Rigged with convenient bugs

I play Super Peg Master in a location that cannot play 1v1 or Blitz. I can only make money from the Gems to Cash game in the free tab. I know this game really well because it’s all I play since it was released. The ball physics in this game either has a strong affinity for the 0.5x bucket or it has a hard left spin. I’ve had games where all but 1 shot ended up in the 0.5x bucket. This isn’t a bug. You don’t accidentally get 90% of your shots in the lowest scoring bucket. This app is fun if you can accept your games can be easily manipulated. I reported it in case this is a bug but it’s been this way for long time. It’s a convenient “bug” to handicap good players who only play the free $1 Gems for Cash games. I don’t know enough about any of the other games to tell you about the manipulation that might happen there. I have no hope of the Super Peg Master ball physics bug getting fixed anytime soon. Even if the developers respond to me, it’s going to be some typical “thanks for reporting this we will look into it” and the issue will be ignored after that. Fun game though. Just have to accept your gameplay will be manipulated.

Meh at best and not recommending anyone to participate - If you bet the same amount consistently, let’s say .60c (smallest amount), you will have to have a 75% win ratio to make money on this app due to how much you win on your bet and the apps “bookie cut”. ANY BONUS money you think is yours, is NOT. You are unable to withdrawal “bonus” money. On top of being unable to withdraw bonus money, it is spent last in your wallet, meaning you will spend and lose your own money before the “bonus” money is used in your games…many of the games have glitches, pegmaster for example will have inconsistent performance/physics and the ball will even magnetized to the walls. Any game that requires swiping or tapping like Chicken Run, will not register or react incorrectly. (I have a new IPhone 17 pro max) The app used to show who you were playing prior to the match, now it will show up after the match, which doesn’t seem like a big deal but feeds into people’s mindset as to this app being fixed or rigged. The game also shows SOME of your stats, they have no problem showing how much you’ve won, but won’t dare show you how much you’ve lost, therefore also misleading their stats to the players. Sometimes the game pair you with the same player over and over again even if you lose to that player every time (Ive had up to 5 times and it’s because they claim it’s the “only” player available playing at that time who is “evenly matched”…you can try to double your bet every time you lose - GL

There is CONSTANT cheating in this game

I mainly play the Solitaire and after some questionable losses, I got a little suspicious. The app has a very cool function, which I appreciate and allows for full transparency, where you can watch the video recording of your opponents game. So I watched once and I noticed my opponent was blatantly cheating. Somehow they were lifting the top card in the deck and sliding cards beneath it out into play, I could very clearly see it was happening. I reported to customer service and to their credit, they refunded me. Keep in mind I’m not receiving winning money I’m just receiving my payment up front back. Also not receiving my league crowns. Then it happened again….and again and again and again and now it’s at the point where I can’t play on the app for longer than 5 minutes without reporting cheating activity. The app has become unplayable and the response time on my cheating inquiries is sometimes days. I don’t understand how so many people are getting away with cheating it makes no sense whatsoever this seems like a legit company who takes this seriously you would think they would fix this bug or whatever the exploitation method is countless people are using the cheat. I would love to directly speak to them. This is infuriating me because I enjoy the app and it’s fun it’s just quite literally unplayable.

Maybe playing against robots

So it’s been around a month or more since I’ve played this game and it was pretty addicting. I deposited $5 and won and withdrew $7 as soon as I could. First problem that popped up was that they couldn’t identify my identity for me to have my money till almost two weeks later. And I had to contact someone for them to identify it (identification is automatic). Second problem that popped up was that at first they would show a replay of the match that you had with the opponent no matter if you loosed or win, but they keep taking that feature off and on again (currently it’s gone). That feature was the only thing that could differentiate the opponents between a robot or a real player taking into account if that playback feature was real in the first place. The only game I feel comfortable playing especially betting with money was solitaire because, it had very little to do with luck and more of intelligence (if there’s real opponents). But I noticed that I could I never could win the group tournament more than 1 time in a instance. So I could never get up to 100 gems to play for the $1 prize. So for all those reasons I hope someone will see some red flags and correlate it with their experiences when playing and decide to uninstall.

You will lose in the end

The house always wins. I already wrote a bad review for this game but I just found something else out that is absolutely terrible that they do this, in this game you have a “blitz” mode where you don’t actually go against another live player, you are trying to score as high as you can and there are certain tiers you can get to so that you can hopefully win some money. I actually really liked the blitz mode. You only have to get a certain score in order to break even on your money, and most of the time it isn’t terribly hard to hit it, but what is absolutely awful is that every SINGLE time you play one, the score that you have to reach in order to break even gets higher. And higher. So you have to CONSISTENTLY get better and better at the game and you have to find a way to guarantee that, JUST so that you can break even. If you do better and better all the time at these games, you are affording yourself the ability to not LOSE any money. You’re not giving yourself the ability to win anything, you are simply making it so that you can just break even. Absolutely ridiculous. No good odds for the player here. OH! And the MAXIMUM money you can win no matter how high you score, is 2.5x. Not even 3x or even 10x. You could throw down one hundred million points on the plane game and still only get like $15 depending on how much $$$ you’re playing with.

Here’s a story to sum this app up. I referred someone and followed all directions exactly. I even was standing next to the person I referred as they signed up (new user). And I never received my referral bonus. When I reached out to “customer service”, they said if I didn’t receive the bonus, then I did something wrong. What a crazy thing to say. I’ve used countless sport-books and referrals, and sometimes technology just glitches out on the company’s end, not mine. Then a typical customer service if that happens will rightfully give you the referral bonus you deserve, for following steps exactly. This app is not like that, they instead insinuate blame on you the customer. I wouldn’t waste your money, and this is coming from someone who net positive winnings from the app. As soon as you start doing well the high scores and thresholds get to a level where you will lose money, whether playing against others or by yourself. Either know when to cash out when you’re winning, or I suggest using more traditional betting apps where customer service acknowledges errors could happen on their side.

I would give it a good rating but recently with newest update I can’t get any help or message the chat on the app… I had a problem that I lost a lot of money but the game froze I think which was on their end i would say because I would bet $6 on a blitz and whenever the game started it wouldn’t even let me move the item or nothing but it didn’t only happen to me once it happened probably about 5 times so it was a lot of cash I had racked up. I had contact help support on the app they didn’t really help because I didn’t see the money in but the guy aka Justin had said “done” when ya I told him about 2 different game ID yet I feel he didn’t really check or give my money back because at the time I had about $4 left and so I had played a game worth $4 and even lost it because of the app froze if you play and bet on that amount it won’t work at all for playing at $4… told him about other game IDs that i had an error so he can recredited and yet till this time no response or anything and he has been active yet won’t communicate with me to recredit all games I had an error in !!! I tried to see if I can open another message for like to get recredit for the other game ID but it doesn’t have the button to start a message with someone new !! I hope someone can help me out!?😔
