NEVER change the new Food Truck game!

After taking a long hiatus from playing, the food truck game being changed has brought me back everyday. Before, it was almost impossible to win the food truck event. At first, I used to get excited when it rolled around to a restaurant I actually had played before, but even the restaurants I was really good at were impossible to win all the rounds in the food truck game unless I used power ups. I stopped even bothering to try with the restaurants I had never played. It was impossible to learn restaurants you had never played before and also win. It's so much better now, I hope you never change it back. It's nice to have a new challenge everyday that you can actually win. It also gives you some diamonds. This is one of the few games I've actually spent real money on, for diamonds, and one of the reasons I stopped playing was asking myself, if I can earn barely any diamonds in game, what's the point? I will still buy diamonds every once in a while, but it's nice to have ways to earn them in-game too. Otherwise it starts to feel like a scam. One way the game can improve is if you allow a way to opt out of the Fry Cook Games for a cycle. Sometimes I want to play casually and don't want to worry about my rank. You literally can't do that as of right now half the time because you only get around a day or so in between games.

Needs approval button for gem upgrades

Great game. I am completely addicted and I kill a lot of time with this app. I’m not exactly in any sort of hurry to complete it so I take it as it goes. It is annoying at times almost being forced to use upgrades but since I’m taking my time, I have built up a decent collection, but I really do have one main gripe here: I bought a $5 pack of diamonds (100 diamond pack) and I’ve spent a total of 24 and didn’t mean to. In one of the levels I failed, it asked me if I wanted to use a 3 more customer power up for 15 gems. I did not want to use it but accidentally tapped okay anyway. And guess what? It used them. Then when I logged on and was collecting cookies, I went to tap to get 3. Well apparently where that button was, a 9 gem upgrade button now is. So now, each time I will get 5 cookies instead of 3, which I suppose is okay, but that was a complete waste of gems. By wasting 24 gems, I wasted over a dollar for no reason. That doesn’t exactly set well with me. I bought those gems to use on my kitchen items. Not some cookie upgrade or a power up. Look, if you want to offer those things, that is fine, but if someone accidentally touches that button or does so from muscle memory, there really ought to be a notice button or an accept button for those. Spending the gems right away seems to be a trap. Considering I’m now on Ham-A-Lot, which requires a lot of gems for kitchen upgrades, those 24 that went to waste could be helping me a lot right now.

love the game but pay to win :/

i have been playing this game for almost two years and throughout this time I occasionally stop and come back to being addicted. i love cooking simulator games like this one. it’s a fun game. hardly any bugs at all that ive encountered. i only had an issue which was starting up the game, but later resolved it by re installing the app. it is a bit hard to navigate through the game with all the icons and different things to click on. however, once you become familiarized with all those buttons, it does become much easier. i just find it unfair on how hard it is to obtain diamonds in the game & without these diamonds i can’t upgrade appliances which leads to me not being able to pass certain levels. so yes it is pay to win. either lower the amount of diamonds it takes to upgrade an appliance or remove them in general. many other players also find it very annoying to deal with. it’s a reason why i stop playing sometimes because i get stuck having no diamonds and no way of getting them without buying a bundle of diamonds for like 5 dollars which i will not be paying for. well it’s nice to play when you got some free time. i hope the developers or whoever is in charge maybe make getting diamonds easier :) anyways if you’re looking to download this game, you should. i personally think it’s better than cooking fever and maybe right below in rank of cooking dash.

Great game!! Saw a few negative reviews, however

•this game has a lot of challenges unlike other games where I am able to complete them too quick and left with none or wait for an app upgrade •at first I thought I had to spend money to continue but I simply kept on trying and I’ve been fine!!! Thanks to the treasures, the fry cook games(which I’ve won twice), the challenges and the optional ads I’ve been able to move forward, and of course I use my own strategies. •I really like how challenging this game is and I think it’s funny how so many people are upset that they can’t win •I love their costumes! Super cute, I want them allll Reasons why I didn’t give it 5 stars: •I can’t let a friend play an easy level since I can’t go back to them… what if I’m trying to get them to play the game but they think it’s too hard since I’m already at the infinite levels.. (but that’s ok) •do i really need an ad after every level?? No but I guess…. They don’t earn enough money w me playing 3+ hours a day apparently. •I cannot go straight to the next level and I can’t click off of the little pop ups until it wants to.. I don’t want to wait, I want to play the next level… •there has been about 3 times where the game stays frozen during their little story conversations. This is frustrating!! I restart the app and reinstall the game and it’s still frozen.. how do I keep going? I have to wait until one of the little pop ups allows me to press “play next level” or something. Otherwise, I’m stuck on the same conversation.. luckily I’ve been able to keep playing, SO FAR.

