Annoying bug

I love this game but it has become annoying to play when an ad pops up and won’t go away. The only way to continue is to get out of the app and try again. You lose your entire game even if there were just one or two moves left. Playing can be for fun or even competitive but if you have to keep giving up a game multiple times because of the ads you are losing unfairly. Besides that it takes up more time to play and that wastes my time. I did make contact with someone who said that currently there was not an option to save a game already in process but they were working on it. Another thing I noticed is that you see all these cute made up names assigned to individuals playing the game. That’s great but you can’t see what your name looks like to other competitors or players. You don’t get a choice for a name and it just says “you” when you play the game. With all that being said, it can sharpen your mind and make you think when trying to figure out how to connect three tiles to progress in the game.

Hi energy

I’ve been paying this for about a year now. And usually when I get up to 400 I usually close it and start all over again. Because I started from the beginning so many times many things have changed each time I start a new challenge. The game you have going on now with the way you have set up the prizes that you win, and the points that you can get by watching ads in order to choose which helper, is wonderful. I am enjoying the game so much more than I did in the past. It gives me a lot more flexibility to the game. The other thing I like about your game is it’s not timed. I really don’t need more stress in my life. I know that the reason the game changed every time I would start a new one is because you were trying to make it the best that you possibly could and I think you finally did it. I hope you don’t change this again. Thanks.

Ignore the Golden Tiles

I play a new mahjong-style game probably twice a month and this is by far one of the best games looks-wise, but it eclipses any other games I’ve played as an ad-based cash grab. This game appears to be a little bait-and-switch. Either they’re padding ratings, or people are rating too early… The further you get in the game, the more impossible to solve the levels without using hints and boosters (and therefore the need to watch ads) will get. I’ve had games that from the start have a clear path the being stuck regardless of what moves you make. At around level 175 there starts to be levels that will require at least half a dozen boosters to complete. The amount of completely hidden tiles is atrocious. Usually games will have some way of being able to visually ascertain how deep the puzzle goes. Not this one!! So most of your ability to win without using undo is literally blind luck. Using shuffle is futile 50% of the time. The level immediately after opening a golden tile backpack will require almost all of those boosters to complete. I’ve also noticed, however, that if you ignore the golden tiles entirely the game is significantly easier to solve.

Sad

So I would have actually liked this game, except there was so much glitching and crashing and freezing, I got this game to complete an offer and it would be a good game for kids to do this to play this game for like puzzle solving and what not but you have to watch so many ads sometimes the ads won’t load they don’t give you like rewards quickly enough like it should be every 10 levels not 100 levels, and then they decrease the reward as you go up like if they gave you five awards atAt level 300 and they only gave you fourAt level 400. Sometimes the game would freeze and lag and make you lose and the games ads wouldn’t loadWhich was extremely frustrating. The entire screen would freeze and he couldn’t finish the level even when you were on the last one I wanted to like it, but it made me so mad because I did it for an offer. I ended up almost not completing it on time, and I barelySlept for days in order to finish it on time, it would’ve been a good game and it could still be a good game. If they fix this I don’t know what the issue is but it always runs better without Internet for some reason. Hope that helps I wasn’t trying to be mean.

Fun, Challenging but Doable, Ads Not Overdone

I really enjoy this game. It’s progressively more difficult but not so difficult that you have to purchase a ton of tools to win. I hate when you start a game and it’s a lot of fun, then suddenly you can’t win at all unless you pay a bunch of money to buy tools, or there are so many ads that you’re manipulated into buying an “ad free” version, or the app never works again. It’s total bait and switch. But this game is not like that. You can continue playing and enjoying the game and are not forced to spend a bunch of money you don’t have. I bought the ad free version of this app because I wanted to, not because I was being forced to. These people have integrity and are not greedy- guts like so many others.

Would be good but for…

two major drawbacks. First off, at least on my phone, it’s pretty glitchy. It will be going fine and it just restarts and you have to go back to the beginning of the level. Far worse than that though is the just crazy amount of ads. You have an ad between every level, you have an ad if you want to use any of the buttons of which you will be doing constantly at the higher levels, and you even have ads during each level. oh, and also the banner at the top all the time. They’re not too bad at the lower levels but the higher, the worse the ads get. Some are pretty quick, most are pretty long and there’s one ad for some story app that must be close to five minutes each time. you end up spending as much time on the ads as you do playing the game. I can understand the need for ads to pay for the game but when there’s so many that you can’t even enjoy the game then I, and I would think most people, will just find another game. A lose lose for everyone.

Nice Game, however

I like this game it is fun and nice to play. I read the reviews about the bombardment of advertising and I thought how bad could it be. Well in the beginning the advertisement across the top didn’t interfere with game so I thought ok I can do this however as you progress in the game you realize it’s easy to play but the advertisement starts as soon as you complete a level every single time. There is no way to stop it you are forced to walk away or tolerate it and if you manage to bypass it you don’t move to the next level. After a while the “x” doesn’t show up and you have to click a arrow which takes you to the advertisement. There must be a great deal of money in trying to push other games on players. If I wanted to play other games I would play them. I’m playing your game so if money is a issue then charge for it. If I like it I’ll pay if not I’ll leave. Now I’m deleting your game because your just not satisfied with me playing your game.

Won’t load levels past 500

I was enjoying this game until I finished level 500 and the game stopped loading new levels. For anyone doing Swagbucks or InboxDolllars, this means not being able to reach the level 1001 goal for full payout. I have contacted Tripledot tech support, but that was a terrible experience. The first reply was not even related to this issue. The second reply was unhelpful canned responses like check your internet connection and storage space (at least they left out power-cycling from their script). Finally I got a reply that they were looking into the problem, but that was 3 days ago, and nothing since. So now every time I try to open level 501, I get the message “Hold on. Downloading new levels.” But nothing happens. I can play each day’s challenge puzzle, so obviously my iPad and their system can communicate, they just are not fixing this failure to download the next batch of regular levels.

The company makes a killing with low-cost, no-frills mobile versions of puzzles, word games and old favorites such as solitaire.
