Bug fixes and and tweaks to keep iTextSpeed working well with new devices and iOS versions.
Fixed a bug that caused achievement unlock banners to display too frequently.
Updated the criteria used to post scores to the leaderboard, which should resolve scores.
Lots of new things in the works, including a new monetization plan that will keep iTextSpeed fresh, and launch into more fun in the future.
Implemented ads which will hopefully generate enough increase in revenue to free up my time so I can hopefully get around to adding some of the awesome features planned for updates in the near future!

Excellent tribute to typing class
Wed Jan 14 2026 F4rllI remember a typing game I loved as a child, and was saddened when what I loved about it wasn’t maintained. But then I discovered iTextSpeed and it brought back so much joy. I am surprised by how pleasant it is.
Superb Keyboarding Skills
Wed Sep 06 2017 PattiK0405I thoroughly enjoy using this app as it is fun and it's aiding in improving my skills at keyboarding. I set goals for myself by attempting to up my score at increasing my WPM. I highly recommend this app if your goal is to increase your keyboarding skills.

Tue Aug 22 2017 serena virkThere is not much to do. It's an okay app, but there's isn't a lot to do. I thought there would be like different levels, different words, sentences, but every time you restart it's pretty much the same. Overall, 2/5.

Sun Jun 26 2011 Carcar19I think its a very good idea... But i think that you should not get it because its not worth 99 cents and with the free version, you only get a small amount of game time which gets kind of annoying. Hope this helped!

Fri Mar 06 2015 Begonia567I love that iTextSpeed is connected to Game Center. My fiancé likes to send me challenges...although he's at 60 WPM and I'd be lucky to make it pass 48 WPM! Practice practice practice. >.< WARNING: This game may make you slightly more competitive lol.
