Love the game; I’d love more features added

I love the game it’s very fun. I’ve sunk in a good chunk of time and I’ve unlocked almost everything but expansion because I’m greedy and don’t want to drop 5-20k on expanding my store. Just holding out for item updates. I really like the new upgrades it had; such as hiring a cashier and the implementation of fire. I was wondering if you could add a feature to remove an item? Sometimes I’ll stick one thing by accident in the freezer or shelf and I have to wait for it to sell to stock a different item there. I also thought a clearance shelf might solve this? Where a variety of items that tend to be spares could be placed on a clearance shelf, but in reality it’s just overstock. Or a storage area instead that can be placed permanently behind the cashier area; or wherever honestly. I just have an abundance of boxes everywhere all the time.

I'm honestly LOVING this game right now! I'm literally hooked on this game right now. But, there's definitely some room for improvement! I love the fact that there's fires and that your floor can get so dirty that customers don't wanna shop there 😂. But I just feel like there could be more, ya know? Like I wanna feel like I HAVE to run the store to keep bills paid, the lights and stuff like that. I want customers to have an opinion on my item prices being too high just to feel like more of a manager. And I want to be able to have a storage, yes you can close the boxes and use the truck but you have to throw them. I wanna be able to stack them neatly. And also hire people. Or open other stores around the area so I can have multiple places to run, like one in the day time and one at night. And I think that you should be able to click your cart to see what you’re going to order before you actually place your order. I also think that when the fires happen, they shouldn’t be able to steal. They should put everything that they wanted to buy back on the shelves. So that won’t just be money out my pocket. Unless you wanted to add the element of customers getting away with things 😂. I also think there should be a burglar you should have to try and keep out. I just feel like there’s so much that could be added to this game! But don’t get me wrong, I love it! I just think there could be improvements. Thank you so much for making it! 😁‼️

I love the game and it’s honestly really addicting! Yes, there are ads, just like any other free game out there, and although I could pay for the no ads version, I honestly don’t mind them because at least it gives you the option to skip most of them. The reason I gave it a three star rating though is because the delivery wait time. I get the concept, because it’s trying to imitate delivery time from real life to in game, but I just can’t stand it most of the time, because when I run out of items in the store and need a refill right away, you end up waiting and waiting and waiting. It’s a little annoying, and yes you can spend energy to speed up the wait time, but then after spending up all the energy, you end up with little energy to spend on other useful things. You can pay for more with real money of course, but I’m the type of person that likes playing a free game without having to pay money in game. It’s really annoying having to watch ads just to get more energy or an income boost, but the most annoying thing about the game is the delivery wait time. When playing the Supermarket Simulator Steam version, the moment you buy your products it instantly spawns in without having to wait for it. Of course, this game is just fun to play on the go, but it would be more fun if there wasn’t a wait time for deliveries. Hopefully the developer can consider this, and then I’d for sure give this a full 5 stars. Please make it so there’s no wait time for deliveries.

I really love almost everything about the game. super fun and a lot of stuff is already buyable compared to other games. I don’t to much get the point of using energy I think everything should be money based. I would also like to say I bought no ads and it’s great but you have to wait for a timer for your stuff to be delivered for every package and I thought ad free would get rid of that or just shorten the time for everything between 10-20 seconds especially because the normal ad breaks before I bought it didn’t happen to often, I just assumed it would get rid of the delivery ads as well so that would be and loved if you guys could. But also if we could buy lights the building gets pretty dark at night😇♥️ I just started playing and I’m obsessed I just don’t like having to sit through the ads to skip delivery time or I have to get off the game and wait. I’m not trying to be rude just would like to put some input for the creators. Thank you for this amazing game. Really appreciate the game and the creators ♥️😊

I love the concept of this game but hate having to wait for deliveries. The time in the game passes by so fast that by the time my deliveries arrive the shop is already close to closing. It’s also aggravating how the “storage” opens every time I pass by the pile of boxes outside the shop. I hope the game updates and makes it so that it only opens when you click on it, as it currently opens every time I enter the shop and pass by them. Something else I noticed is that the player can’t look down all the way, making it hard to set the prices on items on lower shelves. The fires are also pretty annoying especially since all the customers rush out and the products they had go to random shelves instead of the ones they came from. The last issue I have is that the trash can is ridiculously hard to use, half the time boxes bounce right off of it when I try to throw them out. This game has a lot of potential and I would love to revise my review one day once the issues have been resolved. I would even pay to get rid of the ads as they are a bit annoying but I understand the necessity of them due to this being a free game.

I like the game a lot…… for me it just way too much waiting without having to pay for energy…… I feel like the orders take longer than expected and feel like if you pay for the no ads version you should get more than expected….I just feel like it’s more of a waiting game than anything. The more you order and the more you have to wait…. I can see if you wanted to make use pay energy for decorating the store and branding it… but I just feel like once you please an order and your kind of done for the next couple hours with the game…. I like the concept….. but a lot needs to be improved…. There are a couple of glitches I was trying to find support but couldn’t find any email….. when you pay for a cashier and close the app he goes away even when you spend energy on him……I lost probably lost 100 energys because of the glitch……the chicken box’s glitches in and out when trying to place in the freezer……. It’s is a good game to start but definitely needs improvement…..

I love this game. It’s extremely addicting and probably the best supermarket simulator app on the App Store BUT I have a few suggestions… 1. Delivers. Cut down the time on the deliveries. The majority of the game is waiting for products to be delivered. There is also a glitch with deliveries where I will not get everything I’ve ordered. This is not cool because obviously you spend money on these products. It will also be great to have a history of what you’ve ordered so I can keep track of whether or not deliveries have arrived. 2. Storage. Having a storage room one can purchase would be incredible. 3. Being able to purchase other stores would be INCREDIBLE. Having the entire empty town be full of stores that you’re running and managing. 4. Employees. Make it possible to purchase full time employees rather than hiring them daily. I have a few more suggestions and I’ll add them the more I keep playing.

I love this game!! This is a fun simulation game to play while getting the great experience of working at a super market (without the bad customers and bad vibes). I’ve been playing this game for about 3 months now and I’ve built my store with lots a groceries for my customers. The only bad thing I would say about this game is, needing more help. In the game you can hire an employee but you can hire one to work with you for a day, just watch out because at 10pm closing he leaves and you have to catch the rest of the customers. When you hire employees, it does say “you will be able to hire as many people as you want” and I’m not sure but you can only hire one at a time, like I stated before. The reason why I want more employees is because when I buy my groceries for stock, I want the employees to stock the shelf I think that’ll be so nice to have a little bit of help in my store.
