Boxes not opening for new items

I recently bought olive oil, honey and macaroni and yet I can’t unload them to set the prices for them. Instead the boxes have been getting stuck on the shelves. When I put one of ‘em down, an employee puts ‘em back on the shelf. How am I supposed to set up new items in store if the game won’t let me? I’d been able to set up other items before.

This game has the potential to be great with some improvements. I’m on level 19 and not only are the ads ridiculously overwhelming, there’s also not much to the overall game. First, there’s an ad for EVERY SINGLE THING. I understand needing sponsors and funding but there has to be another way to earn things and money. Implement some type of mini game to earn dollars or add challenges we can do, such as keeping the shelves stocked or a certain item stocked within a certain time or keep all customers happy, instead of the suitcase ad everywhere. Some ads are ok but there has to be a limit. Having to do an ad every single time we add and change the price for an item is overkill; considering it’s required for us to change the price in order to sell an item. Doing a mini game to earn coins to change the prices would be much better! Please fix this. Also mini games or side quests can help the store owner stay occupied because at times I’m running around aimlessly .

This app has the potential to be great, but there are too many issues to truly enjoy it. The overwhelming number of ads makes it feel like you’re watching commercials more than playing the game. The constant interruptions take away from the purpose and enjoyment of the gameplay. The overall development and design could also be more advanced. • Ads appear every 2–3 minutes, making it difficult to stay engaged. • The $9.99 ad‑free purchase is unreasonable for the experience provided. • Store layout needs improvement — adding recycle bins in the corners would prevent players from running all the way to the front for a single bin. • Speed boosts require watching ads, and the two‑minute limit for restocking is restrictive. • Players should be able to move shelves and customize the store layout for better functionality. • Given the store size, a 3D model or full‑store view should be available to help manage the space. • Carrying one box at a time is inefficient — adding a dolly or cart would make restocking more practical as the store expands. • Overall, there are simply too many ads to do anything.

The amount of advertising in this game is overwhelming. Many of the ads are a minute long or even longer, and there are pop-ups. You can hardly enjoy playing the game. I spend what feels like more time watching ads than playing. I understand that apps are expensive to develop and maintain, and I don’t mind developers having ads or offering in-app purchases. I play other free games that have minimal ads while still making money by selling coins, diamonds, and other items. This app already sells similar in-game items, yet the advertising is excessive. There is an option to pay for an ad-free version, which I would actually be willing to purchase, but unfortunately it only removes pop-up ads and does not eliminate all of the other ads. At this point, the constant interruptions make the game impossible to enjoy. I’ve spent most of my time watching advertisements instead of playing, and I’m going to delete the app. I hope they reduce the number and length of the ads and offer a truly ad-free option for purchase. If this happens, I’d be happy to return. The game is fun, the excessive advertisement is not!

I want to like this game. It seemed like I had such potential and then, as soon as the tutorial was done I started getting bombarded with ads like every 10 to 20 seconds like that’s ridiculous. How are we supposed to even play the game? If we can’t even get away from the ads I don’t even see an option to pay for the game but honestly I don’t even know if I’d want to pay for a game that forces ads that much than it makes the game unplayable for free players, I get games that are free needs ads, but that frequent is ridiculous. You can’t even enjoy the game or play it. I can’t even get through a whole day on the game without it giving me several ads.

Good, but there’s a bug

The game started out great (better after I purchased the no ads), but I’ve just encountered a bug where I can’t place new product on the second shelf that I unlocked. At first, I thought it was the shelves themselves, but I can place old product that I’ve already purchased on the shelf just fine. It’s only this latest new product I unlocked the license for that I can’t place. I’m not sure if it’s only this set of products I just unlocked or if it will be other new products too.

Bugs and Ads overwhelming

The game could be a good time killer game There are to many ads especially when all I’m doing is waiting I don’t want to keep watching the same ads over and over again by force. Also, I can’t even see the shelves not being able to place those items makes the game move that much slower because I can’t make money as fast as I should. If the bug not fixed I don’t I’ll be deleting. Why should I pay $10 to remove the ads when I can’t even play the game entirely

Great Game, But I Wish It Continued While Away

⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really love this game, and I even purchased the $10 option to remove the ads because I enjoy playing it so much. My only issue is that the game completely stops when you exit. I wish it would continue progressing while you’re away, like some other games do. For example, if I open the store and it’s full of groceries that need to be stocked or tasks that need to be completed, then I go to bed and come back the next morning, nothing has progressed. It simply continues from exactly where I left off. I would really love it if the store could continue working or completing tasks while I’m away. That would make the game even more enjoyable! 😊