Love the game, hate the unusual bugs…

I contacted support about this already, and they told me they’d give me support and such to get a head start upon starting a whole new game. The reason for that is somewhere along the way in playing the game, as I reached Sandy’s Treedome, I somehow gained access to goo lagoon’s first first restaurant as the Fry Cook Games event was taking place there, long before I completed Sandy’s treedome, and from there on, the storyline and its cutscenes weren't working right, up until I reached Ham-A-Lot…where the cutscenes at both there and the juice bar were working for awhile until I played the early levels of Salty Spittoon..now, I can no longer progress the story it seems as it thinks I’ve completed Ham-A-Lot..but won’t realize I’m at the Salty Spittoon.. Granted, I love the game and it’s mechanics, the micro transactions and use of both gems and coins to buy stuff is a bit tough to swallow in dealing with…but I love its use of prioritizing time and task management, keeps you on your toes, I just wish the developers could fix these types of bugs so that the game could be much more enjoyable, hence the four stars, but tiltingpoint, I don’t know what has to be done, but please, find a way to fix this glitch, I’m seriously not sure if I want to start this process all over again, and potentially risk another glitched out storyline. Thank you, and please consider trying to reboot the servers of the game or something.

Great game but one major flaw

Ive been playing this game for a bit so far and i love the game a lot! In my opinion its harder than cooking fever (especially the timed levels god those are chaotic) anyway, i love the game a lot, however i have a big problem with it. The double tap to trash something mechanic is very annoying and has made me lose many great games simply from that one simple mistake of double tapping. This is cause when you are a competitive player you’re moving your fingers at lightning speed and sometimes accidentally double tap which is a nightmare for the “no trashing food” challenge levels. Please either remove this mechanic or at least add an option in the settings to turn it off and make it so i manually have to drag it to the trashcan. EDIT: i just thought of a genius idea! You should remove the double tap to trash item mechanic and replace it with a “hold to trash” mechanic. And you should make it so burnt items get trashed by simply just tapping them cause cmon what’re you gonna do with a burnt item aside from trashing it. Please add this cause the double tap mechanic has made me lose so many good rounds on the no trashing food challenges EDIT 2: if you are gonna add my idea for the “hold to trash” mechanic, you should make it so we can adjust the time needed in the settings to trash the item. 3 seconds being max and .5 seconds max for least time and 1.5 seconds default

Decent game, but it’s slightly buggy unfortunately…

Hello Tilting Point LLC! I want to play the game because I have a soft spot for “time management mobile games” since I was little! Unfortunately though, when I finished level 7, I’m somehow stuck with the “Slay the Spice” popup while the tutorial is currently playing. I tried to tap the “Barg’N-Mart” icon and anywhere else before the “Slay the Spice” popup appears on my screen, but the game won’t let me continue. As of now, I have to wait for TWO WEEKS for the “Slay the Spice” event to end if that bug doesn’t get patched. I won’t be able to tap the settings or check out the “support” section in the game either because of the “Slay the Spice” popup and the tutorial… It would be great if you guys have fixed that issue as soon as possible! Update: the “bug” I mentioned has been fixed, it’s just that if the game randomly starts to include bugs, I have to leave the game alone for a while until I can come back to play. Speaking of bugs, whenever I buy something from the Barg-N-Mart, I still have to wait for a certain thing arrive until I can buy something else or leave the game alone, and the game would automatically send me to Bikini Bottom every time I tried to exit out of Barg-N-Mart. Also, the Game Center achievements won’t work for me for some reason. I signed in with my Apple account, which worked, but the game tells me I have to sign in with my Game Center account for some reason? All in all, I’m still leaving this review 3 stars. The game was fun while it lasted, but please do better next time…

I HATE GEMS

I am rating this game 1 ⭐️ SOLELY because it was obviously created to make you spend money. So many of these reviews mention the elephant in the room which is the gems, but the developers don’t seem to care about our feedback. We literally can’t afford to play this game. Upgrading the appliances (even if it’s the first upgrade) requires the money earned from completing levels AND these stupid gems. You hardly ever earn gems for anything you complete, so they expect you to buy them. The gems are very expensive and don’t last long. The sad part is this game is absolutely incredible and addictive but once you run out of gems you might as well delete it unless you’re willing to drop your hard earned money on gems for a fictional cooking simulation game. This game was so nostalgic for me because I love cooking simulation games and I have always loved SpongeBob, but they have made it impossible to play without spending money. I had to delete the app because if you can’t upgrade the equipment you won’t be able to complete the levels. I will reiterate what every other person in the reviews has already said, either make gems more accessible (without having to buy them) or make the money earned from completing levels the main way of upgrading the appliances or no one is going to be able to play this. If you’re going to require gems then make them only be required towards the last upgrade of the appliance. Not every upgrade should require the gems. It’s ridiculous. DO BETTER.
