Problem

I love this game, but I had to remove it from my phone. There’s a glitch somewhere in it. It makes my phone overheat. I have an iPhone XR. After a couple of games it starts warming up and the longer I play the hotter it gets. I removed it to protect my phone

Too many ads / too expensive!

I play Sudoku a lot. I think I have tried most of the games for iOS. I DO like the layout of this game and I like the speed setting for quick entries. However, you have to watch ads to play a game, in the middle of a game, after any pauses to resume a game, between switching game types (even if you haven’t played the previous game)… These aren’t quick ads, they are 60 second tedious ads that you have to click through to remove. But, I liked the app enough I decided I would pay. It is subscription based (not one price) and the fee is per week or year and excessively high considering all of the sudoku apps available out there. All I can say to the developer is WHY? Why would you price your app out of the competition? My bottom line advice? You can get the same Sudoku puzzle-solving fun for a lot less somewhere else. There is nothing so special about this app that would make it subscription worthy.

I love sudoku and have done it for years in ink! I like really hard ones And now attempting jigsaw ones! Would like to find jigsaw ones online!

New ads too long

I opened it today and the ad just kept playing and playing. I thought it was glitched and restarted but the ads still kept going forever. Now it doesn’t show any time for how long the ad is so I had no way of knowing if it actually would ever end or if they just started playing extra long ads. Either way, I’m uninstalling after having it on my phone for years.

Broken master mode tickets

I loved playing this sudoku until the master mode tickets started not being replenished. I would leave it all day and they would still be 20 minutes away before and never replenished after that. And way too expensive to take ads off. Too many ads, too many bugs, not worth

Challenge mode is broken

The challenge mode is obviously broken. You are playing against a bot and not a human. They will have correctly answered 5+ spots in the first 20 seconds which is impossible unless you are guessing or a bot with terrible balancing. I do the most challenging puzzles in 5 minutes but lose 5-50 in the challenge mode. Fix the difficulty of the challenge mode or make it so we are playing against humans.

I can’t finish a game

When ever I am doing an easy game bc I have just started when I feel good about my self bc I finished the game I try to turn on the notes bc they help me. But I can’t bc every single time I try it auto completes it even though I don’t what it to, so if anyone knows how to get rid of it pls let me know.

Uninstalled it Before I Could Even Play

I installed the app, set it up, and selected to skip the tutorial yet the app made we go through the entire tutorial. Worse yet, it was endless and provided no means to close. Did the same thing the three times I tried to reopen the app. Clearly the Developers are clueless. Can only imagine what ads would have been like.

Puzzle games are for a niche audience, but these are the best Xbox puzzlers to keep veterans and newcomers busy.
