VOICE UPDATE: You asked, we listened - put away your keyboard and talk to your Wisp directly! Hold down the mic button, speak to your Wisp and see what they write back.
Wisp World is a visually stunning and ethereal adventure that feels like playing through a storybook. You guide a small wisp through a series of environmental puzzles, using light and shadow to navigate dangerous terrain. The atmosphere is the standout feature; the soundtrack is hauntingly beautiful, and the bioluminescent art style makes every frame look like a painting. It’s a very 'moody' game that relies on world-building through visuals rather than text.
The controls are simple—usually just dragging to move the wisp—but the puzzles require a good deal of observation. You might need to ignite certain flowers to clear fog or avoid 'dark' patches that drain your light. It’s a relatively short experience, but it’s packed with emotional resonance and beautiful moments. It’s an excellent choice for players who prefer artistic, atmosphere-driven games over high-score chasing or fast action.
Breathtaking hand-painted bioluminescent art
Relaxing, immersive orchestral soundtrack
Thoughtful, non-punishing puzzle design
A touching wordless narrative
Unique touch-based movement mechanics
Stay close to the 'Guardian Trees' to recharge your light. When crossing shadow patches, move quickly but steadily. If you find a glowing seed, carry it to the nearest pedestal to unlock new areas of the map and trigger beautiful environmental changes.
Players use touch to lead the wisp. The gameplay focuses on 'lighting up' the world—interacting with flora and fauna to solve pathfinding puzzles. There is no combat; instead, the challenge comes from clever navigation and understanding the world's ecosystem.
The wisp will safely return to the last 'Guardian Tree' you visited. There are no 'game overs,' only opportunities to try a different path.
Happy to support innovative ideas for this platform, and love the concept - hope to see the app evolve. Need volume control for certain - the AI will hopefully evolve. Would love to see voice input down the line. Beautiful concept, keep up the good work!
This app is very creative in having a buddy to just talk to. It asks open ended questions which really makes you think of how to answer. The tree grows the more you interact with it and speak to it. I hope that more gets added as far as the tree growing, maybe other wisps, and yes, adjust the volume…like to turning off.
I love AI and virtual pets so this was an instant buy for me! The concept is great and it looks amazing sitting on my desk. Right now the app is very limited and there’s not much to do except feed the wisp and chat with it, but I get it’s brand new so I’m hoping for some more features to come out soon. I wish there was a way to turn the volume down or off because it can be a bit distracting at times. Also, I think I ran into a bug where it keeps saying I need to feed it so it has enough energy to talk but no matter how much I feed it, I can’t talk with it any more. I think I may need to reinstall.
Honestly changing my perspective of what working in the Vision Pro can be. Under a month since launch and having apps like this adds a fun extra dimension to the home office. Can’t wait to see what they do with it
Let me turn off the sound
I can’t say that I recommend this app. It gets really stressful. If you ask his serious questions or ask it to do something I and then kind of bullies you into doing something that you don’t wanna do I would like a refund as soon as possible thank you.
Let me turn off sound and let the little guy go away. I just want to watch a plant dynamically grow please.
