fun at first then gets boring. I would like to see some updates, an expansion, new challenges just to keep it interesting. All in all it’s a fun game but you’ll lose interest fairly quick.

Constant Crashes

I’ll be honest, I LOVE this game. I was instantly addicted to it. The only problem were the adds. One very short round of archery is ALWAYS followed up by the longest adds you cannot skip. You just have to let them play out and hope for the best in about 2 minutes. The only solution to this was to close the game after each round and reload it, bypassing the adds, which was about 5 times faster than sitting through the adds. This became annoying and tedious, so I purchased a bundle to remove the adds. Now my game crashes after EVERY. SINGLE. MATCH. It keeps dimming my entire screen and pointing to the little checklist icon at the bottom left. When this happens, the game WILL NOT accept or recognize any other input EXCEPT the checklist. Then, once on the checklist page, NOTHING works. The entire screen/game is still dimmed out and you cannot do a single thing in the game. You can’t go back, you can’t collect rewards from completed challenges. The ONLY way around this, just like the adds, is to force close the app and reload it after EVERY SINGLE MATCH. I literally paid money to keep playing and not have to close and reopen the app and now this happens. And to be clear, this was NEVER an issue before I PAID money to remove adds. I don’t know if this is a bug or intentional, but this NEEDS to be fixed RIGHT NOW or I will demand my money back despite how much I love this game.

Fun but Needs Work

Here’s an honest review. The game is fun and offers 6 challenging levels: Vermont, Miami, Chicago, Mojave, Alaska, and Heaven. Each level has in turn 4 different difficulty settings: Base, Skill, Pro, and Epic. So the levels can be played more times with more of a challenge. Each wins you skill points that move you up a progression tier level with the top tier being Archery Legend. It also wins you prizes on every 10th win known as a Win Pod. Aside from this you have a Tourney option that allows you to win tournaments to win gems and Win Pods of different levels up to level 30. One other game that pops up is known as the Headshot Challenge. This can win fun prizes by getting the most headshots through the prior mentioned ways. Many ways to play and have fun! Downside: No matter how many wins you have the Win Pods stay the same and never get any better. If you end up winning Legendary weapons or equipment; it’s nearly impossible to upgrade the items to max. In the tournaments once you reach level 30 there are no more prizes. There should be more incentive to keep playing and more tournaments than just Boston. I feel like the tiers could use more levels beyond Archery Legend. And I bet I’m not the only one thinking this… Male player option. Once you reach a certain level here it’s just not fun anymore. It could use some updating and more interaction in many ways. Better prizes to keep us engaged in playing more often. Seriously I’ve won over 1,040 times and still getting the same basic Win Pods. We should be offered more than basic for giving our time to play. This was my honest review. Thanks!

Fun but Disappointing

This game is fun and definitely addictive, but I’m pretty disappointed with a few things. In the eight-player tournament, I’ve already reached the highest goal, yet there are no prizes to win—it’s been stuck on Boston for quite a while. The battle areas have also been reduced; instead of a variety of locations, everything was removed except “Heaven,” and even that is just three recycled maps, which makes things feel repetitive and less exciting. I’ve reached the very top of the game, but every time I win a tournament, I’m supposed to receive rewards that never load into my arsenal. I even emailed the company (without much hope) and, as expected, received no response. At this point, I’ve essentially beaten the game since there are no new levels, stages, or progression. All I can do now is keep winning tournaments—which I’ve done every single time for the past month. It’s disappointing because I thought reaching the top level would unlock something special, like the bow that was promised, but it never appeared. I really think the developers need to focus more on updating the game, improving prizes, and adding fresh content. It’s a great game at its core, but once you get through everything, it becomes a bit of a letdown.

NOT FULLY DEVELOPED

I’m guessing this game is newer because it has a lot of bugs and no way of contacting support to tell them. Specifically when you unlock the tasks menu. I open the app and it tells me to click on the task menu because I’ve completed a tasks. Then the rest of the game screen is darker and I can’t click on anything else. I exit and relaunch the game and it happens again. 5 times it happened over and over so I deleted the app. This happened on 4 other occasions. Also you can’t change the characters clothes. I’m not sure if it gives you a random outfit and your stuck with that the whole time or if you can change it later when you unlock more of the game. There’s no how to guide so I have no idea. But starting the game with a character in her swim suit was really weird. Every opponent I faced against had some sort of pants and shirt. Another bug is if you have a shot that goes right above the characters head, if you decrease the next shot by 1 degree it hits their chest. You’d think it would be a head shot. I also had a spear fly right next to the opponents head but it wasn’t a head shot. Literally lined up next to their head. I’m hoping this game is new otherwise it’s just a cash grab by people who don’t actually care about the game. The game is also really degrading to woman but I’m not going to get into that.

Fun but needs work

So when you get to be my age you realize that at the end of the day, sometimes you just need to throw an ax at someone’s head. With that said, the game is fun but could use some work. The scoring is way off. An example: If I throw three ax that are “head shots” how is that other player not dead? Especially if he kills me in just two hits/shots. One being a torso shot and the other a knee shot being -90 health points. I hope why I am perplexed isn’t as confusing as your games scoring methods. I know it’s a game and not real. But goddammit, I pride myself and my ability to make stunning headshots, especially with an ax. Silly me thinking I have accomplished something am then slammed by defeat. Defeat brought upon my existence through a measley torso shot and an appendage shot. Not to mention I have already stricken the other play in the head three times. I need to stop letting my kids play this game. The last thing I need them to think is that they can throw three ax’s at my head and I will be okay. Possibly two… meh long shot. But three is absurd.
