Yeah Bunny 2 is a masterclass in how to adapt the platforming genre for mobile devices. By removing the struggle of virtual D-pads and opting for an auto-run, one-tap mechanic, the developers have focused entirely on level design and timing. It feels like a love letter to the 16-bit era, with vibrant colors and expressive animations.
The difficulty curve is expertly handled. It starts as a breezy stroll through lush forests but quickly evolves into a precision-based challenge that requires perfect double-jumps and wall-kicks. Rescuing the chickens adds a layer of completionist depth that keeps you coming back to earlier levels. It’s rare to find a mobile platformer that feels this tight and intentional.
Simple one-tap controls
7 beautiful pixel-art worlds
Epic boss fights
Hidden secrets and collectibles
The bunny runs automatically. Tap the screen to jump, and tap again while in mid-air to perform a double jump. If you hit a wall, you'll automatically turn around.
Every level has a set of trapped chickens. Find and touch their cages to free them. Rescuing all chickens is required to unlock the boss level for each world.
The game features over 50 levels across several different biomes.
Personally, I really love games like these. They’re fun and quick little Mobile games to play in your free time. Although I much preferred the first version for various reasons. One, I understand that you made it more detailed but I think that the first version was more smoothly played with no pauses or things like that, while in this one, every time you rescue a chick or kill an enemy, you get this bug vibration or pause. Secondly, I don’t like how you changed some of the directions and stuff (don’t rlly know how to explain) For example, I the first one, when your sliding off a wall, you automatically jump to the opposite direction. On the other hand, in the second one, you stay on that side of the wall, which can be kind of confusing and again, makes the game feel less smooth and organized. Anyways, other than those two things, I think that’s pretty much it. Overall I really enjoy playing this game especially bcuz there’s so many labels and they are the perfect level of difficulty. So good job! Keep making games!!
This is the first time that I’ve rated something, and yet I have a lot to say. The sprite work is phenomenal and the game doesn’t lag, which is nice. The levels are well made, but sometimes I go one way, thinking that it’s a bonus area, but then I see the end, and I can’t bump into a wall to turn around. Maybe put a small telltale sign that casual players won’t notice? Anyways, that isn’t a huge deal, but there are a few that I need to address. First off, ads. The ads are constant, and they happen after every death, restart, and level select. It’s nice that the devs added a ‘No Ads’ purchase, but I’m not paying three dollars for it. Maybe .99? I don’t know. Second, the controls. The one-hand gameplay style is convenient, but the fact that you have to bump into a wall to turn around is annoying. I think it would be better to swipe one way or another to turn. I know that’s a pretty big gameplay change, but I certainly think it would improve the game. And lastly, the death mechanism. It’s annoying to almost finish a stage, but then mistime a jump and fall into the water. I’m a huge fan of Mario games, so maybe add a power-up mushroom, or an Extra Life token as a bonus. So all in all, it’s a good game. Is it my favorite? No. Is it my least favorite? No. If you like short platforming adventures, download it. But just don’t get to happy, because there are some downsides. That’s really it.
Such a cute game cute graphics IT DOES NOT get too hard too fast all levels before kinda train you for the “hard” levels . Also if you collect everything and you are dying you can simply use the carrots and start exactly where you just made a mistake, I’ve never been placed in a look of me “dying” also they have a place where you just watch ads and it keeps re spawning you where you left off Incase you don’t have carrots it has also never crashed for me 10/10
The game starts out really fun and it’s easy to collect items. It’s especially interesting to explore all the different paths in the levels. The speed is quite jarring, and it isn’t something I got used to, especially when this + the point of view makes you run into enemies you don’t see coming half the time. But the mechanic of not being able to change direction until you hit a wall gets very annoying VERY fast. The levels also become crazy hard way too soon and depending on where and when you spawn, you may get stuck in a loop of dying over and over because there isn’t anything you can do to avoid it. The game also tends to crash in the middle of levels (without saving your progress, of course), so there’s that. All these things added up very quickly and made this cute game unenjoyable for me, and I ended up just deleting the app in the middle level 12. Why would I spend my time on something that’s just going to raise my blood pressure because of things I can’t control?
I had a lot of fun playing the game and I really enjoy the cute animal and skins. I never write reviews so this definitely means something. Like others I don’t like how we can’t switch directions besides hitting walls. I am also on level 22 which literally has unrealistic paths and thus game takes a lot of time and angle to get to the right place. Which makes the direction problem even more annoying because you have to restart over and over again. I do get that the game can be hard but I’ve tried over 10x on level 22 and there are no walls to bounce off to which just is frustrating because it’s not like I am bad at jumping it’s just that there is no like indirect pathway I could go. I think the game should make it a bit easier because it feels like as you go on it’s getting too exponentially harder.
This game is ADORABLE and I have enjoyed every minute. Most platform games have a sense of repetition that makes them boring, and there’s enough of a challenge to keep me interested. However the POV can be a little jarring when going through portals and it doesn’t always follow you exactly (if you’re close to the top of the map it won’t center you fully in the screen). Also I cannot just play the last level, I need to play the 49th and then continue to the dungeon from there. And in the last level it didn’t reset the lava so after I died I couldn’t actually get back. A bitter ending to an overall sweet game.
I love this game. It’s a fun side platformer that’s interesting, cute, and a decent level of difficulty. The only thing that’s bad is that it can be very buggy when you try to continue after losing. If you click on watch video to continue, it often comes back to the playing screen with the “you died” window after you watched a 30 sec video. Like you can continue playing but can’t see anything. It’s annoying to watch an ad and still lose because you can’t see the game. But the only rest of the game is great.
I love ‘yeah bunny’ so when I saw that there was a second game I got really excited to play it. However, there are SOOO many glitches and ads that make this game borderline unenjoyable. To list some: - every time you restart a level or go back to home theres a 100% chance you get an ad and an 80% chance that its a long, un-skippable one - sometimes when you revive (spend a LOT of carrots or watch a long ad) itll keep you dead anyways/put on the ‘retry or go home’ screen that cannot be dismissed - with teleporters the screen cannot keep up with them so when there is an enemy in front of the outgoing one then you can’t see it and die immediately - with the FINAL boss it glitch spam killed it, i crossed the finish line, and nothing happened. in fact it said i died TWICE so i spent 500 carrots to revive myself only to be stuck at the flagpole screen and not have it save my progress :( essentially its the ads and the carrots, and the glitches that make this game overly annoying. still cute tho!
