• Added dwarf planets and new deep-space destinations
• Expanded late-game progression beyond the Kuiper Belt
• Stability improvements and minor fixes
For me it’s a slow paced game that doesn’t make me feel like I ‘absolutely need to do this thing now’ like other games. I usually get home from work, do my chores for the afternoon and then sit for a bit and play the game. Rinse and repeat the next day. There’s no rewards for “played seven days in a row” and such and I actually really appreciate that. I can miss a day without feeling penalized in some way when it’s meant to be a means of relaxation after a long and tiring day. After about a week I finally got a better understanding of the controls and which actions progress me in this way, as the tutorial doesn’t exactly explain much other than “push this button and do this”. I feel like other than that the game is not meant to be a button crunching game that you can gain 30 levels in a day if you just keep watching the screen. It’s just very chill. Do a research expedition that takes an hour, go searching for space rocks for about 5mins or do tours of space for space tourists. Then put it down and spend time with the family and pick it up later and choose something different. 4 stars as there are definitely some learning curves you gotta get through but other than that I’d say to keep up the good work.
1) the space station needs a revamp. The models used for the ‘mini game’ visuals are extremely hard to follow. 2) I’m lost and confused. Been playing the game for a few days, and I’m still unsure about what does what. This wouldn’t be a bad thing if the game itself wasn’t a economical version of dark souls. Every mistake seems to be a punishment. 3) Economy needs to figure itself out. When I started playing, the way I made credits were from logging in and selling the free items, then that turned into selling space rocks. And after that, you’d think that it would get easier, but now I just watch Netflix while spamming advertisements for credits. I’ve watched well over 25k credits worth in advertisements (100 credits per ad). 3 1/2) The other part of the economy needs to figure itself out. I still cannot, for the life of me, figure out an efficient way to get research. And all of this wouldn’t even be that big of a deal, if 4) the timers for the research/building weren’t so long. They almost make me feel like its actually me whose out and about building/researching myself. And I really like this game too, but these kind of things hinder the experience.
I love this game and everything it has to offer but there are a few bugs in the game that are a bit bother some. First of all, the tourist feature where you can send tourists on expeditions is great and my main form of income but there seems to be a upgrade cap a 3000 coins for either tourist upgrade and the buttons become non-functional, not sure if this was intentional but I would like to have the opportunity for more tourists. Secondly, I have built a space station around mars and whenever a spacecraft is docked there(any of the spacecraft) it will briefly appear to be on the surface of mars untill I refresh the screen(by a button press or switch to another outpost and back) where the ship will disappear. Idk why this happens but does confuse me and lead me to believe I have another ship on mars whereas I do not. I’m not sure if this happens with any other space stations around other bodies but it is bothersome. Lastly, sometimes when I seen my workers on expeditions it glitches and sends all of my workers on the same expedition except on foot, this bothers me the most and uses up my available workers so quickly, thanks for listening.
I love this game so far, while it is kinda hard to get credits and things take so long it does t require lots of attention. I like playing this game to either kill a small amount of time or while playing another game. Although, can there be another way to get credits? The only way I am currently getting credits is rocks and titanium alloys. (Great way to get money) can there be a tab that tells you about most of the mechanics in the game? The tutorial is quite short and doesn’t explain everything, and I know that lots of things will be added to the game in the future, and constantly adjusting the tutorial is annoying. Also is there a way to get rid of tourists? I had a tourist go to the moon, land, go on a tour, and return to earth and they are still here. One more bug I found was sometimes clicking a button doesn’t do anything ( mainly the rocket doesn’t launch when you click the button) it has an easy fix, close the game and get back in. It doesn’t bother me much since it literally takes less than 5 seconds. Thank you for reading this far, I know this is quite long. Great game, good luck developing!
So I absolutely love this game, but I’ve noticed a few glitches. 1.) I spent a lot of time selling moon rocks, before I made it to demos and other places, this glitch is about selling rocks. The moon rocks are set to 10, while it shows me a lot more for rocks from other moons (46cr), when I sell them I only get 10cr like for normal moon rocks. 2.) sometimes while off planet, if I’m swapping through ships on a moon, it will randomly go to a black screen or just show the lunar surface with no way of going back to a previous screen. Which while inconvenient this game loads so fast I don’t have an issue with closing and reloading the game. On a side note, I like the facts that the game just kinda throws you into it with minimal help. I love a good challenge of trying to figure out how to grow and where to go. I do however, wish that gaining credits was a little bit easier. Makes the grind in the beginning a very long one. But good game nonetheless. If you could at least address the issue with the different moon rocks not selling for what they are showing, I would gladly rate a 5 star
Been playing for a couple weeks now and beside from the crashes that occur from time to time which don’t effect anything and aren't a big deal at all this game is great. Only real issues I have come across so far are; I purchased the $8.99 crystal pack which gives you 750 crystals plus you are supposed to receive a 30% bonus for your first purchase, for that specific pack it was supposed to be 225 extra crystals which I did not receive. When you scan or explore for mining locations on a planet or moon to find potential mining sites, whence the screen is filled up on the manage menu tab there’s no way to filter through new potential mining sites and see the icon to create a site. This is an issue because the main way to get serious credits in this game is to set up gold mining sites and when I can’t access newly found gold mining sites on a planet apart from fully depleting a formally found site it takes way to much time. This is an addicting and fun game that I am excited to see grow, even with the above mentioned issues I’ll still be continuing to play. Shoutout to the lone creator and developer Jerry for all his hard work making this gem!
This game is interesting and fun but needs balance. You hit a credit wall way too early in the game. It seems like you try to force players into paying money for credits even early game to progress. Research is too expensive, sell prices drop as you sell more, and there is no real way to make a good amount of credits without selling. Decrease the research price of everything early game by 3/4, 500 credits is way too much for early game. Or increase the starting sell price of good by like 500% if you want to degrade the sell price over time and decrease the rate of sell price decay or just have a fixed price (moon rocks at 25 credits). Another suggestion, create a mission for credits (30 mins= 50 credits) not this recon bull that gives little to no credits an hour. Also decrease the purchase price of goods, 50 credits is a lot when it is difficult to make 50 credits. Honestly most of the problems can be fixed by fixing the price of sellable goods. Fix this balance problem and players will play your game longer and most likely spend more money on it giving you the profit you desire.
•Credits are really difficult to get. Wait times for actions are quite long. Sometimes I can only play the game for a couple minutes because all my guys are busy for a while and I have no money to do anything else. •Would love to be able to track quests and crafting recipes. •UI is wonky. Pieces are cut off in the corners and doesn’t account for camera notch. •Would be cool to be able to access the map from anywhere. •Be able to see base inventory easily. Idk that’s really my only complaints. Haven’t figured out good way to earn credits while upgrading yet. Love the game’s atmosphere and the potential scale of it. I just can’t seem to get past selling rocks and unrefined ore from the moon. Like where it’s headed though, don't give up!
