iSlash is one of those games that perfectly utilizes the touch screen. It’s a game of 'slicing'—you have to cut away pieces of a board to make it smaller, all while avoiding deadly spinning shurikens that bounce around the interior. It’s part puzzle, part action, and entirely addictive.
The 'feel' of the slice is incredibly satisfying. There’s a slight haptic-like feedback and a crisp sound effect that makes you feel like a master ninja. As you progress, the boards become weirdly shaped and the shurikens increase in number and speed, turning the game into a frantic dance of timing. It’s one of those rare games that starts out feeling like a relaxing toy and ends up being a high-intensity test of your reflexes. It’s a staple of the 'arcade puzzle' genre on mobile.
Over 100 challenging levels
Fluid, satisfying controls
Dynamic star physics
Bonus power-ups and items
Regular content updates
Don't try to cut through the middle of a busy board. Look for opportunities to slice off corners. It’s safer and slowly limits the movement of the stars, making your next cut easier.
Swipe from one edge of the board to another. If the path is clear of stars, that piece of the board will fall away. Reach the target line to clear the level.
While standard stars just bounce, some levels introduce special stars that can change speed or follow specific patterns.
I'm having a hard time are some reason having the game register sometimes when I swipe. Sometimes at a crucial moment in the game it won't register when I swipe and that could either break or make the game. I'm having such a hard time with it in that way. Other than that it's great and I love it.
This game is absolutely 5 stars and I realized some fellas gave this game less than 3 stars ..., that's not fair at all. The game have awesome concept but you really have to make swiping more sensitive like the fruit ninja, most times when I swipe after high precision it doesn't work and it takes more time to fulfill the level. Overall this game is womdefull.
This game is so much fun! At school I got my friend hooked into it and they love it now too. This is a very fun game because it takes a simple concept [cuting wood] into a hard, yet fun game. There are so many levels and they are all different shapes and slowly get harder as you progress. It is worth the money. Thank you for reading this and I hope you have a day!
Seriously addictive game. I have a hard time putting it down and can easily spend hours trying to outsmart the game. Not a huge fan of the constant ad pop ups on the lite version. Do yourself a favor and spend 99 cents on the full version. Love it!
Overall I am happy with game. Very nice concept , really good time pass and so addictive. The only reason I gave 4 start is because sometime slash doesnt work. Sometimes when i slash it does not do anything. It will be great if its more sensitive.
I finished the game!!!! Now I need to wait for the next set to come out!! I have also noticed a glitch of some kind. In some levels it is possible to cut through the metal! Anyway amazing game!!!
I agree with the other reviewers who say it isn't sensitive enough - I swipe over and over and it only recognizes a few of the swipes. It really slows down the game. I do like the puzzles though.
Love this game so much! Hands down, THE best game I own!!! Keep up the great work guys! *UPDATE*: When oh when will up be updating this game with additional levels?!?! Can't wait any longer!!! :)
