Finity is the kind of puzzle game that makes you feel like a genius when you pull off a big play and a complete novice when you realize you've backed yourself into a corner. It’s incredibly elegant. Unlike many match-3 games that rely on luck, Finity feels almost entirely skill-based.
The difficulty curve is steep, especially in the later ranks where the board gets crowded with locked tiles, but the satisfaction of clearing a difficult stage is immense. The minimalist design is the cherry on top—it's clean, modern, and doesn't distract from the intense mental gymnastics required to succeed. It’s easily one of the best logic puzzles available right now.
Minimalist aesthetic and soothing soundscape
Strategic 'wrapping' board mechanic
Unlockable themes and tile sets
Leaderboards and achievements
No timers, allowing for thoughtful play
Focus on clearing tiles that have arrows first, as they restrict your movement. Try to set up chain reactions by looking at the tiles that will wrap around from the other side of the board.
Tiles wrap around the edges of the screen, allowing for creative matches. As you clear tiles, you gain XP to rank up, which refreshes your move counter and introduces new tile types.
Clearing tiles fills an XP bar. When it's full, you rank up, which increases the difficulty but also gives you more tools to survive.
