Zen Solitaire Classic Card is exactly what it says on the tin: a no-frills, incredibly peaceful version of Solitaire. It focuses on 'Zen' through its soundscapes—the sound of wind through bamboo or soft rain—and its minimalist board designs. If you find standard Solitaire apps too loud or ad-heavy, this is a breath of fresh air.
The mechanics are standard Klondike, but the 'Zen mode' removes the score and the timer, allowing you to just focus on the flow of the cards. It turns a game that can sometimes be frustrating into a legitimate meditation tool. It’s not the most feature-heavy app out there, but it achieves its goal of being a 'calm' version of a classic perfectly. It’s my preferred choice for a 5-minute mental reset.
Multiple high-quality nature soundscapes
Clean, ad-lite interface
Unlimited undo and 'smart' hints
Beautiful minimalist card art
Toggle the 'Ambient Sounds' in the bottom corner to your favorite nature setting. In Zen Mode, focus on clearing the face-down cards first to keep the board moving without the pressure of a ticking clock.
Gameplay is focused on the 'Perfect Solve.' Clear the board using the fewest possible moves to unlock special 'Zen Garden' card backs.
Zen Solitaire focuses on solo relaxation and does not include online leaderboards or competitive ranking.
Not many ads and if they show up they’re short
I enjoy the solitaire games but NOT having to down load the new updated version EVERY TIME I try to play. How many times do I have to update the current version. It takes away from the enjoyment.
After EVERY game I get a prompt to update some OTHER game - usually solitaire. Are your game developers so incompetent they have to do revisions every day? Just stop.
Best game! Interesting and fun! It challenges the mind, it is entertaining and enjoyable! I play this everyday and it keeps me going and on top of things which is important to me!!
I sometimes need my head to quit working on a problem. Solitaire fits my needs with a high degree of distraction
BUT too many interferences between each game to buy other games
Every day updates are not what I want. How about a stable game updated twice a year?
I have tried to get the latest version as recommended by your site, but it never downloads. Is this some additional marketing opportunity? I am sick of it. Any thoughts?
