Sun May 05 2024 LauraBinVistaI really wish I'd read the few reviews before buying. I remember liking this game a lot a few years back. I have no idea what happened because it's just horrible now. So many possible words are missing from the list of words. If you accidentally type a wrong letter, you have to clear the entire world you were typing and the game automatically rescrsmbles the letters. I tried playing for all of three minutes before giving up. Don't waste your money.
Waste of money

The game would freeze quite often or words would not be entered immediately or not at all. When looking at the words that were entered letters would be missing. I know it’s unlikely I will get my money back so I’d like to stop anyone else from wasting theirs

Thu Aug 29 2024 MelanieD59Do not buy! This game is very bad and buggy (tried on both iPad and Mac). Words like "red", "rash" and "sway" are not accepted. There is no 6-letter word target that uses all the letters (I had the letters for "always" and "wonder", but no 6-letter target to use it. I had "number" and it put "numbe" in a 5-letter box! I was hoping for a clone of "Text Twist 2", but this app is a big fail. They never tested it before release.
First game in years that I have actually paid for, not worth it
Sun Aug 03 2025 monkeejunkeeI enjoyed Text Twist when I first discovered it many years ago. This version is horrible. You can’t delete just one letter when you hit the wrong one. You get no credit for words that are not in the list. I regret paying the $2 for it.

Thu Jul 24 2025 RD779922I don’t get why they give you 6 letters when the max is just 5. Also words that can be formed I guess are not in their dictionary because I don’t get points for them. This game needs a lot of revision. Really not worth $1.99. Also make the letters bigger and bolder because I barely can see them.

It does not recognize half the actual words that can be made using the letters provided in each game- including “Orange” “middle” “nag” and so many more. I bought it so my child could practice spelling but guess we will be deleting this - what a waste of $2!

Sat Jun 14 2025 LayniemacI was hoping this would be like the old Text Twist I played on a desktop. At first it was good, though a little clunky. They it didn’t show all the word possibilities, and then it wouldn’t have words populate when I entered them in. What a disappointment.

Sat Dec 16 2023 mrv_mrtnAs a fan of the online game I was excited to see that there was an app for my tablet. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Many words do not register, the letters mix every time they I enter a word, there is no way to re-enter a word without typing it again to add a suffix… there are no settings and no support😩😡THIS IS TOO GOOD OF A GAME TO WORK LIKE TRASH!!! PLEASE FIX IT!!!
